Motel classique très pratique car près de l'aéroport. Bien situé également pour visiter les différents centres d'intérêt de Phoenix (c'est vraiment grand) et directement sur la route qui va à l'Apache trail. Piscine sympathique.

nous sommes restés une seule nuit dans cette hôtel, entre l’atterrissage de notre avion et notre départ pour les canyons du nord de l'AZ. les chambres sont confortables (wifi inutilisable quand nous y étions, pas de chance), le personnel est agréable, les chambres sont propres. possibilité de réserver une navette pour aller/revenir de l'aéroport gratuitement, le chauffeur était très sympa. hôtel assez éloigné de tout, le métro de la ville est à 15min à pied, il permet de se rentre au centre simplement. vu le prix, cet hotel nous a entièrement comblé.

Chambre bien décorée et grande. Lit confortable. Situé à 10 min en voiture de l'aéroport, à coté de l'autoroute, et à une sortie du mall tempe market place. Petit déjeuner gratuit et complet. On n'entend pas les avions de l'hôtel. Très bien.

A 10 minutes de l'aéroport, quartier sans restaurants (voiture indispensable), excellent rapport qualité prix pour une première ou dernière nuit mais pas un long séjour. Personnel très aimable, sur demande ils ont un pesons pour les bagages.

Proche de tous les sites touristiques, a quelques minutes de old Town, très très jolie hotel qui fait penser a une hacienda. On a beaucoup aimé la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité de l'accueil et le charme de l'hotel

Just a hop down from Old Town and convenient to the new Ball Park who knew they had a wonderful restaurant as well. Great Pool and great room. I picked them last minute for a spring training trip and boy was I lucky to find this place. Very convenient to both North Scottsdale and Old Town.

I selected this hotel based on these reviews, and I was pleased with my stay. My room was huge, with a walk-in closet, had a little coffee maker i made use of, a comfy bed, and a very clean bathroom. It's decorated in the Southwest style, and the decor of the hotel and grounds is beautiful and charming--I love seeing citrus trees!!! The hotel staff […] was super nice, and when I went home and realized i had been double-charged for a shuttle service to the airport, they removed the charge no problem. Beautiful place with a lot of amenities. But they do deduct $50 a day from your credit card to cover any charges whether or not you make them,

"Disappointing for a Resort"
The resort is dated and in need of updating. The room size was OK, but we were disappointed by the quality and cleanliness. The toilet ran continuously, unless the handle was jiggled afterward. Only 2 towels were provided for a party of four. The beds were not comfortable. There were stamped-out cigarette butts left on the balcony! The pool is small, […] but I give it high points for being heated and open 24 hours. Our children could not enjoy some of the recreational activities. For example, they wanted to play billiards, but the billiard tables were solely within the bar area. It would have been nice to have some outside the bar. The price for the room was great, but this experience proved the old adage that you get what you pay for. Lisez la suite

I recognized the place when I arrived, had stayed there three and a half years ago for a company function. Boy has the place partied out.....looked more worn than in the past. Also did not feel as people were staying there, felt empty and too quiet.
We are very sorry to hear that your recent stay was not satisfactory. We are currently in the process of upgrading the décor and bedding in our sleeping rooms. We sincerely hope that you will give us another chance to demonstrate our award-winning service and amenities.

The hallways and room felt a bit worn out and it looked like a place designed only for conventions, not for individuals or families. I tried to schedule a pedicure at the spa and was told they had to call me back to confirm because they weren't sure about the nail specialist's schedule. Really? Why not? They FINALLY called me back on my cell phone 3 […] hours later (10 minutes prior to the appointment time I had suggested). I missed that call and when I called them back to figure out what the heck was wrong with them, I was put on hold so long that I eventually hung up. They finally left a message at my room saying that they "wouldn't charge me" for the missed pedicure. I was irate! Wouldn't charge me? Of course not--they had insisted the pedicure had to be confirmed and then never called me to confirm it (except 10 minutes prior--I had gone to Taliesen West rather than sit around)! Not charging me is all they could apparently think of to "make it right." Interesting customer service. I went down the road to a different spa and was happy as a clam. Unless you are going for a conference and need the meeting rooms, I'd say "Skip it." Lisez la suite

I was unsure of how a last minute decision would turn out, but when we got to the Resort found it to be better than want we expected for the price. The Resort was beautiful and clean.

