I got a great deal on our stay and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the condo was. Granite counter tops, full kitchen, washer and dryer and flat screen TVs in living room and bedrooms. The unit to unit noise through the adjoining door is the worst I've ever encountered. We could literally hear the next door units coffee maker! To make matters worse, they stuck us in a building surrounded by construction. The saws and hammers started at 6am. You should also know this is not a hotel but a Time Share resort and you will get pitched. […] No daily room cleanings either since its a Time Share. The rooms are dated but clean. The odd shaped living room / kitchen area would have made it hard to use the sleeper sofa. It's a big resort with multiple buildings. There are several outdoor pools but only 1 indoor pool and 1 fitness center that didn't open till 7:30 in the morning and closed at 10. We liked the location away from the strip but if you want to be near the shows this isn't it. The staff was nice but with the noise issues we won't stay here again. Lisez la suite

We loved our rooms, we loved the space, the ambiance, the on-site washer and dryer, the decorating, the full kitchen, the running stream off the balcony, having two bathrooms, the jacuzzi-- wonderful space for my family to relax and enjoy some days in Branson. The rooms were spacious, clean, bed was superior, appliances were very well kept down to silverware that was top quality as well! Big Surprise that these people don't sacrifice any detail. Then we heard they were upgrading in January of 2013??? I can only imagine an even greater stay? We had 3 adults, a 4 year old, a 2 year old and a 10 month child […] and the accomodations were excellent. Don't forget your swimsuits! The room was dirty upon check-in (very dusty, one year old son's hands and feet turned black from crawling on the carpet, our socks turned black from walking on the carpet, tile floors in bathrooms were dirty, and some dishes in the full kitchen were dirty). Our room for 8 people only had a few wash rags and just 4 bath towels. The front desk was apologetic […] but indicated housekeeping was already gone for the day. The resort was very nice. Employees were very welcoming and friendly. The kids enjoyed the indoor pools, planned family activities, playground, etc. The resort is also very close to the main strip of Branson, but away from the noise. A very quiet and peaceful location. We stayed on the bottom floor which is advantageous when your 66 yr. old mother-n-law is with you.Unforunately the floor above us squeaked everytime they moved.It made going to sleep a little hard until everybody settled down.Also the plumbing was a little loud.

We loved the hotel. However, when you book, you might want to request to not be in the same unit as where they do they condo sales presentations. It was awful trying to get into the elevator and we were on the third level.

very frustrating customer service. We checked in on Tuesday, and about an hour later, they called to offer us an opportunity to hear a presentation about the property. We understood it would be a sales presentation talking about the Wyndam resort. They offered us $125 to come, and we decided to take them up on the meeting. They asked us 'qualifying […] questions' (their words, not mine)....and set up the meeting for Friday. Each day, they called, addressed me by name and verified our continued interest in coming to the appt. Every day!!!!!! On Friday morning, they called again to verify that we were indeed coming to the presentation. We told them we were coming. We went to the presentation, but upon arriving, they told us that we were not eligible to be in the presentation because they could not market to people from Indiana (no kidding). We gave up our vacation time to go to this, and they did not compensate us for time or anything. It is a nice place to stay, just be VERY CAREFUL about booking the sales presentation...they promise things they do not deliver. Lisez la suite

Having never stayed in a condo before, let alone Wyndham, we weren't quite sure what to expect....but were very pleasantly surprised! From the Jacuzzi in the master bedroom to the silverware in the kitchen drawers, the supplied amenities made our stay even more enjoyable than expected! I loved the Room surprised at the VIEW and patio, would stay here again, upstairs neighbors were a little roddy. But other than that it is the BEST PICK for anyone looking for a GREAT HOTEL. Has things for kids to do in addition to the Movies and Hot Dogs.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation! Staff was very friendly, the condo was very clean, and plenty of room in the 1 bedroom deluxe. The shows were great! Look forward to visiting again.

It was fine for work travel - rather basic, very clean, very comfortable beds. I didn't realize it was a timeshare when I booked it, but that made no difference, it had more of a nicer-apartment complex type of feel with many retired-aged folks walking around as well. We didn't use the kitchenette but it was a pretty nice one and would be handy if staying […] for non-work travel. The location is somewhat more remote/off the "main drag" but still within 5-10 minutes of just about everything in Branson. Didn't interact with the staff other than check-in, but he was very polite. Loved the 2bedroom condo; it was exactly what we wanted. Also loved the pools and rec center. I thought since we booked through hotels.com that we would not have the sales pitch. My mom was traveling with me and owns at another location. Intead, they couldn't decide which of us they should pitch...the non-owner (me) or the owner (her)...one of us was […] definitely getting the sales pitch. Turned out to be here. They took about 1/2 hr one day and asked her to come by again the next day to explain some items. That took almost an hour. When she refused the deal a few times, they brought out the boss. When she refused his deal, he became really obnoxious. So much so that she contacted the referrals they'd asked her for to tell them that if they called with a vacation offer to simply turn it down. Not only did Wyndham's sales team take time away from our relaxing vacation, but they also put a damper on how we felt about staying at the resort. I wish that I'd known about the sales pressure prior to booking this condo. Unfortuantely, I'm unlikely to stay at this resort again due to the sales tactics. The one bedroom condo we stayed in had plenty of room for me, my wife and two year old. We requested a condo close to the play ground and pull which was a great convenience. I would definitely stay at this resort again.

My husband and I have stayed in many condos in the Branson area. This one was spotless and the staff proved to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a 1 bedroom unit which suited our needs but the living room arrangement was a little awkward. We could hear the neighbors but only briefly and the Wyndham apparently enforces their quite time policy […] as it was quiet at night. The only down side was sales staff calls trying to get us to listen to a sales pitch. We just didn't answer the phone after the first call and they did not call too early. We only stayed at Wyndham 2 nights but it was a very positive experience. There was a shuttle to the pool building, which was great since it was raining when we were there! The rooms were spacious and clean and the furniture was comfortable, especially the mattresses, which isn't very common.

The check in was quick and friendly. Parking was difficult after 4pm. there weren't enough spaces for all of the guests in front of our building. We stayed on second floor and there were luggage carts by elevators to make transition effortless. A problem with room cleanliness took until early morning to get resolved our first night there and was never addressed by a member of management as promised. Also, it was spring break and apparently there is very little sound dampening in the units as it was very loud until the early morning hours.

The Wyndam looks really nice! We checked in right before Spring break. Our room was very dusty and the toilet was dirty. The check-in staff was very nice but, it went downhill from there. We tried to buy attraction tickets and were sent to 3 different places. No one seemed to want to help and seemed to be because we were not time share owners. Needless […] to say we will not stay here again. It was a comfortable room but very tiny compared to the internet pics. Again it was dirty and the clocks weren't even on the right time. I honestly only write this review because I want enough people to stay there to keep this resort in business. Not that they are by any means going out of business. It is an awesome resort and we plan on only staying there when in Branson from now on. No need to look around any longer when planning our trip. I just hope it doesn't get swamped with guests […] to the point that it is hard to book a room or the prices go through the roof...just to explain my my first line.
