I am normally accustom to 5-star accommodations because of my extensive business travel however since we were passing through Tennessee in route home, we planned to visit family. We chose the Country Inn and Suites because it was the nicest accommodation in the area. We were greeted by a kind, friendly hostess who quickly checked us in. She saw that […] we had an upstairs room and could not understand why we were not given a first floor room so she switched us without hesitation. When we opened the door to our non-smoking room, we were instantly disappointed in the heavy, residual odor of cigarette "smoke". I immediately called the front desk to report it and the same kind, polite, professional young lady assisted me again. She apologized profusely and moved us to a very nice, odorless room a couple doors down. We were extremely pleased with the spacious, clean room but the best part was the bed was SO comfortable!!! Moreso than the beds that we slept on during our travels in 5-star places!!!! Country Inn and Suites has earned my respect and future business!!!!! Lisez la suite

Very bad hotel, dirty, smelly, uncomfortable beds. TV had no remote. We went to the desk and they had none. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Staff was helpful and friendly, rates were good, but hotel needs updating. Carpet is in bad shape in halls and rooms. Carpet is obviously dirty close to walls where vacuum evidently doesn't reach, pulled away from walls, peeling and frayed, beds are so-so, pillows are terrible, like not having one, hotel is very spread out and like a maze to find room […] or lobby from room, everything was just a little dirty and worn. Not bright and fresh and clean. This is the town that hosts Bonnaroo music festival every year and probably to some degree trashed by that wild crowd. Stay away during June unless going to the festival then expect to pay 5x normal rates per staff. I would skip this facility and travel on toward Nashville or Chattenooga depending on direction of travel, you will probably find better accommodations. Lisez la suite

We were traveling with our two children and we had reserved a room for two adults and two children, a king suite. We phoned the hotel to let them know that we would be a late arrival but we could never get a live voice. So we called the hotel chain number and they assisted us. Upon check in at 11:30 PM we were told that our King Suite had a sofa bed […] that did not work and that we could not use the sofa bed due to insurance regulations. We asked for another room and the night clerk stated that they had no rooms available. We were informed that we were not allowed to have a roll away bed or any other pillows and blankets. The night clerk stated that the sofas were on back order for two years now. The room was filthy and smelled bad but unfortunately we were stuck in this place until morning. Lisez la suite

We Enjoyed our stay room was clean,reservation were simple and quick,the price was really reasonable.We will stay there next year again for the MS Jack&Back Charity Bike Ride.I would recommend to anyone to stay.We missed the breakfast, but understand its good.

Clerk was very nice,said we could check in early.. room was clean..wished the air conditioner would have been on since I had called to confirm the reservation and asked for a first floor room..neighborhood was safe.

Very disappointed and the staff didn't seem to care how our stay was! Pool was closed (chlorine), that happens so we were OK. No cookies available which is a huge reason we like it there. Dirty halls and a breakfast that was just OK...........not what we'd expect from a typical stay at Country Inn and Suites.

Overall the stay was good. The room was stuffy when we first entered but cooled down quickly. For a few minutes we had cigarette smoke entering the room from somewhere, and I think it was through the a/c unit. The outside window and a/c unit were right next to an exit door and sidewalk where someone might go to smoke. I think some smoke got pulled into […] the a/c unit. The hotel was very clean. The beds were very soft. The hot breakfast was very plentiful with hot biscuits and gravy, moist scrambled eggs, and waffle iron. There was also an ample supply of cereals and juices and milks. The beds were squeaky (which we saw in a review) and the bathrooms were seperate from the room which allowed for more privacy. Room was next to exterior exit door which was noisy. No screw in shower handle so it came off. No screw in the tub drain stopper so it was loose. Other than those issues, room was fine. Breakfast was good.

We originally had a king bed reserved. They asked us upon checkin if we wanted a refrigerator or microwave. We did. Since the king bed rooms don't have them, they conveniently switched are room to 2 queen beds to accomodate us. We were also traveling with 2 small 10lb dogs which the hotel did not charge extra for. Had to wait 10 minutes at front desk for person to come check me in. I rang the bell multiple times but no one came. She was outside talking on her cellphone. Stopped on the way to Florida. Excellent room, the only thing that was wrong was the tub drain plug leaked so my wife could not take a tub bath after riding in the car all day. King bed, fresh pillows, very comfortable. Liked it well enought to book it again for our return trip on April 7th.

Very nice Hotel with a really great Breakfast. We have a Guilde Dog in Training and the hotel made us feel right at home. We stayed two days and our room was cleaned and taken care of . I would recommend this facility to anyone traveling in the Manchester area.

We were travelling with a small dog and at arrival was told they were very full and had no pet rooms available. They put us in a room in the back that smelled from smoke and faced the interstate. The noise was so bad we had a hard time sleeping. We were very disappointed as we had stayed there before on our travels north, but will no longer.

The room was excellent and very quiet. My only complaint was that the front desk would not answer the phone. I had a question about the internet connection and called the front desk repeatedly. I eventually had to go down to the front desk to get an answer to my question.

Our stay was a very pleasant stay it was maintained very nicely, the staff was very pleasant, the breakfast was a good assortment of foods for breakfast and the person responsible was diligent in keeping everything restocked and clean.

I was in Manchester for an event with over 10,000 participants. Many of the local hotels, including the Country Inn & Suites by Carlson were very full. The desk staff seemed a bit harried at times, but that could hardly be held against them under the circumstances. For the price paid (I bought multiple rooms for a multi-night stay) I was pleasantly […] surprised at the room size, the cleanliness and the quality of the materials (soaps, linens, etc). Though the (non-desk) staff never seemed stressed or hurried, everything was done in a timely manner. The free wi-fi service was unreliable and the hotel readily admitted they were working on getting it resolved. This wasn't fixed by the time we left, but it wasn't a significant inconvenience for us either. If I visit Manchester again, this hotel will be my first choice for lodging. Lisez la suite

Although the hotel was very convenient and easily accessible from the highway, it is in need of renovation and remodeling. The suite was relatively spacious, but the only way to get air conditioning in both rooms was with a very noisy fan. The hide-a-bed was broken as was the TV remote control. Das Haus in Manchester war das schlechteste Country Inn & Suites, das wir auf unserer Reise besucht haben ... aber immer noch nicht schlecht ... es gab keinen Kühlschrank, sodass wir unsere Getränke mit Tricks an der Klimaanlage kühlten. Das Frühstück war mal was Besonderes ... es gab keinen Toast, dafür aber Obst und Yoghurt.
