At first I thought I was suppose to get a deluxe room but I didn't I got a regular room , close by the elecvators to check in. This hotel is in a great location. Big shopping center with grocery underneath, and at the Beijing Railway Station subway stop, which makes it about as convenient as possible from the airport--just one rail trip and 3 or so subway stops on the number 2 line. Train and subway are better than cabs due to traffic. The street outside is noisy, even late, […] but there are rooms off an interior court yard. Try and stay on the upper floors. Great Location, Across from the Beijing Rail station and subway stop. Buy rail tickets at station. Easy access to Beijing subway system which is cheap (2 yuan to anywhere) and large and extensive and growing more rapidly. Also hotel is right next to shopping center and food court. I have stayed in this hotel twice. The first time I traveled alone and stayed in a regular room which I was not impressed with it. Most notable was the bathroom which was dark, dated, and had mildew growing around the bathtub. It was also ridiculously hot and did not have a window I could open in order to cool the room off. The hotel staff was either […] unable or unwilling to do anything about the heat. However the location is quite convenient as it is in the center of town. There is a Subway sandwich shop and a Starbucks just across a small road. Also, there is a subway stop within minutes of the hotel entrance. The second time I stayed here I was with my family - we have two children under the age of 3. We booked a deluxe suite. The suite was remarkably better. It looked as if it has recently been renovated. I have two complaints though. The carpet is nasty. My daughter's socks turn black after walking around on it - no wonder though since they did not vacuum even once during our stay. Also this bathroom too had mildew, primarily in the shower. Simple daily attention could correct this. The beds were actually comfortable in both the regular room and the suite. Also the suite was an exterior room so we were able to open the windows to find relief from the heat. The regular room was adequate but not great. I would stay in it again if I am traveling alone. The suite was nice and I plan to stay there again with my family. The hotel staff was decent. The lobby permits smoking which surprised me since it is a foreign hotel. Lisez la suite

This hotel has by far the most useless, rude and unhelpful staff we have ever encountered. The hotel manager or Captain as they call her is exceptionally rude. 70% of the hotel guests are foreign and they can not cater for their needs as those working on reception have very little or no English.

I had an extended stay of more then 12 nights. The hotel was perfect for my needs. I booked a Suite after getting a really good deal on Hotels.com.Shortly before my visit i checked the price online and it was more than the deal i got 3 months earlier. I went Beijing 1st time. This hotel is a good one and near the Railway Station. I recommend to book this as it has a Super market on 1st Floor.

We booked thinking it is an American brand hotel it is managed worst than our lodges in India.

The location is fantastic. It is next to Beijing railway station ( a landmark all taxi drivers know which is important cos it is not unusual to for taxi drivers to have no idea where the hotels are located). International fast food and local fast food are within a shopping centre which is in a same big building as the hotel. Subway (2 RMB to any station) […] is next to the building. My complaints - aircon is not strong, cleaning is sub standard, complimentary newpapers is not given, internet is terribly slow and worst of all, was asked to pay USD15 for face towel used 4 days ago (they claimed colour changes which is not true). Nice location, close to Central Rail Station. Some of the major attractions are within walking distance, if you are into walking. The staff was friendly and competent. I will stay there again, next visit.

I booked a deluxe suite for 2 nights and I was pleasantly suprised by how clean, spacious and nice the room was. I stayed at the Radisson Blu the previous 2 nites for a conference and it was 3 times the price for half the space n quality! The location is excellent as its right next to a mall with shops, food n connection to subway. I would recommend […] they train their frontdesk staff more as they tend to come across a little surly. The hotel was in a very good location with accessibility to subway trains and train station. There are restaurants right next door. The adjoining shopping mall may not be the greatest but it is somewhere to browse on our down time. The hotel is also very close to the Wangfujing district and Tiannamen Square. Everything was fine but they mentioned wireless online but was no there when we arrived.

Good hotel to stay in. Central, easy to get to and very clean and tidy. Staff don't speak much English though. Be sure to carry around a card with the hotel name and address written in Chinese in case you need help finding your way back home. Only thing that didn't work well is the requested help with a shuttle bus which they advertise but apparently […] doesn't exist. Catch a cab from the airport. Costs around 100RMB. Use a metered cab! Hotel is a bit run down. The rooms are not so clean. I had reserved a non smoking room but the room had clearly been smoked in. When i complained they sent up somebody to take away the ash trays. The front desk told me that the room they gave me was the only room left at my price range so they could not put me in another room. They told me I would have […] to pay $50 more if i wanted a "super deluxe room" which they said was on the non smoking floor. However they said that sometimes people smoke on the non-smoking floor so there was really no guarantee that the non smoking room would not smell like cigarettes. Hotel is very noisy because it faces a busy road and the train station. I live in New York so I am used to noise. If noise bothers you this not a good hotel. It should also be noted that most of the faster trains do not depart from the railway station which is across the street from the hotel so if you are staying here because you are taking a train it is better to check which station your train will be using. Hotel was very good in all respects. But the best part is the location. It's over the road from Beijing Railway station, is connected to a Subway station (line 2), has a great supermarket in the attached shopping mall and is surrounded by all types of restaurants / fast food.

