Trés bon Hotel. L'acceuil est parfait et compétent. Le restaurant est également à la hauteur.

Notre séjour au Polonia Palace nous laisse un excellent souvenir : personnel aimable et disponible, chambre très spacieuse et confortable, propreté irréprochable. Plusieurs passages au bar pour savourer les cocktails maison, restaurant de grande qualité. Bref : parfais à l'exeption peut-être de la connexion WIFI un peu chère

Bien situé, proche de tous les moyens de transport: métro, bus(correspondance pour l'aéroport bus 175), tramway, gare centrale et à quelques centaines de mètres de la vieille ville, hôtel agréable,propre, personnel courtois , à recommander pour visiter et passer un agréable séjour à Varsovie et apprécier la capitale polonaise. Tout etait parfait : la siatuation a deux pas de la gare centrale, la grande chambre, de tres bonne qualite, la grande salle de bains, le tres beau buffet de petit dejeuner, etc.... Si seulement j'avais su comment arreter la climatisation, j'aurais eu moisn froid !

The level of luxury at the price was incredible. The hotel was in a prefect location for what we had to do and for public transport. Another plus was the food at breakfast and dinner. We would have had to travel to another neighborhood to eat and after a long day of walking around, we were both very tired. The restaurant was outstanding - the prices […] were higher than other places but the portions were incredible and everything was of the highest quality. Very close to mpost things like the train station. The room was big and fresh.

The hotel differs from many other buildings in the area by having an older and more romantic style in contrast to the concrete blocks and modern skyscrapers in the area. Professional and helpful staff. Good Breakfast. The Internet access from the room is almost stable. The duvet was not impressing.

The Polonia Palace Hotel is a great choice for a nice stay in Warsaw. It's walking distance to the train station and has amazing views of the Palace of Culture which is illuminated at night. This is a lovely hotel. Extremely central, great service, beautiful. The rooms lacked a few comforts that make a difference for me: the TV was tiny, Internet is by cable (but cheap! and reliable), when I come for business having a little coffee set in the room makes a big difference and other little things... If you are taking the train to Warsaw, the location is absolutely perfect. It is no more than a five minute walk from the Centralna (main) train station, across the street from a tram and bus stop, and allows very easy access to both major attractions and shopping. The building itself is a gem, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The lobby […] area is inviting and large with comfortable seating. Although it has nothing to do with the hotel, my only recommendation is that if you are visiting Warsaw for holiday, try to avoid Mondays. Many of the major attractions are closed that day (such as the palace of science observation deck). Very central location. Easy to find. Comfortable. Wi fi only in downstairs foyer unless you want to pay extra.

to any sites & restaurants which was ok with us since we like to walk & were on tour with Odysseys. Place was clean & staff was helpful, rooms were very large. Would definitely recommend.

This was a really good choice for my husband and I. Transportation right outside the door, lots of restaurants down the street and a luxury hotel. I would stay there again any time.

We were very happy with this hotel. The rooms were nice, the staff was very pleasant, and it is in a convenient location. The only negative that I can think of is the exact location being on a very busy road, with trams, metro, busses, and a park across the street with some questionable characters. I would definitely recommend this hotel, but I would […] point out that you can't just walk across the street, you have to cross under the street by tunnel (jay walking is illegal in Warsaw). Very close to central train station, and comfortable walk to the old town. Avoided the breakfast, as it was fairly expensive, but plenty of places to get coffee and pastries nearby. Bright, classic interior - no complaints, and would stay here again!

Located at a busy intersection in the center of town, convenient to transportatiion but far from most sites. Room was large and clean. No wifi in the rooms, just Ethernet which cost extra. Several times brown water in the shower, with staff just throwing up their hands. No choice at breakfast except the buffet. Surly wait staff. Massage mediocre. I would have preferred wireless in all the rooms to the ethernet cable provided (for which my Mac Air had no port). Otherwise, my stay here was totally pleasurable and the location handy to business, shopping, and tourism all at the same time. Warsaw is not an expensive town. The hotel makes it accessible.

I loved Warsaw and polonia was part of the reason why. Beautiful hotel and knowledgeable staff.

Better than expected. Recently renovated, good location, very good breakfast buffet. All in all a good choice for anyone wanting a very good hotel but not deluxe.

This was a fantastic hotel in the heart of the city center. The staff were friendly and efficient. It was an amazing hotel in the city where my family originated over 200 years ago. Polonia Palace is very conveniently located. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. The staff are exceptionally helpful, courteous and speak English very well. Definitely a hotel we would go back to & recommend to other travellers.

Depending on the reason you're visiting, this can be inconveniently located. Very few cafes to walk to for breakfast or dessert choices - need to take bus to old town, or walk several blocks and cross a lot of major boulevards to get to main shopping/tourist area.

Very classy hotel - short stroll from central train station - mostly populated by business men. Helpful staff, comfortable room. The only negatives had to do with nature of upper end business hotel: breakfast ridiculously expensive (we went out for coffee, yogurt & rolls), internet not free).

Gorgeous hotel. Very close distance to central train station makes it walkable even in heavy snow. Staff was very accomodating and warm, business center open, accessible and free. An excellent hotel. Beautiful lobby, bar. Large, attractive room. It is a 10-15 minute walk from Nowy Swiat and 25 minutes from Old Town (short cab rides), otherwise it couldn't be better.
