Stayed in a suite with my wife and 2 kids along with my mom. There was plenty of room, and the kitchen was well equipped. We were on the 11th floor, and our view was partially obstructed by an older round hotel. That hotel would not obstruct the view if you were on floor 14 and up. The hotel is not brand new, but was reasonably priced and in a fantastic location right on the beach, and convenient to numerous attractions, stores, restaurants, etc.. We would highly recommend this hotel. It was clearly well managed , very efficiently run , and an outstanding location for Waikiki beach The room we had was on the 21st floor with a very large balcony, commanding 270 degree views of the beach and swimming areas and city - a superb location for viewing the magnificent sunsets The kitchen , laundry /drying […] facilities and appliances in the room were excellent . The Extra large refrigerator with ice making facilities was brilliant. The Hotel also offered in room free WiFi and internet access , which was a real bonus The room making service and the personal presentation/cooperation of the service attendants was first class The spaciousness of the rooms was better than expected . This is a good hotel, though I think a little expensive for what you got. The location is gr8, its right across the road from Waikiki! The kitchen had most cooking items... just missing a strainer :) Everything was clean, a few light switches were broken, the Internet was free with no daily room charge which was a nice change. Our stay at the Aston Waikiki Tower in Honolulu was very, very nice. The staff on site were excellent, helpful and very gracious. You are within walking distance of all the shopping and the view was extraordinary. I would not hesitate to make reservations there again when in Honolulu and recommend to my friends and relatives. This was a beautiful hotel. Shopping, restaruants, all walking distance. The beach right in front of hotel. Nothing blocking the full ocean view. We stayed three nights in this hotel. It is facing to waikiki beach, walking distance to Honolulu zoo. With two kids, the location was perfect. During the stay, we asked an extra blanket and some extra bath towels and the housekeeper brought them right away, with confirmation phone calls from the front desk that we received them. On arrival the staf was excellent , we were shown to our room which was on the 6th floor . The veiw was very disapointing as all we could see the roof of Mac donalds below and their air con was very noisy. We asked if we could move and that was no trouble until we saw that room still not what we asked for .They agreed to move us again but this would […] not be until the nest day . Very dispointing start to our holiday as I requested a certain type of room when the booking was made .The next mourning we moved to another room which was fine , clean and good view . I personally has to sleep on the sofa .I DO NOT RECOMMAND THIS TO ANYONE . The matress was so old and the spring were almost through . On the last morning of our stay I went down stairs at 5.30am to drop bags off for pick up as I stepped into the lift I slipped as the floor had just been mopped , but their was no signs etc to say this . Our stay at this hotel was great. The check-in and out was very easy. The service was excellent. You could not beat the location. My room was large and comfortable, and the view from my room was amazing. I already made plans to stay at this gem of a hotel in 2011.

If not the only one, this is one of the few hotels in Waikiki that doesn't charge for parking and have a free valet service. We stayed at a condo with 2 rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, huge living room and a huge balcony. I tell what, to a partial ocean view this was the best hotel ever. The staff were extremelly helpful, everyday we got free newspaper […] by the door, the kitchen comes fully loaded with microwave oven, regular oven, huge fridge with ice maker and water on the door, dishwasher and all the possible gadgets you my need to cook. The room even had a laundry machine and dryer with everything u need to do wash ur clothing. The rooms have huge closets, tv, DVD players and the beds are extremely comfortable. The pillows I can't even mention. They are amazingly soft and fluffy. We stayed there for 7 days and not one day we didn't receive a phone call from the concierge asking if everything was fine or if we need anything from them. I highly suggest this hotel if you have few extra bucks to pay for. The only thing it concerned me a lil was the security of the hotel. Anyone could pass by the lobby and get on the elevator without being asked a single question. I think they could improve the safety of their guests by adding a safety mechanism at the elevator. May only allow people who are guests to be able to use the elevator like many other hotels here. But overall I would rate this hotel 5. Lisez la suite

