Hotel de la Tour d'Auvergne - Paris

Lorsque je réserve un hôtel, mon souci premier est la propreté de la chambre et encore plus du lit. J'ai passé récemment une nuit dans cet hôtel et ai été réveillé très tôt le matin (vers 5 h) par quantité de petits occupants pas très sympathiques dans mon lit. Une fois cette présence constatée, je n'ai bien sûr plus pu dormir et me suis présenté à […] la réception dès le matin pour signaler le problème. La personne à l'accueil est venue constater les faits et s'est bien sûr excusée. J'aurais imaginé ne pas avoir à payer cette nuit d'hôtel et bien pas du tout. Le geste commercial de l'hôtelier a été de me proposer de séjourner une nuit gratuite dans un délai de 6 mois. Vous pensez bien qu'après pareille mésaventure on a vraiment pas envie de retenter l'expérience. A bon entendeur ... ! Lisez la suite

Très bel hôtel avec un accueil très chaleureux et des chambres surprenantes de confort et de déco. Rue calme, quartier vivant. Adresse vivement conseillée.

Il s'agit d'un hôtel tout à fait charmant. Il est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, qu'il s'agisse des parties communes ou de la chambre. L'espace d'une nuit, je me suis retrouvée dans cet univers tout à fait particulier et confortable. L'accueil qui nous a été réservé a été délicieux. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

super acceuil parfait j ai hate d y retourner,une vrai bonboniere ...surtout la chambre 55 tres coquine ...et la gentillesse du personel en general et le super petit dejeuner ,la deco geniale de l hotel de haut en bas .......

very welcoming, staff helpful Very well situated for everything in Paris but in a quiet road Room very small but delightful Only bad point was that the minibar had broken and the drinks were warm!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was very helpful with giving us suggestions for dinner, provided us with a map & places that are "must sees". The breakfast very scrumptous! Well worth including in your reservation. The fresh croissants & coffee, fruit, etc. was delicious. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I would stay there again […] should we revisit Paris. Attractive, clean and friendly boutique hotel. Only complaint is that the modest, but expensive, breakfast should have been included in the price.

This was a gorgeous hotel right in the heart of Paris, a ten minute walk to the Sacre Coeur, and Gare du Nord. Every room is different so it was exciting to see which one we would get. I took my wife to Paris for her birthday, and couldn't have expected a better service: I contacted the day before and they were extremely helpful and professional. The rates were good, the room we stayed in was small but clean and well done up, the staff was always ready to help us and spoke good English. The location is very good, very close to Gare […] du Nord, so convenient for Eurostar passengers and Metro/RER; it's a nice walk down to the main attractions and just a short walk to the Sacre Coeur. After searching online for hours, to find a hotel in Paris, we found this one... And we are very satisfied with the choice. The location is great, quiet neighborhood, the service is very professional and friendly. The room was modern, classic, very spacious and clean and had a French identity. Very courteous staff and great room designs. Hotel is in the Opera district but not very convenient to the sites of Paris. Taxi ride was 12 Euro each way at a minimum and the subway takes 40-45 minutes.

We enjoyed our one night stay here. Room was comfortable and more spacious than another Paris hotel room. We wanted to stay in another area in Paris- close to Sacre-coer, which was amazing to see! This hotel is also near a Metro and train station, so convenient for us since we were taking a train to London the next afternoon. We also enjoyed the recommended […] Korean restaurant directly across the street....highly rated and delicious! The hotel was generous to keep our luggage while we visited nearby sites after checkout. The Opera and Galleries LaFayette were a few metro stops away. very central good location, nice room, a little on the small side, a/c, free internet, nice view onto street below, nice local cafes and bars. perfect for a short trip to paris if your not planning on spending toooo much time in the room. me and my girlfriend had a good time, only complaint is the room was quite tight for space. but thats paris hotel […] i think. receptionists all very helpful and friendly. The staff at the hotel were very firendly and helpful. Our room was a little on the small side, however there was no street noise and windows could be left open during the night to take advantage of the fresh air. The hotel was close to both main railway stations in Paris, as well as being within walking distance to Boulevard De Rochenchouart, a lovely […] area for Cafes and Restaurants. The walk to Sacre Coeur Church was also very close and apart from the building itself, the lawns to sit and relax, as well as the view from this church was amazing. The walk in the opposite direction to the Seine River, the Louvre and the Notre Dame etc. was a little longer, but definitely easy walking. Travelling during August found us with a lot of little shops and Patisseries closed for vacation in the surrounding area to the hotel. Lisez la suite

Ok, so its not in the most convenient location for the main sites, but its character makes up for it - every room is unique and the staff are hugely helpful. Id love to stay again!

