Nous occupions l'une des chambres à trois lits dont une partie se trouve en mezzanine, du coup deux télés et plus d'espace pour tous. Enfin la situation de l'hôtel est très intérréssante, quartier très vivant le soir pour budget sérré, petit déjeuner à la hauteur et accueil souriant.

Bonne impression générale en découvrant la chambre (propre, équipée) mais les matelas étaient très médiocres. Nous pouvions sentir les ressorts.De plus les murs étant très fins nous avons été un peu dérangé par les aller et venues dans le couloir. Quoiqu'il en soit, c'est un hôtel très correct, l'accueil est sympathique et le petit-déjeuner copieux. L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de Hyde Park et sur la ligne Centrale du métro. Il y a même le bus 390 direct qui circule même la nuit depuis Oxford Street.

en arrivant agréable surprise d'avoir une chambre surclassée !!!! 2 chambres, séjour, salle de bains dernier étage pour un couple : pas de bruit de voisins, pas trop de rue même si nous étions côté rue. comme beaucoup d'hôtels anglais l'entretien des chambres et bâtiment (peinture, moquettes etc..) est un peu laissé de côté, il ne faut pas être regardant... par contre draps fournis et serviettes, le tout propre. disposés sur les lits avec savons+shampooing. Franchement le personnel est sympa, l'endroit pour des touristes est impecc. Sans hésiter si je devais repartir sur Londres, je rependrai cet hôtel ou le conseiller à un couple /famille.

Accueil, très sympa, très pro mais impersonnel, cela ne va pas plus loin. Pas de mots d'accueil, pas de mot pour les visites. J'ai payé via internet, sans aucun problème. Il y a un gardien 24/24, donc pas de problème pour les clés. On est arrivés à 10h00 alors que chambres dispos à 14h00, ils ont gardé les sacs dans un local et quand on est revenus à ,18h00 les bagages étaient montés dans l'appartement, très sympa.....Situé dans une rue, très peu passante, mais qui donne devant un accès d'hôpital d'où partent les ambulances, et aussi un giratoire d'autobus.....donc c'est bruyant la nuit malgré le vitrage double. Ce n'est pas gênant plus que ça, mais tout de même cela fait un bruit de fond qui est tout de même là.....C'est appartement est très bien équipé, propre, les lits sont confortables, et il ne manque rien. Petit bémol, mais bon on fait avec, les SDB sont petites. Il y a des pubs juste à côté, un restaurant qui vend du pain juste en dessous à partir de 7h00, c'est pratique et très sympa. Le supermarché "Tesco" à 400 mètres n'est pas terrible, il faut aller à "Tesco" à côté de la station de métro de Saint Paul, les produits sont plus frais...! En résumé c'est un bon point de chute avec ses petits inconvénients. Mon avis sur cet hôtel est positif et correspond parfaitement au descriptif du site de "Hotels.com"

Bonne surprise en arrivant tard ce vendredi soir avec notre fille de 3 ans : nous sommes accueillis par un français. La chambre est prête, le lit enfant installé (ce qui rend la chambre un peu petite). Très bon hôtel et très bien placé à 3 minutes à pied de la gare victoria. Cette hôtel est également proche des accès en bus et il n'est pas très loin à pied de Buckingham palace. "Parfait"
Aucune déception. Facile d'accès, super accueil, très bel hotel, tout confort... Super pratique pour aller au centre de Londres, visites accessibles à pied... Bref, on a passé un super séjour! Il manquerait juste une piscine pour que ce soit vraiment parfait!!! :)

"Good home base"
I really enjoyed staying at the Park Plaza - they offered a reasonable rate, were located almost across the street from Victoria Station, and just down the road from several excellent restaurants. The room itself (I went for the upgrade) was quiet, comfortable, and welcoming. My only complaint was the front desk. They appeared clueless from the checkin […] process until the checkout. How do I call another room? Not sure. Do you have the reservation for another member in the party? Hard to say. When will the room be ready? Can you check back? ... It just seemed that they were unprepared for the hospitality part of their job. That said, the hotel was quite perfect in all other respects. Not sure why their reception staff was so bad, but that was the only reason I did not give all 5s in the review Lisez la suite

