"Family getaway"
Loved the room, the ladies that checked us in were nice- need to take better care of exterior (doors to our suite gave a bad image/feeling to our stay).... Would have been a perfect stay except the front office kept calling to get us to attend their sales pitch....NOT HAPPY at all about that.
Staff was very friendly, enjoyed the indoor pool and the room was very nice

"Helpful Staff"
Not as close to the strip as we had hoped, but very nice room and grounds. Only drawback was that there was a charge for wireless access! I get that for free from Super 8, Best Western, etc!

We go to Branson about 8 times a year it's anice weekend getaway! We usually stay at different locations but I think we have found our new favorite place! tennis, ping pong, 18 hole putt putt golf swimming pools hot tubs what more could you ask for oh yeah and the courteous staff was just icing on the cake!

We really didn't know what to expect when we booked this hotel online. Everything was fabulous from the time we checked in! Very friendly staff that took time to explain the area and amenities to us, and an incredible room! It was a very spacious one bedroom (we even brought an extra blow up queen bed - plenty of room next to the hide a bed) The screened […] in porch overlooked the river behind us. We were exceptionally delighted with or accommodations and in fact plan to use this hotel again next year when we come to Kenneth Copeland meeting. It was clean, fully equipped, and quiet

"Good place to stay if it is on a deal."
The room was clean. The 50 inch High Def Television was nice too! The king size bed was very comfortable. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the mini-golf. There were plenty of utensils and pots and pans in the kitchen. Now for the downs: The counter at the bottom seemed to be falling apart. The carpet was pretty worn. The walls were paper thin. We were very happy overall with our stay, we have stayed in other timeshare condos and really liked the enclosed porch. We didn't have the time to take advatage of the other ammentities but we did enjoy our stay and the staff was very friendly and helpful

My husband and I decided to take a last minute trip to Branson and booked the hotel the morning we left. Upon arrival the front desk clerk was so nice and friendly that it just made us smile. We rented a studio room for the night and was impressed. It was like staying in our own little apartment. The room even had an Ipod dock and dvd player. The people […] in the room next to us had kids so it was a little noisy but not overly so. The location is perfect if you want to get away from the main area of Branson. I stayed here over the weekend with my husband. We go to Branson about 4 to 5 times a year, and this is our favorite place to stay by far. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The only thing I don't like is that there is no continental breakfast...but its definitely worth having to buy your own breakfast. We will probably stay here from now on. LOVE […] LOVE LOVE it! "Very nice for the price"
I've stayed at The Suites at Fall Creek twice in the past few months and have loved it both times. The one bedroom units we stayed in were nice and spacious. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The value for the prices is outstanding.

We really enoyed our stay. The only drawback was the location of the pool. My wife loves a pool, but not if she has to drive to it.

Great location upgrade to spacious 1 bedroom studio is too small. No sound insulatuon like your neighbors are in the same room with you.

The stay was very comfortable and worth the price. There are lot of activities to do in the hotel area itself. we rented DVDs from the front desk . The room has flat tv with dvd player. In addition there are lot of things to do like table tennis, swimming,Jacuzzi etc.

Our stay was very comfortable at this hotel . Only thing missing was breakfast/cafeteria.
Outside lights remained on all night, no curtains and very hard to sleep. The shower had a very small faucet, there was no pressure very little water came out fo a shower. The closet door hung up and was hard to get it closed. Resort was not updated and run down. Not at all worth the price they charge during season.
The management was good enough to get us checked in earlier than the ridiculous 4 o'clock check in time. It was very difficult to sleep because the outside lights were so bright they illuminated the entire room. We have never not been afforded some kind of breakfast at any of the other hotels we've stayed at in Branson, but nothing was available to […] us because, they said, "we had pre-booked". We called the office to schedule a wake-up call. We told them to ring the room at 8 o'clock. We never got a wake-up call. We are ministers and have contact with hundreds of constituents in and around Branson. We will certainly not book again at The Suites at Fall Creek, nor will we recommend it. Lisez la suite

