Beds and bathroom were clean but carpet and chair could use a good cleaning. Overall not bad but if your used to a little nicer hotel you will be disappointed. Furniture is worn and rooms could use a little TLC.

Great staff that are friendly and helpful. Could use an overhang in front for better loading/unloading of your car (especially in bad weather)? The room was okay but ours had the loudest bathroom fan and loudest toilet flushing I've ever heard. Definitely need to get that resolved.

I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel elevator or hallways when I arrived at the hotel. It looked like the elevator had not been swept or hallways had not been vacuumed in days. It was a nice clean room, however it was much smaller than it appeared. It was hard manuevering around the bathroom door and very tiny kitchen area. Checked in and was overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke when we entered our room as it was supposed to be non smoking. This was the most affordable option for coming into town for a seminar that my non-profit agency was paying for and it was close to the hotel where the seminar was being held, so that's why I picked it. Besides being close to where I needed to go, nothing desirable about the location. Only within walking distance of a Steak and Shake and a Burger King that's attached to a gas station. The hallways smelled something awful like something someone tried to cook. The room looked old, dingy, smelly and stained carpet. I would never go back. The extra 10-20 dollars I saved was NOT worth the sleep I lost. I felt as if the bed may have bed bugs. My skin was crawling.

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. The staff is always helpful and courteous. I noticed this visit that the stained carpet outside elevator on 2nd floor had been cleaned since my last visit. No complaints.

Although the hotel did smell a bit funny in the room and on the second floor, it was clean and decently maintained. No frills, you get what you pay for. The one thing that I didn't like was the "no wake-up calls" policy since they put alarms in the rooms. The alarms were rather sketchy, as in old and not sure if they would function.

I've stayed at several other Extended Stay hotels in the past, and never had a bad experience. Their hotels were always clean and well-maintained. This was not the case here. Carpet was stained, the room did not smell good, and the tv was only a 19' crt, and was not high enough to watch comfortably from a reclined position on the bed.

The room was in good condition. The staff was cordial and check in was relatively quick. The room had a cooking odor that did not leave during our 2 day stay. The room window looked as if it hadn't been washed for a while. Those two items were really the only issues that needed improvement. Overall, a very nice place to stay.
