Bayside Resort Hotel - West Yarmouth

Nous avions réserver une nuit et nous sommes restés trois nuits tellement l'hotel est agréable. Sa situation nous a permis de visiter la totalité du Cape Cod en revenant le soir y coucher. La piscine et le spa sont très bien décorés.

hotel sympathique ,chambre correcte et propre,sans doute trés bruyant en pleine saison car donnant sur une route passante,petit dejeuner trés correct,personnel trés serviable et souriant,ordinateur à disposition à la reception ,2 petites piscines .

hôtel situé au bord d'une route, pas gd chose autour. avantages : une piscine extérieure et une intérieure. pt dej compris ms pas de pt dej américain! Gros inconvénients : chambre très sombre (impression d'être ds une cave). Si chambre avec 2 lits doubles, très difficile de dormir à 3 (lits pas assez larges)! Un peu déçu à l'arrivée, les photos du site paraissaient plus attractives. les couloirs font un peu anciens... Toutefois dans l'ensemble, l'hotel est assez satisfaisant(piscine intérieure,salles de jeux...).

Qualité/Prix pas mal pour l'endroit. Le staff sont très bien. Les piscines propres. Les chambres sont suffisants mais un peu vielle au niveau décor, au niveau la proriéte des chambres - bien, rien a signaler. En revanche nous avons été décu par l'accueil du petit déjeuner - goblets et assietes en plastiques et salle un peu déprimant. Hotel bruyant, cher et de qualité médiocre tant pour les chambres que les sanitaires. Le petit déjeuner est indigne d'un hotel de ce statut (salle commune, vaisselle en carton jetable, aliments). Salle de fitness hors d'age et piscines très petites.

Nous avons eu la chambre 159 (romantique avec bain tourbillon). À ne pas prendre!!! directement au-dessus du local petit déjeuner où les installations débutent à 5 h 00 du matin. De plus, les conduits d'eau font un bruit assez dérangeant lorsque quelqu'un ouvre l'eau. Assez pour faire le saut à chaque fois. La structure du bâtiment est en bois donc […] peu importe qu'est-ce qui se passe autour de la chambre (en haut, en bas, dans le corridor) on l'entend immédiatement. Hotel bien entretenu, propre et petit déjeneuné compris ce qui est assez rare à Cape Cod. Salle de jeu plaisante pour les fans des jeux des années 80. Belles piscines extérieure et intérieure. Hôtel situé sur un boulevard très passant en haute saison. Mais on oublie ce détail grâce à la jolie petite plage aménagée à l'arrière, donnant sur un super marais salant. Chambres confortables et spacieuses, petit déjeuner continental correct, (on peu y faire ses gaufres). Un peu trop cher, mais comme tous les hôtels/motels environnants. Our kids loved the pool. Convenient location to points of interest on the Cape. Very clean. Great continental breakfast. Overall, a great and affordable place to stay!

It was just one night, but it was nice, clean, and the bar was actually decorated with dollar bills. Nice stay.

Good value. The rooms are a little dated but clean. Large bathroom with lots of room. The bed needed a pillow topper to make it more comfortable but it wasn't bad for the price. If you want fluff...you pay more....need I say more. The staff was friendly and helpful. They recommended some restaurants....we went to The Roadhouse Cafe which was upscale […] and very good....I wouldn't say it's "family style" so keep that in mind if you have kids. We went on a Monday which is jazz night and it was great. Nice indoor pool. Not that they could really DO anything about this, but the abandoned hotel across the street was an eye sore....but fortunately we didn't have a view of that. Overall we had a nice stay. Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable, Breakfast was good and plentyful. My only real complaint was that there was a lot of noise in the hallways where children were meeting and running up and down the halls. The staff was wonderful, professional and plaesant, the rooms are clean, they cater to kids, the pool is well kept and The Mobey Dick is so well placed within the resort that it only made for a spetacular weekend stay. Oh by the price was sooo good I'm doing it again in mid May. Loved IT!

While the room appeared to be clean, it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, it did not improve even though the window was left open during the entire stay.

Nice place to stay. Great location. We were there during a school vacation and the pool was overloaded for its size. Would have been nice to have someone managing the pool at that time due the large number of children. Overall nice place and employees were all very pleasant.

hallways were very noisy and the planned activities listed in calendar did not happen in scheduled timeframe and like stated.

Hotel was great.. Kids were loud, running up and down the hallway..but it was school vacation week.. so to be expected I guess.

If you are looking for a nice place to stay, this is it. They offer a continential breakfast which consist of not only pastry and toast but also waffles and cereal.They also provide guest towels to use at the pool. I can't complain a lot about this hotel. After all it is a good price if you are just going to spend the night at the hotel. The room is clean however both the hall ways and the room had this weird smell like the windows was never opened. The walls are super thin so if someone is talking next door you can hear them. The hall way floors make so much […] noise if someone is walking. There were kids running at 6-7 in the morning and woke up thinking someone was banging on the door or the wall. IT WAS LOUD..! We stayed 2 nights midweek as a getaway in March. Room was spacious, clean and mattresses very comfortable (we prefer mattresses on the firm side). The continental breakfast met our needs; the hard boiled eggs offered a healthy protein. We enjoyed the surrounding beaches and the glass museum in nearby Sandwich. We would stay again.