"Great Hotel, Bad Timing"
The hotel was great, except for the weather being unseasonably warm and the hotel cooling system was still in winter mode. (No AC) The only bad part of our stay had nothing to do with the hotel, they were tearing up Victoria Station for a remodel and it made things interesting trying to get going. "Great location - Just what you need in a hotel"
The location is great. It's literally two blocks (max) from the London Victoria tube station / Victoria rail station / Victoria bus station. This means that if you're flying to Gatwick airport, you have easy access to the Gatwick express train (a short 30 minute ride for ~$28), easy access to taking day trips outside of London (train station), easy […] access to all of London (3 tube lines intersect at Victoria station!), and easy access to the bus station for day trips. Also, Victoria station is really in the heart of London - a short walk away from Buckingham palace and some of the main sites. The hotel itself is nice, especially for London standards! Like most London buildings, the building isn't the newest, but it's got everything you look for in a hotel room - mostly, a comfortable and CLEAN room. At least, that's what I look for. They provide FREE internet, which is nice. If you want faster service, it's only 5 pounds, which is a lot less than most hotels! So yes, I think it's a great find and I'd stay there again. We liked this hotel mostly for its great location in the heart of historic London. This hotel is within easy walking distance of many historical sites such as Westminster Abby, the House of Commons & Big Ben, Trafalger Square, Buckingham Castle, etc. It is also close to the British Museum and several theatres. We also enjoyed the extra optional breakfast […] package that also included the use of 1st flr executive lounge which we enjoyed most afternoons were we had some wine & snacks after a long day walking around downtown London. "Phenomenal Location for Gatwick & Heathrow"
Flying in to Gatwick and continuing through Heathrow can be a tough connection. We elected to fly in to Gatwick and then take the Gatwick Express to the Victoria Station. It was a very short walk to the Park Plaza Victoria where we stayed overnight. There are lots of places for dinner, including the Queen Arms Pub and many for breakfast close by as […] well. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are quite large for London. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our only issue during the stay was the lack of air conditioning that time of the year. It was unseasonably warm and we could not get the room to cool down. I wish they would have warned us at check in not to turn the air on, because it just made things worse. The next day we were able to make a short walk back to Victoria Station and take the Tube, with one easy transfer to Heathrow. All in all a great hotel with a reasonable price and fantastic location. The hotel was perfectly situated for our trip to see Wicked the musical. Reception was clean and welcoming, staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was clean however there was a large stain on the carpet which looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There were no biscuits with the tea/coffee facilities which I found quite strange for a 4* hotel. It took […] us a while to work out how to use the shower. The hairdryer was useless as you had to hold the button down whilst using it and there was little power. The air con in the room did not work and just blew out warm air and the heating seemed to be on in the whole hotel very high which made it very uncomfortable. We had the window open however this made little difference and we had a very restless nights sleep. We did not have breakfast as this cost an extra £15 each. For the price we paid I would not rate this hotel 4* and wouldn't stay again. Lisez la suite

"Good hotel, good location, helpful staff"
Some problems with a non-working room telephone at start of trip but this was soon sorted out. Very helpful staff, and in particular the lady at the reception - Justyna, who allowed me a late check-out and full use of the gym and shower facilties before making my way to Heathrow for an overnight flight: nice touch. Will be back at this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location for getting to/from airport and good base for seeing the sights. It's a nice hotel and comfortable, however I would question the classification of their "superior" rooms - supposed to have a king size bed and windows opening to views of the city - in reality the bed was no bigger than a standard double and the 5th floor […] windows opened to a view of a side street - when I questioned it with reception, they insisted we were indeed in a superior room and that the bed was a king! Service was fine, we stayed in January and the heatnig in the room was way too much, ended up having to open windows to try and cool off. The A/C cold setting pumped out hot air. Also the TV was broken. Stayed one night.

This hotel is really good for its location as it is right near Victoria Train Station. It is also close to the Hop on, Hop off Bus (also next to Vic.Train station) The hotel also has largish rooms and the reception and concierge's are excellent. Very friendly, efficient staff. Did not eat breakfast in the hotel but it looked good. Street in which hotel […] is, has lots of fine cafeterias and shops. We had two minor issues in the room: toilet overflowed and a light bulb was broken. Very reasonable price for this high quality hotel. Staff on check in was great. I had requested an early check in and my room was ready when I arrived at 11 am. Location is fantastic - walk to everything. Lots of nice restaurants within a couple blocks. Concierge (Denny) was extremely helpful.

The location of this hotel was perfect! We were able to walk to several of London's famous attractions. We also took a tour of the city on a bus which we were able to board just 2 blocks away. The rooms were very comfortable and large with a nice size closet, mini fridge, ironing board, iron, hair dryer and safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to London who want to walk to all the sites. We booked this hotel because we were going on a trip from Victoria Station and this hotel was the nearest we could find. We had a good room and its location was great. Breakfast was good and because we were there for two days we had a package which worked out very good. Excellent assitence staff were always reactive fravourably to any requests. location was perfect to theaters shows taxis at the door of hotel and train MRT station 2 minutes walk. "Clean, Quiet, Convenient, Americanized"
After staying in a loud university dorm room for most of the week, I found this room pleasantly quiet and spacious. The room and hotel were comfortable and clean, and reminded me very much of high-end American hotels. My room even had a standard USA 120 volt AC socket. This would be a great base for exploring London.

The Park Plaza Victoria surpassed my expectations. The location was perfect for our trips around London on the tube and for our train ride to Gatwick. The hotel was large, airy and spacious. Our room was large (even by North American standards) and well-appointed (bathrobes, slippers, nespresso machine, kettle, mini-bar, bottled water). Helpful hotel […] staff and great service. I was initially wary of staying near a train station (two women), but those concerns were allayed when we discovered the quiet neighbourhood with restaurants, stores and supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsbury) a block or two from the hotel away from Victoria Station. Very friendly and helpful staff. This hotel is in a great position in regards to sight seeing...they will organise tours for you. Victoria train station & local bus stops are extremely close. Restaurants and supermarket only 50-100 yards/metres away.

We chose the Park Plaza Victoria for its proximity to Victoria Station, as we were attending a two-day event at Crystal Palace. We were happy to discover an excellent neighborhood of restaurants on the same street as the hotel. Although we stayed only one night, we slept very well on the comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful.
