"palm casino Las Vegas"

The Palms was great! Although off the strip there was plenty to do. I would have liked the shuttle to run later than 8pm but we still enjoyed our stay.
"Great rooms, awesome price"
I went to Vegas for a bachelor party with three other guys. We aren't the biggest gamblers, just really came for the pool party and night life. If that's what you're looking for then this is the best hotel to stay at. The casino floor has everything but isn't huge so when you stumble back drunk from anywhere at anytime it's easy to find your friends […] or get back to your room. Lisez la suite

"Good Value but not excellent"
I couldn't believe there was no in-room coffee brewer. However the staff was excellent. Restaurant options were excellent and wide ranging. I valued the free parking. But I don't gamble so it was all about the hotel for me.
"Overrated"
First off id like to say it was nothing like the picture when i reserved it online. When i complained about it nothing was done. The free internet has constant problems where you cant connect. Had to call cox customer service myself. The price/quality of the room did not match, cold have actually stayed on the strip for less. The money they hold for […] incidentals is ridiculous. With that being said ill never stay at The Palms again. It seems as if they are hurting for money and try to get all they can from the customer. Lisez la suite

"Worst Customer Service ever"
The room was possibly that of a motel if anything and to make matters worst the cleaning service was awful. It's not worth staying here.

"Palms Day Trip"
Very fun hotel. Room was good size and clean, but feels a little dated compared to many of the newer hotels in Vegas. Other than that, it has a great pool with cool decor. Lots of bars and clubs to choose from. Lots of restaurants, both sit down and fast food. Fair size gambling area, not too small nor too big, feels intimate. Would stay again.

"Great Stay"
The Palms Place was an excellent hotel. The valet and bell desk operators were fantastic and very helpful. Our suite was very chic and comfortable. The only dismay was that we had no ice and our fridge took an entire day to cool down. Luckily we had friends staying on the same floor and used their fridge and ice. Would definately stay at the hotel […] again. Lisez la suite

"Palms"
I booked for a great rate on Hotels.com. The problem was when I checked in and found out they had an additional 24.00 per night hotel fee. I wish I had known that up front as I would have chosen another hotel.

"Fun place"
The hotel is a fun place with much to do on site. Would have been nice to be a little bit closer to the strip though. But otherwise room was perfect just what we needed with a huge bathroom for a few girls to shower and get ready in!
"Palms"
Room: It was clean & the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Casino: It smelled of smoke. Other places like the MGM dont smell nearly has potent while gambling. Food: We went to the restaurant called Nine and the bone in 24 oz was the best steak I have ever eaten. It was large enough for my wife and I to share as our entre.

"A little disappointed but a nice place"
I come to LV regularly and decided to stay at the Palms this time cause of good price. It's a bit too much of a party crowd for my taste. The pool was crowded with drunken college kids and too loud music so I couldn't even relax and read a book. But I do like the restaurants and gaming. They don't have poker tourneys though - just cash games so I walked […] to the Rio and mostly played there. Room was nice and bed was comfy. The hotel is stylish but is starting to decline slightly. Also it's pretty smoky. Overall...good place to stay if the price is right. Otherwise, I'll head to the strip for a little better experience. Lisez la suite
"Nicer than most"
I was pleasantly surprised at the clean decor, comfortable rooms, and great restaurants for a hotel so reasonably priced. By far one of the better hotels in Las Vegas at reasonable prices. The staff was very friendly and helpful, no matter what they did.

"Good hotel, but has a "resort fee" ripoff"
The hotel itself is nice. The room was clean, modern, and not damaged. A nice perk of the small tower is you don't have to walk 50 feet from the elevator. The location is no good unless you have a car. If you have a car it's great- convenient parking and just 3 minutes from the strip & freeway. I'm very unhappy they impose a $20 "resort fee" to every […] night I stayed there, on TOP of what I paid hotels.com. Even if this is common (i don't know) it's a scam IMHO. They know it's hard for customers to say "no" once they're standing in the lobby desperate to check in. Even more insulting, all of their paperwork says $15, but "the price was just raised yesterday". They tried to justify the cash-grab by offering 2-for-1 drink coupons (who buys drinks in a casino??) and including wi-fi (there's free wi-fi all over town, and i get cellular internet already for $20 a MONTH). With no option to decline, this is a classic bait-and-switch. I will NOT stay at this hotel again. Lisez la suite
When we arrived we ask for non smoking room and they placed us in a smoking floor. Everything smells smoky and my son get allergy. During check in I was supposed to be hold for 75.00 and they did it for 175.00 in my credit card. I hope they give it back to my card as soon as possible.
"Palms Resort and Casino"
Had a blast except for the fact that i was suppose to have a king bed not two full size beds

"Bad customer service"
I drove 5hrs got to hotel at 10:30pm and they told us our room was not ready and we had to wait a hour. So we went to the bar and waited a hour came back and still not ready. I spoke to a manager they finally gave us a little up grade but nothing special....
"Never again"
Oh Palms... I spent there one night at the end of my 4-day Las Vegas trip. The receptionist was friendly and happy to accommodate me with the most quiet room considering the spring break. Let me tell you - quiet does not exist there. The walls are thin and you can hear everything - people talk, shower started next door, drill of some kind at 9 am on […] Monday morning, etc. Upon arrival I did not find bath towels in my bathroom - there was only one hand towel which I used. I was extremely tired as it was the last night and just wanted to sleep. Next thing I discover is bright red - even though small and on the washed sheets - spots. So I call the housekeeping and wait for the shift supervisor to examine my findings while calling the hotel manager. Hotel manager excepted my report in a friendly manner but did not offer anything aside from the obvious - apologies. Housekeeping supervisor took my sheet and sent over a maid with exactly one sheet who through my other sheet (cover and sheet) on the floor. After I pointed to the fact that I'm not about cover myself with something picked up from the floor she went and brought a second sheet and finished my bed. I actually had to start a conversation to lighten her mood after which she appeared to be a normal person. I understand, everyone has their days. And so I drift off in my clean at last bed... To be honest, I expected more from Palms then above plus barely working TV remote I had to get up to switch channels. Never again is the verdict!! Lisez la suite
"Palms Walk-in"
The only problem is when you stay in the fantasy tower, you have to by-pass the club crowd, which can be annoying when you don't feel like all the drama.

"Great Hotel, Great Stay"
We stayed in the fantasy tower, room was fabulous, clean, loved the decor and was very quiet. Loved the Jet Tub....def worth the upgrade to a Superior Suite! Hotel had a lot of things to do inside it, we found we didn't leave the hotel much. When we did we utilized the hotel shuttle to the strip since The Palms is located across the freeway so walking […] really wasn't an option. Definitely stay there again, highly recommend!!!!!! "The Palms"
Excellent experience. Has one of the best bedding for a hotel stay I have ever experienced. Booked a junior suite, would have like it to have microwave and fridge but other than that nothing was missing. I definitely had a great experience from the room, the theatre, the food, and the casino.

"SMH Palms"
Customer service from the front desk is horrible. Snotty girls that have attitude will not get you far Palm. I didn't get the room I requested (2 beds not 1) an they did nothing to help me, customer service needs improvement. I got to vegas 4-5 times per year First time I tried Palms here and it was a bad mistake. Stay on the strip!!
"Regular Room @ Palm's Casino"
The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a standard room. Great location to different entertainment venues such as Rain, Ghostbar, Moon, Simon, & the strip. On the downside, the walls are thin and you can hear what others are doing. Unfortunately, I woke up at about 10 am on a Saturday morning to the noise of a couple trying to procreate. I wasn't […] thrilled. Valet service is slow. Lisez la suite
