Nous n'avons aucun point négatifs. Tout était génial !!! Nous avions une chambre avec un grand lit king et aussi avec un balcon qui donnait la vue sur la mer. Nous avions une kitchenette avec un grand frigo "normal" et on pouvait préparer nos repas. Nous avons tellement apprécié notre séjour que nous pensons y retourner l'année prochaine avec nos 4 […] enfants cette fois. La seule chose dont nous n'avons pas aimé c'est que c'était la semaine BIKERS WEEK. La fin de semaine était très bruyante à l'extérieur et beaucoup de trafic. Dernière fin de semaine de mai. À déconseiller.

The room was spacious and the kitchen was very convenient. Location is good and the hotel was clean. The room cleaning services were not good as we had to call every day for towels and ask them for our room to be cleaned.

Enjoyed my stay, the staff was very helpful as well as flexible and sensitive to our needs. Rooms were very cool and very well maintained. We were able to walk to local stores and drug stores in the area within 5 mins. in either direction.

Excellent location, the beach is right behind this hotel and guests have 24 hour access to the beach. The only downfalls this hotel has are compared to others in the area the outside of the hotel isn't very inviting and the paint job should be redone to this building. Other than that the hotel was nice and staff were honcho when needed.

Stayed in oceanfront 1 bd room condo. View was excellent. Everything is close by. Beach access is pretty good. Carpet is wornout . Cleanliness average. Felt expensive for the place. $190 plus per day (with taxes).

Overall our stay was ok. However, the room smelled a little moldy and was extremely dusty. My sheets had holes. The TV did not work. The housekeeping was friendly and fixed whatever we asked. I really liked the people at the front desk. It was an extremely busy weekend and they were delightful my entire stay. I wish I could remember their names.

On vacation during Memorial Day weekend!! "Black bike week" The staff was friendly and professional. Enjoyed the hotel location and amenities. Only issue was the private entry to the beach due to weeds/grass overgrown in walking space. I would recommend this hotel to a friend!!!!

Unfortunately, we were there during Black Bike Week. Never in my life have I seen such disregard of laws, rules, decency, common courtesy and the 24/7 noise level was unbearable! Nightly, there was screaming and commotion starting @1130 and it never stopped-from the balcony. I went out one night and was verbally attacked in every cuss word imaginable. […] When it didn't stop, my husband walked out, he was threatened and cussed as well. He was told "since you have a problem with me, I will be right over to discuss" Then began banging on walls n doors. This went on from 1130 -330am. Not a safe or relaxing night. When we tried to get to our car, we had to work our way through groups of people that were 9-10 deep. When we come to Myrtle Beach, we only stay at Patricia Grande. Although we were a little worried based on previous reviews, our stay was a pretty good stay. We had a beautiful oceanfront room with a great balcony. Condo was pretty up to date, surprisingly, the bathroom was too! Property was conveniently located and within walking distance to the Pier. I have no complaints about this hotel. It's a good hotel in a good location at a reasonable price. Not the best, but it was a good balance for a beach focused vacation weekend. We felt very comfortable. My only complaint is that the parking garage is very tight and difficult to maneuver in with a full size truck (F150, 8ft bed). My wife and I stayed for 4 days..it was great...great price..great choice...great view. Everyday we were there I wanted to stay longer. Great beach access. Free miniature golf. We will be back.

First the positives: Great location on the beach and 5 minutes from Broadway at the Beach. Great service. Room was very clean well except for the grout in the bathroom. Negative is the overall condition of this hotel. It's old and needs a complete remodel. We really enjoyed our oceanfront room. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel was within walking distance to many restaurants. The hotel staff was also very friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

I have stayed at PG on numerous occasions because of the location and the standard of the hotel. I have visited Mb overnight more than a hundred different times and most of the hotels are the same on the inside. Not many of those hotels stand out to me except PG for the price.

My husband and I chose the Patricia Grand for our first trip without our kids in 17 years! I was a little bit apprehensive because there were a few negative reviews, but we could not have chosen more wisely. We got there much too early for even the early check in and the desk attendant Katie was just so helpful! She gave us ideas for things to do while […] we waited for the early check in and also offered the hotel amenities up to us.The room was really comfortable and updated (I had asked for an updated room because I had read a Hotels.com review that recommended it)! The indoor pools were great--very warm and clean and quite large. It was a little too cold to swim in the outdoor pool, but the pool area was so beautiful and comfortable. The ONLY thing that we had any type of problem with was housekeeping. If you have your "do not disturb" sign on the door, you have to notify the desk when you leave. Even though we actually told the housekeeper (that was cleaning next door) that we were leaving the room and that she could clean it, we arrived back in the evening to an uncleaned room. The front desk staff was quite helpful, though, offering to send someone up immediately to clean it. We just needed clean towels, though, and they got them right away for us! My husband liked the gym and I liked sleeping in while he was AT the gym! The parking was convenient and we were able to get a spot on the first level on all but the weekend days. This was my second time staying here and just as the first it was very enjoyable...the front desk staff was very nice and polite. My room was cleaned daily. My only mild issue was that the lazy river wasnt heated so ALL the kids were palying around in the hot tub instead.Other than that I will be back this summer after it warms up.

It was pouring rain, and my husband and I had just drove 5 hours from meetings in NC. We wanted to spend our anniversary at the beach before going home to NV. Instead of booking us in a smoking room, the operator had "requested" a smoking room at a completely NON SMOKING PROPERTY. There are way too many nice resorts in MB in the same price range. This place had so many minor maintenance problems that it made the stay unpleasant. The evening desk clerk is awful for customer service; no etiquette; no smiles, nothing. He practically ignores guests who are standing right there at the desk. He made me wait 15 minutes,without even […] acknowledging my presence, just so he could dial up someone and leave a voice mail! I was livid!!! Lazy river is small and very shallow. Hot tubs aren't kept warm enough. One was very cloudy and filled with soap bubbles. Half the jets in the outdoor spa don't work and the light never worked. We had to sit out there in the dark the entire time. The unit we stayed in was dirty. I wiped off all the surfaces when I checked in. Furniture was old and broken. The heat worked well though - it was very cold during our visit. The coffee shop is only open 3 hours a day 8 to 11 a.m. The restaurant staff are also lacking in customer service. They complain that they are shorthanded, daily. Customers wait unreasonable amounts of time just to be acknowledged. The greatest advantage of the Patricia Grand is that it is ocean front and the staff are very helpful. The location is great because you can easily get to attractions by car and you aren't in the middle of the tourist trap shops thus it is more peaceful. The property is adequate. Paint was peeling from the walls near the windows, the plastic dollar […] store furniture on the patio wasn't relaxing and the shaky door locks on the patio left me feeling less than secure. Mattresses were old and lacked support & comfort. Esthetically the decor lacked warmth with it's 1980's vibe, the worn sofa and table with broken legs (with the exception of the flat screen TVs. The microwave was old, no turn table, the old coffee maker and there was no garbage disposal and the VERY LOUD heater/AC round out the need for updating. The SMALL indoor lazy river and pool ARE heated which was great as it was spring and because the property is on the beach, makes it worth the inconvenience of the room if you plan to use it only for sleeping and changing. IF you are looking for a sanctuary, you won't find it here. I was saddened that to have Starbucks coffee, I had to venture into the cold several blocks to a sister property. Lisez la suite