I have stayed here 3 times in 4 years. Service is high quality, staff are well-trained and you get what you pay for. Location is excellent. I would just suggest that the rooms could be cleaned a bit better.

Have stayed at this Hotel about 20 times over the last 8 years. I will likely not stay here again. the service, personnel and food at the Hotel has gone downhill steadily. The one real bonus of the Hotel is it is right across the street from the train station and the subway is underneath.

The hotel is well situated as it is attched to a shopping centre. The underground station is 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. The station is called " Jiangomen" and connects you to all parts of Beijing and the airport at a very cheap rate. Beijing CBD, Silk Market department store, Forbidden City and Wangfujing Street are all close to the hotel. […] The hotel staff are all very polite and speak English. Hotel limpio y comodo, muy bien situado cerca de una para de metro que hace muy comodo ir a visitar las zonas de interés de la ciudad. Por el precio, la limpieza y situación lo recomendaría sin dudar.

Det bra hotell med bra läge. Be att få ett rum med fönster mot tågstationen. Bara utsikten är en upplevelse. Frukosten är dyr jämfört med hotellkostnad per natt. Det var fjärde gången vi bodde på detta hotellet.

プライベートで2泊しました。地下鉄2号線「北京駅」を出て目の前なので、地下鉄移動の方には便利だと思います。朝は入口で入場規制しているので注意してください。ホテルは駅ビルと隣接しているので雨でも濡れずに食事が取れました。駅ビルにはマクドナルド、KFC、俏江南などが入っていました。駅前からタクシーに乗ろうと数台に値段を聞きましたが、通常より高値を言われたので乗るのを諦めました。部屋は値段相応という印象で、私がチェックインした際は日本のJTBツアー客がたくさんいました。

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber des "Hauptbahnhofes", aber ohne Lärmbelästigung. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist eine Ubahnstation. Man kann auch zu Fuß zur Verbotenen Stadt laufen, ca. 20 Minuten. Der Service war immer freundlich, allerdings dauert es manchmal seine Zeit, bis man dran kommt. Und Chinesen drängeln sich gerne mal vor

북경역에서 아주 가까워요. 북경역에서 마주 바라보이는 거리에서 오른쪽으로 살짝 눈돌려서 유리 건물 찾으면 됩니다. 단, 북경역이 두 개예요. 서울역처럼 하나는 기차역이고 하나는 전철역인데 기차역('북경역'이라고 붉은 글씨로 크게 써있는 커다란 건물)쪽에서 마주보이는 쪽으로 가세요. 전철역에서 찾으려면 b출구로 나가서 바로 근처의 뭔가 시끄러운 소리로 방송하는 슈퍼(?)를 지나 왼쪽으로 꺾으면 바로입니다. 1분 정도? 맞은편에 '북경 투어이스트 인포메이션' 보이면 맞게 찾아간 겁니다. 공항버스 타고 내리신 경우 북경역이 보이는 쪽으로 쭈욱 내려오셔서 지하도를 건너 북경역(전철역)을 찾으세요. 마찬가지로 b출구 찾아서 호텔 […] 찾으시면 됩니다. (전철역이랑 기차역이랑 두 개가 있다는 걸 몰라서 헤맸는데 찾고 보니까 정말 가까운 거리더군요. 공항버스 종착역이 '북경역'이라고 되어 있는데, 북경역에서 내려주는 게 아니라 북경역 근처입니다. 그래서 처음에 찾을 때 고생했어요. -_-;; 그 근처에서 사람들에게 물어보면 잘 모르고 북경 전철역에서 찾으면 금방입니다) 호텔은 아주 깨끗하고 위치도 좋습니다(다만, 어떤 분이 천안문이랑 왕푸징이랑 걸어서갈 수 있다고 하던데, 전철역으로 몇 정거장 안 되는 거리이긴 하나, 걸어갈 수는 없을 듯... 제가 길을 몰라서 그런 건지는 잘 모르겠지만요). 리셉션이 영어가 되고요. (중국에서 영어되는 호텔이 많지 않다고 하더군요.) 다만 매점은 이용하지 마세요. 아주 기분 나쁜 일을 당했습니다. -_-;; (잔돈도 안 주려고 하고, 제가 손에 들고 있던 물병 가리키면서 자기네 냉장고에서 꺼낸 거 아니냐고 돈 내라고 하더군요. =_= 더 황당한 건 제가 밖에서 사온 물병이라는 걸 뻔히 아는 상태에서도 그랬단 겁니다. 그래서 물병 흔들어 보이면서 '거의 다 마신 거야'라고 했더니, '오, 몰랐어.' 이런 태도.. 사과도 없고... -_-; 중국어 가능하신 분이라면 말리지는 않겠습니다만, 그 바로 근처에 백화점 있고, 그 지하에 커다란 슈퍼 있어요. 거기가 훨씬 싸고 좋으니 그곳을 이용하세요. 시끄럽게 방송하는 슈퍼는 파는 게 별로 없습니다. 게다가 가격도 뭐... ) 조식은 안 먹어봐서 평가할 수 없네요. 근처에 있는 백화점에 조식 가능한 싼 식당들 많으니 이용하세요. 저는 진공부, 요시노야, 이선생 다 싸고 괜찮습니다. 메뉴에 사진 있으니 음식 가리키면서 달라고 하면 됩니다. 아참, 엘리베이터는 체크인(디파짓 비용 500위안;;) 후 받는 카드를 투입구에 삽입해야만 층수를 누를 수 있습니다. 마지막으로, '파라곤 호텔'이라고 영어로 써 있는 거 보여주면 길 찾기 어렵습니다. 반드시 한자명을 써서 보여주세요. 중국 정말 영어 안 통합니다. =_=;; 기타 팁: 페브릭 제품들 쌉니다. 파시미나, 실크 스카프, 자잘한 소품들 이런 거 질도 괜찮은 것 같고, 가격도 착해요. 그 외에는.. 헐... 중국 물가가.. 우리나라보다 더 비싼 듯. 어쨌든, 재밌게들 구경하고 오십셔~ Lisez la suite