This is a beautiful boutique hotel. Great location, especially if you arrive via Eurostar in- it's only 10 minutes walk to Gard du Nord, so we were able to quickly drop off our bags & head into the city. It's 15minutes to Gallery Lafayette, under 10 mins to the nearest Metro station. A taxi back from the champs elysees was around €10. Like most hotels […] in Paris- it is compact, but the hotel is beautifully decorated, & thoughtfully laid out. The rooms had air-con, a mini fridge, & a flat screen satellite TV (with BBC news, cnn, etc) The staff were always very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return. Lisez la suite

Hotel de la Tour d'Auvergne made my first stay in Paris a brilliant one. The location is perfect for getting from the Eurostar (a 10 minute walk) and very easy for getting across to all of the central sights. It's a short walk to the Opera district and the Sacre Coeur/ Montmartre. The hotel is also perfectly positioned to get to several metro stops […] that will take you a short journey to The Louvre, The Eiffel Tower and The Seine. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful and really add to your stay. The rooms are also fantastically decorated each with it's own individual style. A charming small hotel in a location convenient for Gare du Nord and the Montmartre. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the room comfortable and overall very good value. Would definitely stay here again.

Really nice hotel, easy to find, if you dont expect to much and been in different hotels in Paris you will love it. The decore is very unusual, rooms are clean...close to cadet metro station or walking distance moulin rouge& Montmartre. The hotel is typical small Parisienne 3* -high and narrow. Our room opened onto the one way street so the sounds of Paris life were around us. 15 mins from Monmarte, with the lovely restaurants on the backstreets where a starter and main averaged €20.00, but far enough away from Pigalle. 20 mins to Galerie Lafayette etc. You must go to Rue de Martyrs […] on Sunday morning to experience the Parisiennes shopping for food. 40 minute queues outside one patisserie while walking past others, choices of cheese, vegetables, fowl, fish, flowers, salads, wine, olive oil, pate.....The hotel was perfect for the tourist who likes to wander. Our bags were kept safe due to our early arrival and late departure. Did not eat there but preferred to try different places. Lisez la suite

For those who complained about the size of the elevator, the age of the hotel, etc are not used to European travel. The hotel was sufficient for a one night stay. Close to Gare de Nord and close to Montemarte, one of my favorite places in Paris. I wouldn't recommend this location for your first trip to Paris. It's a little too far out for those new […] to the city. For those just whizzing in for a day or two, it's works for the price. The staff was great BTW! What a great hotel! The location was perfect with easy access to 3 metro stations. The room was perfect (smallish but so is everyother room in Paris) over looking the quiet street. The staff could not of been any more friendly, always willing to help and would go out of their way to assist us. I found this hotel through hotels.com. The reviews were extremely helpful. We were traveling further south to Italy and picked this hotel due to proximity to Gare du Nord train station. Wow what a find! Yes the rooms are a little small and the elevator can take only so much luggage at a time but man you're in Paris France baby. We were recommended a […] restaurant around the corner and it was great! Owners and all the help came over and spoke with us (Americans) and we had just a great time there. Marcise, the desk attendant was extremely helpful. He opened the bar for us and served us. He is a great young man and very good for the hotel. We were so impressed that we stayed again on our return trip back to Paris and onto Southern England. It's six blocks or so from the train station. Lisez la suite

Et hyggelig hotel i en rolig bakgate, et fint utgangspunkt for å spasere til de fleste viktigste severdighetene. God service av personale, med rene fine rom.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, auch zu Fuß. Freundliches Personal, schönes Ambiente, gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr sauber, leckeres Frühstück. Uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen!

Das Hotel liegt zentral in fussläufiger Umgebung vieler Sehenswürdigkeiten. Netter Service, wir holten immer eine Kanne heisses Wasser für Tee auf das Zimmer. Die Fotos im Interent lassen allerdings auf ein moderneres Hotel schliessen, als das, was wir dann vorfanden, aber das ist ja wohl immer so...

We were lucky to get the newest room of the hotel, which was of very modern design, spacy and air-conditioned. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything worked smoothly. Location is about 1km of Gard du Norde, so the access to/from airport is easy. Nearest metro station is 300m away.

the hotel is close to a subway station so you can reach everything pretty easy. Sacre Coeur is within walking distance and it is the perfect spot to discover Montmatre. The hotel is small but very nice, the interieur design is realy well done. Our room was amazing, clean, quiet and beautiful. I had booked the cheapest categorie but we got an upgrade […] for free when we arrived because there was a cancellation. The staff was realy realy friendly and helpfull. Nice, small and friendly. Splendid location, near the Metro. The rooms are small, but comfortable and very special. I think every romm is different from the others. Our only complaint is noises from the other rooms. Better isolation between the room is required.

部屋はスーツケース２個広げるとギリギリの大きさでした。フランスはこんな感じが多いのかな？ 部屋はキレイだし、シャワーの出も良いし、特に問題はなかったかな。エレベーターも小さいけど付いてたし！ フランスは古い町並みを残すために、あまり改装が出来ないみたい。なので、エレベーターの有無には要注意！ 部屋からの景色（町並み）は最高！というか、パリ全体が最高なんだけどね。。。 駅から歩いて５分くらい。ちょっと坂道だけど、そんなに歩きにくくはなかったかな。 近くにあるスーパーが夜１０時くらいまでやってるから、朝ご飯とか買うのに便利！ フランスのデザートはスーパーでも美味だった♪ フロントの人は皆気さくでとても良い人ばかりでしたよぉ～

Det är ett kanon hotell, rummet var jätte fint med massa designmöbler, väldigt mysig omgivning inte alls så turistigt.