The units are located right across Waikiki Beach, and in close proximity to shops and restaurants. It was very easy to walk around. The amenities were average. Swimming pool was on the smaller side. 到着後、ダイアモンドヘッドが見たい旨伝えるとすぐに快く対応してくださり、３１階中央の部屋に！何とラナイからは左にダイアモンドヘッド、真下にワイキキビーチ、右手はヒルトンハワイアンビレッジの花火までが眺められる眺望が広がってました。朝食はラナイで海を見下ろしながら・・・。室内も広く開放的で清潔感に溢れ、次回も必ずここにお世話になるつもりです。

非常に快適です。今回レンタカーを借りましたが、ホテルの係りも手際良く気持良かったです

予約前にいろいろな、ところで調査したが、価格が色々あり、 それは、何階に宿泊できるかによって相違することが、現地のチェックイン時にわかった。事前に各Floorによる価格を公表すべきである。到着時に追加金額を支払えば、UP　Gradeすることが出来るとの交渉を受けた。

　フロントには常時日本語を話せるスタッフがいるので安心。結婚１０周年だからとパーシャルからフルオーシャンビューに変更してくれたのが嬉しかった。 　部屋はきれいにメンテされ、やや古めの部屋でも特段の不満はなし。大きなキッチンも使い勝手良かったです。 　レンタカーだったのでバレーパーキングも便利でした。あと、すぐ下に大きめのＡＢＣストアがあるのも良かった。

今回9度目のワイキキ滞在で、プロゴルファー4名とスタッフ2名で利用しました。メインはゴルフです。 到着は12時でしたが、日本語のしゃべれるフロントマネージャーに部屋のアップグレードを勧められました。 予約していた部屋はパーシャルオーシャンビューでしたが、5階のためビューは目の前に立つサークルホテルでほとんどビューの期待はできないとのこと。アップグレードで即チェックインが可能とのことだったので、追加料金を検討しましたが、仲間と相談後チェックインの時間まで周辺を探索し予約した部屋に滞在することを決めました。到着早々に予約した部屋のビューが期待できないことを告げられややがっかり・・。しかし結果は５階から７階の部屋へ少し調整してくれました。 部屋はとても使いやすく立地も申し分なく良かったと思います。 […] 良くない点は客室係の一人の男性が女性６人という状況でテーブルの配置換えを頼んだところ、かなり横柄な態度で怖かったです。ハワイでこのような客室係に出会ったことが無かったので少し驚きました。 全体的な意見としては、サービスの見直しかと。・・特にホテルスタッフはほとんどの方が業務的でした。 Lisez la suite

人数の関係もあるが、家族で行くなら文句なし。 眺望、ロケーション、設備、サービスどれも非常に満足。 今回は、２ベッドルーム、２バスルーム、フルキッチン、オーシャンフロント2903室。５泊 ワイキキビーチもダイヤモンドヘッドも一眸。 ルームサービスが洗い物までキレイに(食器洗浄噐)してくれた。 また行く。

立地、サービスは良いですが、部屋によって当たりはずれがあります。 以前滞在した、ペントハウスはすばらしかったですが、今回滞在した部屋は古くて、キッチン周りなど使い勝手も悪かったです。 換気扇や空調の音もうるさかったです。

立地はいいのですが期待よりホテル設備、内装が古く暗い感じがした。２９階のプレミアムオーシャンビューで予約してましたが、3時以降のチェックインでグレードアップしたらすぐチェックインできるとしきりに勧められたがその必要はないと断った。広さは十分でした。

이 호텔에 대한 후기만큼 실제 만족도는 높지 않았다 호텔 직원들의 경우 얼굴도 굳어 있었고 객실 청소도 그저 그랬다

フロントの人も親切で愛想もよ。何より部屋が広い。ワイキキの海にも近い。車の駐車場の出し入れの時間がみじかくて良い。

3泊4日滞在しました。ベルボーイの人たちの笑顔と対応は最高でした。部屋も広く、のんびりと過ごせました。立地も良く買い物やビーチで遊ぶのに大変便利でした。唯一つ課題は、テレビが古いこと。リビングのテレビの映りが良くありませんでした。しかし、その内新しいものに変わると思います。 このホテル（コンド）は一緒に行った息子も大絶賛でしたので、またこの次も利用したいと思います。