房間網路品質之差，簡直無法想像，是最大敗筆。 隔壁的恒基購物中心雖大，但是規劃不佳，品質低落，充斥一堆地攤品質商店價格的次貨，只有地下二樓超市值得一逛，鄰近其他老舊超市，價錢居然比恒基超市貴>.< 櫃檯效率差，Check in要排20分鐘。 只有交通方便，還有個不錯的超市，是比較值得推薦的。

Hotellet ligger centralt placeret i gå-afstand fra Beijing togstation. Ca. 25 min. gå-afstand til den Himmelske Fredsplads og den Forbudte By. Hotellet reklamerede med div. turer til bl.a. den kinesiske mur, men det viste sig at være uden for sæson, så de var med lidt nøje og besvær behjælplige med at arrangere en bil direkte til muren. The room itself is ok but this hotel has huge issue on the people training. The service level is much under Howard Johnson average as it should be and it doesn’t deserve to spend any penny with HJ, Beijing. For my last staying I paid extra to upgrade to a better room but in the end I just got a standard room. This mistake could happen in any established […] hotel and could be simply rearranged. However, when I called the front desk my feedback was “ talk to your travel agent, you didn’t book the room directly from us”. Then hang on the phone. I don’t want to spend too much time to express how uncomfortable the conversation was but how could an established resort treat their clients with such rude attitude. I rather to believe this is just an single case but after browsing the staying experience online, I found there were quite few complaints regarding the service issues. Sen siaan hotels.comin kartta opastaa väärään paikkaan, joten kannattaa tarkistaa hotellin sijainti muista karttapalveluista, jotta ei kävele turhaan väärällä puolella juna-asemaa. Hotelli sijaisee oikeasti juna-aseman pääoven edessä toisella puolella katua.

By some trainee staffs except only manager in this hotel, I've spent a half hour when check in and also check out. Guests should find and ask only manager among several staffs when check in and out.

地點真的很好，飲食、乘車都方便。服務人員亦有禮貌。不過我定的是豪華間，窗門卻是封死了的磨砂玻璃窗，亦即無景觀並與外界隔絕，有窒息之感。補充免費礦泉水的人員準則很奇怪：住了四天雙人房，第一天給一枝，第二天不給，第三天三兩枝，第四天一枝。這些小節都是可做得更好的。大門的門僮值得一讚：我們在資料架才一站，他馬上過來招呼介紹，甚為主動。 網站提供的地圖，酒店所在位置不正確。

絕佳的地理位置, 充分享受北京地鐵2元到處跑的優點, 周邊商店也多, 買東西吃東西都不成問題, 飯店服務好, 房間舒適乾淨, 網路也很快. 值得推薦...

I generally enjoyed my stay, everything was up to standard. All the staffs were very friendly and helpful EXCEPT for the lady at the front desk! She was unwilling to help and was being rather rude!! She literally turned around and ignored me when I was asking her question. Her attitude was totally unacceptable.

Ett bra hotel, men med olika brister.Deras tredje våning var stangt och därmed poolen och gymmet vet inte nar det blir klar. Hotelet ligger mycket bra, bara 2 minutes gång till deras subway som är mycket enkel att använda.
