hotel tres bien situe, mais chambre petite ,climatisation super bruyante et refrigerateur egalemment tres bruyant , dommage ! Par contre un personnel super attentif.

Agréable moment pas de désagréments majeurs , bien que nous n'y ayons passés que deux nuits séparés , c'était correct idéal pour les gens qui doivent faire une escale d'une nuit s'ils doivent partir en croisière !

We booked the hotel for its proximity to the University of Miami. Having grown up in Miami I was aware ahead of time that it was just across a busy street from Miracle Mile, with its shops, restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment, and was an excellent location. The hotel itself was a surprise. It was very clean and relatively new. The bed was extremely […] comfortable and the room was spacious with a full size refrigerator and kitchen. I am honestly surprised the ratings aren't higher. My husband and I found absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel at all. It is on a busy street, but we were on the third floor facing the street and it was not noisy. Parking is behind the hotel, so it feels very safe and it is also in a decent neighborhood right on the edge of coral gables. It was OK The bedspread on the bed kept slipping off the bed at night. Did not have enough warm blankets. Bathroom sink water was not flowing well. Seemed to get stopped up. "Excellent"
Very clean, great hotel to stay. Had everything needed in the room, only thing i didnt like was i had to wait ten minutes to check in because they were busy and along with neighbors slamming their doors around my room. The battery in the lock on door went out and card would not work. We were locked out of room for two hours because there was no maintenance man on property. I booked a room in this hotel because I had a conference in Coconut Grove and didn't want to spend the high prices. Room was very clean and quiet. This is a residence type hotel so they will not come in and make beds, etc., every night. (Actually I prefer that.) This hotel is very nice. It is right in the middle of everything with an amazing restaurant just next door. We walked to all major shopping and dining with ease. I have been visiting Miami for over 30 years and never have stayed in such a convenient location. The hotel was very nice and comfortable.