落ち着いた家具、広いリビング。眺めも最高、目の前のビーチは遠浅で歩ける深さ。幼児、年配もＯＫ。ご飯も炊けます。調味料は塩、胡椒のみ。洗濯用洗剤、手洗い食器用洗剤、食洗機用洗剤あり。日本人スタッフはいらっしゃるようでボイスメッセージが残されていましたが、４日滞在中一度もお会いしませんでした。多少英語ができた方が楽かも。

部屋は2BRスイートのスタンダードルームを予約していきましたが、チェックイン時に若干のエキストラチャージでペントハウス（高層階）へのアップグレードのオファーがあったので変更しました。これが大正解で、絶景のワイキキビーチと夕日を眺めながらラナイでワインを飲みながらくつろぐことができました。ビーチも目の前ですし、ワイキキトロリーの停留所も近くて便利。清潔な調理器具や食器類も完備されていましたので、少し歩いたところにあるスーパーマーケット、フードパントリーで食材を買い込んで家族でわいわい調理しながらの夕食も楽しみました。ユニットが大きいのでファミリーなどに、おすすめのコンドミニアムです。

プレミアム・オーシャンフロント（２６階以上）に宿泊したが、各階の中央２部屋の眺めがとても良い。 今回は２９階の左端（ダイアモンドヘッド側）だった。 中央が指定出来たらいいのになあと思いました。 それと以前よりスタッフの対応が良くなった。 帰国に際してタクシーが必要かとか、モーノングコールをおかけしましょうか？等々、以前には無いサービスに少々感動した。

２ベッドルームに滞在しました。 テレビがリビングとマスターベットルーム、セカンドベットルームにそれぞれおいてありましたが、 いずれも古くチャンネルが２，３個しか映らないのもありました。 あと、目覚ましも壊れていて使えませんでした。 エレベーターのカードの読み取りの反応が悪く、 なかなか希望の階数が押せませんでした。 やはり、設備はだいぶ古くなってきていて、ところどころ壊れていたりします。 が、立地やスタッフの方はいい人ばかりでしたので、また機会があれば滞在したいです。 ちょうど私が滞在している間にワイヤレスネットワークのモデムをつけにきたので、部屋でＷＩＦＩが使えるようになったのはとてもよかったです。

今回、初めてのアストンワイキキビーチタワーの滞在でしたが、場所もクヒオビーチの目の前でビーチグッズを持っていても横断歩道を渡ればすぐ海なのでとても便利でした。また、ゴザ、ビーチタオル、ビーチチェアーなどの無料の貸し出しがあるので、ABCなどで買う必要もないので出費を抑える事もできます。 また、今回滞在した部屋は１８階の２ベットルーム、２バスルームのオーシャンフロントのお部屋でしたが、１つのベッドルームからは海が見えて、朝の目覚めがとても気持ち良かったです。ラナイといわれるバルコニーも隣の部屋や他のホテルから見られる事もなく、またテーブル、チェアーがあるので、朝食やお茶をするのにとても快適でした。 朝食や夕食を自炊したのですが、リビングに面した対面キッチンで広々していて調理器具もちゃんと用意さ […] れていて特に不自由はありませんでした。 調理をしたり、食べた後の食器も食器洗い機があるので便利です。そのまま置いていても１日に２回、ハウスキーピングが入るのでいつでも綺麗な状態にしてくれます。 フロントの方は日本語を話せる方がいるので、色々と聞く事ができ、レストランの予約などもしてくれました。 レンタカーをしていたのですが、今回はパーキング代も無料だったので、この点でも出費を抑えられました。また、車は係の方が入り口まで出し入れしてくれるのでとても便利でした。 アストンワイキキビーチタワーのスタッフの方は皆さんとてもフレンドリーで明るい方なので気分も良く滞在期間を満喫できました。 エントランスはいつも良い香りがして、ホテルに戻ると家に帰って来たかの様にリラックスでき、また、エレベーターも部屋のカードキーがないと使用できないのと、必ずエントランスにはスタッフの方がいるのでセキュリティーの面でも安心でした。 また、次回もこのホテルを利用したいと思います。 Lisez la suite

