I enjoy this hotel every time I come here. The staff is pleasant and very helpful. It is clean and comfortable. New mattresses a plus! Pool and work out room in good condition with free breakfast. Keep up the good work, staff!

Nice quiet area. Very nice room and surroundings. I will definetly stay there again.
I was hoping that the pool areas/water would have been cleaner. A fresh coat of paint would make a wourld of differance. Also would have liked to have some towels in the pool area. Otherwise, we would stay there again>

coffee machine was out, bummer but we had a coffee pot in room, so no real biggie.
we enjoyed our stay it was very clean and pleasant and quiet which is very important when you are tired. It was very well located as far as the college was concerned. We felt very comfortable at the hotel Thank you
"Ok, but...."
The room was ok. Nicely decorated and mostly clean. There were stains on the comforter. We had it replaced, which was readily done. Also, I noticed a stain (I believe it was bodily fluids) on the couch (sofa bed) cushion. The telephone had a lot of static so that calling another room was impaired. Since it was the weekend, no one could repair it. We […] asked for a discount and got $4 off each night of a 2-night stay (big deal). The hot breakfast was not all that great. all the people were very nice and friendly. very comfortable beds and delicious breakfast. cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. the best of any we have stayed in yet.
"Carlton Lodge is right near the Adrian College cam"
Though we have stayed here before, i was taken aback when the pool was abruptly closed- and this was something we needed to use. Then at night there was a dog kenneled outside my window and barked all night. Nothing was done by the mgmt to lower my bill or even apologize. In fact i didnt even get a thank you when I left.
