Best Western Biasutti Hotel - Venise

Personnel très accueillant et agréable ; tout à fait au service de la clientèle. L'hôtel est convenable mais ne mérite pas les étoiles qu'il prétend avoir. Les chambres sont en bon état assez petites.

The hotel is in a great area, but needs some major pest control service. We had spiders, flys and other bugs in our room.

Wouldn't exactly say it's a four star hotel, more of a three star hotel, but my standards may be of different standard then how Venice sees their hotels. But other than that, the room was very nice, smaller than expected because the room slants down because of the roof. Very nice and clean hotel on the island of Lido across the lagoon from Venice. Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful homes in the area. Close to the beach If want nightlife of Venice, this is a bit off the beaten track. It is a 20 minute Vaporetto ride over to Lido and then a 5-10 minute walk to the hotel. I am used to European rooms and quality. This room was listed as four stars did not meet any expectations. We were put in an attic room, it was very hot, the air didn't work. My wife's allergies went crazy, and we think there was some sort of bed bugs. Talking to the front desk they wanted us to come back at noon, which being on the Lido was very inconvenient. […] They gave us another to. Which we will try tonight, but doesn't look any better. we check in around 2pm, but the room was not ready. AC was not work at all. My sister got to same problem with her room. Very poor hotel. when we ask the front desk about AC, he said they can not do anything about it. So we check out the same day. on top of that they charge me extra 20 euro for extra bad that we do not need.Very poor service and no […] one speak English. i would say this hotel is only 1 star for sure. the room we stayed in was on the 4th floor attic facing west. it was hot the whole time we stayed there. though i didn't have a thermometer, it must have been 85 to 90 at least. We told the hotel clerks about it but nothing was done. please don't go there in the summer. you can get heat stroke, especially if you have small children.

We loved staying on Lido Island. It was charming and quiet and less expensive than Venice, with a great view to Venice across the water for awesome sunset pictures. The hotel is located in the middle and a short walk to the beach or to the water bus service which runs every 10 minutes. Lido was convenient location for taking the water shuttle to the […] airport as well. Hotel staff was great, spoke excellent English, great variety for breakfast, free internet that was fast and worked in the rooms over wireless on our laptop. Highly recommend! Lisez la suite

The hotel is situated in a really nice area, Lido island, I loved it. The transfer to and from it, is so easy. I absolutely recommend this island for stay. The hotel had a free internet connection, good price for hiring bicycles, friendly staff, free parking garage, which are the good points about this hotel. Huoneen siisteydessä voisi olla parannettavaa . Miinusta myös siitä ettei hotelli hyvittänyt mitenkään lentojen peruuntumisen takia menetettyä ensimmäistä yötä , vaikka peruuntuminen oli tedossa pari kuukautta ennen matkaa .Esim. ruoka tai vaikka viinipullo olisi ollut kohtelias ele . Vastaanoton hlökunnalle täysi 10 . Aamupalan hlökunta 6 , ei tervehditty […] ja huomioitu asiakasta . Rigtig god beliggenhed i forhold til at se Venedig og samtidig nyde lidt strandliv. Hotellets kvalitet svarer ikke til 4-stjerner og slet ikke til det vi forventer af et Best Western Hotel. Højst 3-stjernet. Kun 2 af de personaler vi mødte, kunne tilfredsstillende engelsk. Vi anmeldte myrer i kunstgræsset på altanen på 3.sal, intet blev gjort ved dette. […] Garderoberummet lugtede af mug. Den annoncerede safebox på alle værelser, var der ikke. "Privat strand" svarede til egenbetalt adgang til en strandkabine på en off. strand. Den var dog fin. Alt i alt et ok hotel, men de lover lidt mere end de kan give. Lisez la suite

Excellent hotel,not far from restaurants and vaporetto's. Price is OK, great breakfast, staff was very friendly,price was good value for the money,especially in Venice.Reading the reviews I choose this hotel,and i don't regret it.I don't know why people don't like this hoteI,I would recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotell, very nice staff, not too expensive, better to stay at Lido di Venezia, than in the center of Venezia. Buy a transferticket for 24 hours and get on the boats. Venedig is perfect, it's fantastic, so come on - what are you waiting for ?

Smukt hotel, dejligt og serviceminded personale, fin rengøringsstandard. Det blev endnu bedre hvis hotellet gjorde lidt mere ud af morgenmaden – især for vegetarer – og hvis personalet var lidt bedre til at besvare spørgsmål.