とにかくスタッフの対応がよかったです。 日本語スタッフも多く、何もかもお世話になりました。 また32階に滞在しましたが、眺望もよく(少し怖かったのですが)部屋もとても清潔でした。 個人的にはシャワーの取り外しが出来たこと(子供が小さいので助かりました)、部屋がとても広かったことが特によかったです。 気になった点としてはベランダの手すりが少し低く、子供が落ちないか心配しました。 立地がよいので、レンタカーをしませんでしたが、特に不自由なく、路線バスなどを利用して遊びにいきました。 また次回もこちらのホテルを利用したいと思います。

家族５人でいったのですが、とても快適でした。プールは小さいですが、ビーチは道路を渡ってすぐだし、スタッフもみんな親切です。　部屋は大きくて、子供がいるのでホテルに泊るよりもとても快適でした。大きなベランダで、青い海を見ながら飲んだり、食べたりとってもよかったです。

2011.4/20～26の6泊、1702の2ベッドルームのお部屋を利用しました。 ベッドは一部屋は必ずツインでというリクエストを出したので、広々とした部屋を3人家族、ゆったり泊まることが出来ました。 部屋からはワイキキの海が眺望出来、ラナイからKalakaua Aveのパレードを見ることも出来ました。 フランスから来る娘の便が遅れ、連絡のメールや電話もうまく入らずロビーで心配していた時、ベルボーイの方が色々聞いてくださりその温かさに助けられました。スタッフはどなたも大変親切でした。 お部屋の掃除はすばやく、いつも清潔で快適でした。ただ夜の11時半頃を過ぎるとシャワーが突然水になってしまうのにびっくり。 部屋ナンバーはダイヤモンドヘッド側から1→2→3→4となっており、ホテルの斜め右前にワイキ […] キサークルホテルがあるため4の部屋からワイキキの海辺は見えないかも・・です。お部屋を取るなら15階以上の2or1がbestでしょう。 Lisez la suite

今回、大人４名供１名で６泊滞在をしました フロントマン、従業員、気持ちよく接客していただき楽しく過ごせました。感謝します。また部屋も広くて快適でした。 ただ洗濯機がもうすこすし大きければ最高でした。 また、ハワイに行くときは第一候補の宿泊施設になると思います

アップグレード（お得なプロモ金額らしいです。）で、5階のパーシャルオーシャンビューから、23階のプレミアムへ。（2BR） 眺めは素晴らしく、一面が海。 洗濯機と乾燥機、フルキッチンで、生活は快適そのもの。 リビングもベランダも広々。 ベッドルームも素敵。 目の前のビーチは波も穏やかでのんびりと遊べる。 子供に最適。 ワイキキのど真ん中でショッピングにも便利。 プールはしょぼいですが、ちゃんとあたたかいジャグジーもあって、癒されます。 素晴らしい滞在でした。 その辺のホテルより断然いいと思います。

２３階のユニット４に宿泊しました。リビングからはワイキキビーチが一望でき、毎日ラナイで素敵なサンセットを見るのが楽しみでした。 スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで、帰国日にエアポートエクスプレスを待っていて時間になってもバスが来ないのでそわそわしていると、ベルボーイの方が代わりに電話して問いあわせてくれたりと、とても親切でフレンドリーでした。 ガイドブックにあまり載っていないホテル近辺の情報だと、ホテルの裏通りにあるレインボードライブインのプレートランチがおいしかったです。ホテルすぐ裏のブレージングステーキのアサイボウルもおいしかったです。 スーパーで買ったものをキッチンで調理したりもできるので現地で生活しているようなゆったりとした時間が過ごせました。また次回も滞在したいです。