The Room had stains in it, hairs in the barthroom, and shower rod was broken. The walls are thin. You can hear what other people in other rooms are saying. No maid, service no internet, no breakfest. Does not look like it was pictured. Beware of 200 dollar late check out fee. Cannot check in until 4pm and have to be checked out by 10am. Had to drive […] around 1/2 mile to get to pool. "The Suites @ Fall Creek--AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!"
When we checked in, they put a $100 hold on my card and told me that it would be released when I checked out. I called the resort the next day and they said that it was my banks responsibility to release it, because they had released it on their end. I went to the bank. They did not show it released yet, but said if the resort would fax them a letter […] stating that they had released it, then the bank could release the hold. The resort refused to fax something. They said it should be released at midnight. It still has not been released today. I called Diamond Resorts Corporate office and they cannot do anything either. Once we got to the room, we found that the closet door was not on, it was just leaning up against the wall. Maintenance came and said they could not fix it, so they just took the door out of the room. The coffee pot had old leftover coffee grounds in it. Something had been spilled on the blanket and it had not been cleaned. There was damage to the ceiling, looked like a water leak that they had tried to paint over, but it still had mold. The walls are very thin and we could hear everytime the people next door went to the bathroom or showered. They keep the outside lights on all night long. The door only has mini blinds, so the light shines thru all night long. I would not recommend this resort to anyone!!!! Lisez la suite
"Brancson trip"
This is the second time that we have stayed at The Suites at Fall Creek and we will be back. The suites are great and you can't beat the price for all the room that you have.

Check in was terrible. We got there at 3:15PM and was told our room was not ready and check in was 4PM, however others in front of me got their keys? So I came back at 4PM and was told it was still not ready, so I asked for the Manager and he said the room was ready, so it appears the right hand didn' know what the left hand was doing. The room was […] clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a convenient location. However they did not come in and clean the room on Saturday while we were out, which I thought was strange. When I called housekeeping, they told me they do that at the end of the stay or every seven days. It's a time-share property, not a hotel. The lights on the exterior of the building are very bright at […] night making it easy to see if one arrives after sunset but the light shines very brightly through the mini-blinds when one tries to sleep. I always enjoy staying here. It is quite, a little out of the way but nice.
We went one hole night and half a day without hot water . We had to go to a up stairs condo to take a bath at 12 am .. We didn't get it fixed till 100pm the next day... We never got a call from a manger at all to say sorry for what happen . We had to go to the office just to try to talk to a manger but there was not one there... "Bright lights....Long nights"
Inconvient to get to, but very nice room had everything....but walls very thin could hear neighbor sneeze, talk or watch tv. Bright lights all around building on every floor, so bright in room could not sleep, never got dark!

Night one of our stay was very enjoyable. It was totally quiet and I couldn't have been more pleased. The second night was totally different. The room had a connecting door and the noise was pretty bad as we could hear total conversations. Luckily they went to sleep around 10 so we had a good rest too. I assume the other room was vacant the first night. […] Also I had only cold water for my second morning shower. Don't know if it was connected to the other room or not since we had no problem the first night. Nice clean kitchen area with Cuisinart appliances. We only used the coffee maker and microwave so can't rate the others. The only other problem was the spider webs out front. Not for the timid. Being a light sleeper I would wish for darker blinds in the door instead of wooden blinds or a solid door. Overall, we were pleased at the price point paid. Just be sure to be the first to bathe. I booked my reservation on-line and everything was arranged and prepared upon my arrival. I thoroughly enjoyed the "bachelor" suite and had the convenience of a small kitchen where I could prepare meals for my special vegan diet. Everything was clean and neat. The large screen TV was a plus. The location was convenient to shows and shopping. The price […] was reasonable. Staying there made my mini vacation in Branson over Thanksgiving memorable and fun. Facility & location was wonderful ! Were convenient to Branson shows & close to Silver Dollar City. We were very pleased with the accommodations. The down side was no free internet. We found that inconvenient not being able to access show & restaurant information . I felt the $7 per day charge to have internet connection in our room was excessive.

After making a hundred dollar deposit, the desk attendant had quite the attitude and I got the feeling she could have cared less if we were there or not. Got a hard time about the liscense plate even after having paid for the room, a deposit with a cc on file. The room was nice but heard all the noises from others, ice machine from downstairs.