We stayed in the Scottsdale Resort during our move to AZ while waiting for our furniture to arrive. We had to extend our stay twice and they were very accommodating and allowed us to remain in the same room even though we had to check-out and check back in. The Sunday brunch is not to be missed!!! Very nice place, with enough seclusion when you want it. The food was outstanding, just amazing at every place to eat, dinner was insane though, totally a mind blowing experience. The staff was very helpful at any time we needed them, the fire pit out back was nice. The only thing even close to a "problem" was I couldnt figure out how to get the coffee […] maker thingy in our room to brew the tea that they leave for you, and it was hard at first to figure the tv out. OH and the pool/hot tub, both VERY nice, we loved the fact it was 24 hour access and the hot tub was very large so when other people came you werent on top of each other, and towels were always plentiful & available. "Nice location"
Older hotel but very well maintained. Nice neighborhood. Very quiet surroundings. Close to shopping and many restaurants within a short drive.

Very nice...we enjoyed it a lot. But the cell phone didn't work in the room very good...probably because the walls were concrete block--old, solid construction. Restaurant was fantastic...excellent service & really great food.

Rooms accessed from outdoor breezeway, but very nice with all the comfort features...friendly, helpful staff in relaxing setting. Great deal in the off season. Would definitely stay again.

I have no complaints about the property. The rooms are spacious, nicely appointed and comfortable. The grounds are immaculately groomed and the hotel itself feels like an upscale golf resort from Leave It To Beaver times. The staff is not very friendly or accommodating to Hotels.com customers. They put us next to an elevator and ice machine. I asked […] if they could move us to another room that was not next to an elevator or ice machines. We booked a room with two double beds and asked if we could switch to a king. No, no, no! The only thing she left off was that we were just Hotels.com customers and the accommodating part of accommodations did not apply to us. Hotels.com provides an invaluable service to travelers and a way for hotels to sell their excess room inventory and introduce new guests to their product. The Scottsdale Resort is forgetting the value of Hotels.com service for their business and continued success. My wife and I will go back to the hotel because it is 4.1 miles from our friend's house in Scottsdale and we like the rooms, however we will not expect any hospitality from the staff and will not use the facilities. I just though I would share our experience because we have never been treated like this and thought you should know before you go. After we checked in, a gentleman that was checking in commented on one of the forms you need to sign being written in a font pitch too small to read. i got through it with my tri-focals. The front desk clerk started arguing with the guest, stating they have a great number of senior citizens that never complain about that. Really??? It is written in a six pitch font, take your reading glasses... In a nutshell, nice property but snobby staff. Hotels.com, because of all your hard work in providing this database to leisure and business travelers, I have been introduced to some really fun properties I would never have discovered without the service. Lovely hotel. Friendly staff. The breakfast was very nice. Excellent location in a quiet golf area but still close enough to everything else. Would recommend it. Only wish weather had been better when we were there. Lots of rain !!!

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. They were so accommodating and friendly. We had breakfast there, and it was wonderful. Definitely would recommend it to anyone. We are going back next year!!!

Cannot imagine a beter deal for Scottsdale. This Hotel has all the extras, pools, spa, food, location, and Christmas decor is spectacular. Will stay there everrytime in Phoenix.

We only stayed one night, and decided to stay here because it was in Scottsdale and was offered at a great discount. It really is a large, well-maintained conference hotel with a golf course.

"Great time"
Great discounts on the hotel restaurants. Got a good deal on golf, and the pool was great. Nothing to complain about.

"Beautiful area"
The grounds and hotel lobby are very pretty. But it seems 'old school' Scottsdale. I would have stayed another night, but the room was dark, TV had no menu of programs and had limited number of channels. Tried to see out to golf course but window coverings hard to open, wood very old and windows needed washing. Very nice front desk people and great […] directions to shopping, etc. Don't like paying a resort fee when I'm not using the resort. Mainly I wouldn't stay there again because of the dark room.
