Hôtel pas loin des parcs d'attraction ,des restaurants,et de la ville,très bien entretenue très calme et spacieux avec aussi une belle piscine. je le conseille et j'y retournerai.

Très pratique et confortable à tout point de vue. Excellente base arrière pour les parcs Walt Disney, Universal et la NASA. Literie très confortable et personnel accueillant et disponible.

We did not stay much in the hotel except to sleep and shower. However, the beds were comfortable. The water in the shower had a strange smell which was weird but over all the property was lovely and the breakfast was really nice.Avis véridique Hotels.com

My 7 yo daughter and i stayed for a Nt and we got an incred rate and wow, it was worth it. Beautiful rm w/ micro, fridge, lg rm. The pool had 3 children slides, mini golf course, arcade rm and a pretty good bkfst buffett. "reap OFF- Charge additional $15 /day as resort fee"
Overall hotel stay was good, but at the end they show me my own signed paper( fine print) highlighted that they will charge additional $15/day as a hotel resort fee, which was not mentioned in any online site when I booked my hotel via Hotel.comAvis véridique Hotels.com

"mislead"
Booked a king bed with a children's room anticipating 2 twin beds. When we checked in I was told that the kids beds were meant for kids 10 and under. When hotels.com took my reservation they knew my boys ages were 14, 15 & 16. They never said anything about the beds being smaller in size and you cannot tell by look g at the pictures on line. Very disappointed […] and had to opt for the standard Queen room. They did not have any cots and no available adjoining rooms. Room smelled and the bathroom door stuck. "Good, but not great."
We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights The first day we arrived at 7pm. They did not have our room, which we booked 7 weeks before and paid in FULL. The man at the counter said there was a maintenance problem and the king suite which we booked were all occupied for the night. We were put in a kids suite for the night and promised to be put in the correct […] king suite the next morning when people had checked out. The next morning we went to the counter and explained the situation about our room, they had no idea what we were talking about even though the man at the counter the night before said he would leave a note for the morning people. Poor communication. Again they did not have a kings suite avaiable for us that morning, we were told that no one was checking out of a king suite for us to take. AWFUL ! Anyway we were not happy. They ended up bumping someone else out of a king suite that was supposed to check in that night. That fixes our problem but creates a problem for someone else. TERRIBLE customer service. The breakfast was decent. The hotel had 3 pools all nice. It was located just a short drive from the main road to Disney. It was located near lots of great places to eat and Walmart. There was a "fire" at 1145pm an night. We requested to not have house keeping take care of our room. the breakfast was very good and a lot to choose from. the room had been updated and was in a very quiet part of the hotel. with a first floor room you dont have to wait for the elevator. i had trouble understanding the lady at the travel desk. she talked so fast and had a strong accent. the beds were comfy and air worked great. the curtain was to small […] for the window in the room and there were no blinds just the hardware.i never did get my senior discount. the rate was the same on country inns site as the hotel .com site. they were redoing the country inn site so i could not book on it. all the activities they had for children kept ours very happy.all the employees were very kind and helpful. "Poor Front Desk Customer Service"
Fire alarm went off at 11pm.. Called the front desk to find out what time it would be turned off since there was no FIRE!! Was told "the dam alarm would be turned off ..when the dam people arrived to turn it off"!! Thanks Virginia ..we are all awaken with small children outside n having to deal with your rudeness!! Breakfast was a joke!! Runny watered […] down eggs.. Not to mention the staff running you down to find out your room number like your stealing something!! Nice hotel staff needs some training!!! "I've stay in better"
If you're on a budget this place is ok but the room I stayed in smelled really bad. I had to beg the concierge for towels and wash cloths numerous times and everytime I asked it was always something and they rushed me to checkout the day I was set to leave. "Great location to parks and resorts"
The location is great if you travel to the parks or resorts. A step down versus Hampton Inn. Yet, it was still very clean and well suited for a family. "Great hotel for price"
Everything went fine with our stay. The staff was extremely helpful, our room was clean, great amenities. The one complaint was that the walls were thin and you could see the hall lights from the bottom of the door. Since we were sleeping on the sleeper sofa and they surrounded us with middle schooler's on a band trip the sleep did not go to well a […] couple of nights. "terrible"
we did not have a good experience. we have stayed at this hotel before and been pleased enought but not this time. i really do not know where to start...let see...no bedding for the pull out bed and when we asked for them they said they ran out of blankets and can't we just use the comforter on the king bed for a blanket? the phone did not work all […] we got was a busy signal and when i reported it all i got was "I will leave a note for management." the sink was stained...the bathtub faucet had a significant drip (It looked like it was turned on)..two of the three lamps had burned out lightbulbs...the walls were paper thin...i could go on and on and on...only good thing was nice person at breakfast which was fine (typical but fine). "dont get what you pay for"
pre paid for 2 queen room. get to hotel and find out no 2 queen rooms available. only a king room with a pull out sofa. WITH NO PILLOWS OR Sheets. so basically useless. Call front desk about issues with sheets and pillows to be told they are on their way. over an hour wait no body shows. "disappointed"
The outside was wonderful. Beautiful pools and grounds. However, the rooms were small and raggedy and the toilet was problematic. The housekeeping was terrible. We were left without toilet paper and never received any wash clothes. We were also told they were out of ex blankets and pillows. "given the wrong room!!"
I paid for a suite with a king bed and two twin beds for 7 of us... and we get there at 2:30 in the morning only to find out that the last room they have is 2 queen beds even though I paid for the other room a month ahead of time!!! Needless to say we didn't have a very good nights sleep! "OK- as long as you do not need WIFI or bath towels"
PROS: Great pool, comfortable beds, HOT water in the bathroom. Easy access to area attractions CONS: THe staff is non responsive to your requests. I arrived to find no bath towels in my room and despite 3 requests I still did not get any until the next day when the room was serviced. The Free Wifi would be great - if it worked. I asked about the WIFI […] and was told the 1st and 3rd floors get good signals...but I was on the second floor and had no signal. I was told they would reboot the system and it MAY help- either they did not reboot or it made no difference as I never could get online in my room. There is a no pet policy...but obviously it is not enforced as there was a barking dog 3 rooms down (Obviously NOT a service animal as it was left in the room alone for long periods of time) which impacted rest time. "A little expensive, but a great place"
This hotel was about twice as much as what we usually spend in Orlando, but I felt safe with my family there and the room was well maintained. The kids loved the splash pad and miniature golf.Avis véridique Hotels.com

Every year we have been making a Xmas trip to this hotel but this was thankfully our last. There appears to be some management change or something but every guest we spoke to had some story of disappointment.
