Le lit était très confortable, la chambre spacieuse et silencieuse. Pour une petite pause relaxation, un petit jacuzzi et finalemt assez proche de Philadelphie

Ne pas confondre avec l'autre hotel " holidays express" chambres spacieuses et propres, présence d'un parking sous l'hotel donc interessant. Informations en français. Petit déjeuneur copieux et délicieux.

Service très correct. Emplacement idéal pour une halte sur la route entre Philadelphie et Washington DC. Quelques chaînes de restos autour (Five Guys). Calme malgré la route. Pas de petit déjeuner.

Hôtel tout à fait à la hauteur pour un 3 étoiles, chambres spacieuses avec grand écran HD, piscine appréciable pour les jours de forte chaleur. La localisation de l'hôtel nous a permis d'aller visiter Philadelphie (20 min), Atlantic City (1h15) et Six Flags (1h), voiture indispensable. Rien à dire , très bel hotel , chambre d'un hotel de luxe , très grande chambre , propreté exemplaire , petit déjeuner très bon et complet . L'éloignement de Philadelphie est très vite oublié .

Room was spacious enough to sleep six and was clean and comfortable. The service staff at the front desk were helpful and the morning breakfast was good. Overall a decent place to spend a night
This was just your average hotel which is geared more toward the business traveler. Housekeeping only did the basics in the room, which did not include vaccuming the carpet. On my last day there was an ant infestation in the bathroom.

Very friendly staff, The room was excellent with all up dated amenities. Gym was nice with free headphones to lissen to T.V. while working out. Free breakfast was your basic continental breakfast. Only negative was the Shower/Bathroom area was little small.

Every Hyatt Place I've gone to has been great, this one is no exception. Only real complaint is lack of places to go in walking distance... which means you have to drive (with New Jersey drivers) for food, etc.

"Okay for reasonably priced hotel - no frills"
I went on business and was looking for a hotel that I felt was safe, clean and comfortable for not a lot of money. Hyatt Place met these qualifications but did not exceed them. Pros: Very considerate staff that helped orient me to the hotel, set up my internet and promptly made me a sandwich for dinner. They have a 24/7 light meal set up available. […] Continental breakfast was quite good considering it was complimentary - bagels, bread, English muffins, donuts, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, juices, and nice teas. Also liked the modern, upbeat decor of the lobby and room, though the set up was a little weird. My room had a half way divider that separated a coach and bed, with a flat screen TV in the middle that could swivel. Sink located outside the bathroom (which was fine, just a little different!). Ambient room temperature was good! Quiet. Cons: What was disappointing was that the movies were very expensive, in my opinion.. about $15 a pop b/c they were in HD. I couldn't bring myself to spend more money on a movie in a room than I would in a theater so I did not watch a movie. Also the sheets were not that soft. So, in conclusion, if you are looking for a place to stay for not a lot of $, this fits the bill. Easy to find, convenient, and spacious and comfortable, all at a very reasonable price. That is exactly what we were looking for. It was a pleasure to stay here.

No complaints at all. Nice room, great TV, very clean, decent breakfast, fridge in room.. At a few $$$'s up/down from $100, this is the best place in the area.

Only issue was that they ran out of water and coffee towards the end of the breakfast time, you can go to bar/counter near front desk and request what you would like, they will take care of it.

Went there Thanksgiving Day evening! It was so nice to be able to just relax in such great surroundings. The room was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was good. The fruit salad was my favorite. Would recommend and would stay again.

"Needed a getaway"
Was in desperate need of a quiet getaway - went out to dinner, and hoped to come back and just watch some TV for a quiet night away from it all. Picked this hotel because of the reviews, location and the 42" TVs with on demand movies. Could not watch any movies. Technician came up and "reset" the TV, said it should be fine, but was exactly the same […] as before the reset. Called again, same thing. The front desk called back to check on the progress of the TV "repairs", and when we said it wasn't working they said they would reset it from the control panel downstairs. Needless to say, no movies that night or the next morning. Staff was polite, and gave it their best try, but it was clearly beyond their skill set. All other aspects of the hotel were as advertised - good price, clean room, and continental breakfast the next morning was as good as that type of thing gets. All in all satisfactory. Lisez la suite
"Overnight for a Phillies game..."
This hotel was great. Easy to find and easy to get to Citizens Bank Ballpark. The only problem was the dump truck emptying the dumpster at 545am....woke us up a bit early.

Read some reviews before booking and the experience did not disappoint. Nicely appointed room with large flat screen, 24 hr food available near front desk, helpful, courteous staff. Only problem was that my girlfriend left her (new) designer bathrobe behind and when we called to retrieve it they couldn't find it...but that's really our fault. We only spent one night on our way through, but it was very clean and comfortable. The lobby was a bit chaotic when we arrived (perhaps due to the wedding taking place in another area of the hotel?) and not as classy as the pictures make it look. But we ordered food from the little cafe and while it was a little pricy and not enough, it tasted great. […] Free breakfast was also a little chaotic, but hey, its free right? "Hyatt Place = Great Place"
The Hyatt Place in Mt. Laurel NJ is definitely worth the money. The only negative about the place was the air conditioner and the fridge. The air conditioner was rather loud and if you're a light sleeper the sound of it constantly turning on and off will definitely get to you. The fridge didn't work but that wasn't a huge deterrent for me. The bed […] was comfy. The bathroom was clean but small. Flat screen was large. You could watch tv from your bed or the couch which is nice. I would definitely stay at a Hyatt place again. It was extremely nice! Check in was convenient but disconnected. We never talked to any one there because you sign in via computer in the main lobby. Unless you have a true problem or need to order/request something. You're on your own. "Great hotel, great value"
Never stayed at a Hyatt before and was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, trendy and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The TV was huge and everything in the room looked new. Nice pool and breakfast was a plus. Excellent hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

Very accomodating and clean place. I would definitely say that I was pleased with this choice since it was a blind selection on line and it was all it claimed to be.

The hotel staff is great. The a/c did not cool down and the bathroom door would not stay open. Upon my reporting issues, the staff was very responsive to fix the problems, wrote an apology note, and for the inconvenience, gave me a latte, bottled water, and lotion at no charge.

"Must Stay -- Awesome for a weekend getaway"
Hotel did not disappoint. It was a great getaway with the family. Pool was small but clean and the hotel provided towels, etc. close to eating locations and stores. Comfortable beds, nice staff, easy check in and check out - would definely stay there again!