EXCELLENT! Stayed there off season and it rocked!

Been traveling for over a month at a different hotel every night. Bar Harbor Inn was the best place we had stayed in 30 days mainly because of the location and the customer service. we stayed at the Bayside Resort for the first time(March 25) for one night to celebrate our anniversary. Overall experience was great! When the front desk found out it was our anniversary, they sent down a few chocolate kisses and a personal card for us! (nice touch) They recommended a nice restaurant - the Yarmouth House which was absolutely perfect!! […] The bed was extremely comfy, the pool was 83 degrees, and the hot tub HOT just the way I like it. The free breakfast was plentiful, just like promised and it was good! Nice, clean, friendly hotel for any perfect stay you might have!! We will be back. We were a party of 8. 2 night stay for St Patrick weekend We have stayed @ many hotels over the past 20 years on Cape Cod.Each year we would try a new one.After staying @Bayside we wil not be making any more changes We will be back next year .This is the first time I have written a review about a place or product ,never took the time.

I stayed here off season for 3 nights with my husband and twin toddlers. The staff were amazing and we really felt at home here. The pool was large and so well kept. There was a non slip surface around the water - great for kids. price was affordable and we really relaxed in the spa in between dips in the pool. Parking was convenient and we were able […] to explore the surrounding area which has many antique stores and family restaurants- open during the winter season. The am breakfast buffet was convenient for us and had good options for both children and adults. Unlimited coffee/tea, pastries, cereal, hard cooked eggs, oatmeal and a waffle making station. We ate in the adjacent lounge which had comfortable seating and a large screen tv. The lounge exit leads to a "beach" which is a marsh - not for swimming. There is a manmade sandy area for sunbathing in warmer weather. All in all I would recommend for anyone needing to get away from it all- for a day or a week- its all good. Lisez la suite

Great escape for a three night stay during the winter months, enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. Would gladly do this again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We stayed at this hotel many years ago when it was The Aladdin - it certainly has changed ... only for the better. Very centralized location - staff was very friendly -would like to go back again before the summer season.

Excellent winter get away. My husband and I just stayed here over night to celebrate out 10 year anniversary. Very clean room. No outside noise. GREAT continental breakfast!! Make your own waffles!!! All employees we encountered were wonderful! Clean pool and hot tub.

The Bayside Resort was wonderful. Staff was courteous and prompt. The room and pool was very clean. Check out the Pub and join the dollar club. Very neat have to see it. The breakfast was a fabulous spread, you will not leave hungry. Game room was cool for the kids more then enough room at this hotel. A lot of great restuarants close by plus beach is […] not far. We stayed at the Bayside for a three day weekend recently. We were interested in a central location, warm pool, hot tub, & a clean comfortable room. We got what we were looking for (although the bed was too soft for both of us) Hot tub was a dream! . We swam and soaked every day. I've been going to the cape for years. This is the first time we stayed at The Bayside Resort. At checking the front desk was wonderful when I asked if I could upgrade my room. Any question I had they gladly answered. I would definitely stay at the Bayside again.

I visited Cape Cod and stayed at this hotel during Christmas Weekend... just to catch some R & R. Upon checking in, I felt as a VIP because I got one of the "only" 4 rooms that face "The Lake" on the upper floor. (I was like "Woohoo!" but since they only have 2 floors... most of the "woo" and the "hoo" evaporated into the thin Cape Cod air). Being […] that I arrived late in the evening, I left the silky shade wide open as I wanted to take in the peaceful ripples of the lake upon my awakening. To my dismay, when I looked out the window in the morning, there were no ripples in the water... actually, there wasn't much water at all at least for the first 150 feet of the lake. I was looking at a semi swamp / mud bank with weeds growing every which way. After telling myself that no matter what, I still had the best room in the entire establishement, I got dressed and went for their free continental breakfast. On a happy note, I did see a family of wild ducks swimming along a small run-off. When I think of a free continental breakfast I think of some sort of warm eggs (typically scrambled) and perhaps a tray of bacon or ham and hash or potato. Instead, all I saw was a long L-shaped counter with 2 waffle machines at one end with a tray of cold pancake/waffle dough premixed in plastic cups next to machines. On the opposite end of the counter, was a large round bowl with pre-peeled hard boiled eggs and some kids cereal. That was it... There were no chaffing dishes steaming with any sort of meats. Being a hungry (but civilized) human being, I went for the waffles first. After standing there for 15 seconds, I thought that I was able to figure out how to use one things. With no staff in sight, it's not like I could ask for help and/or and explanation on this antique wrought iron gadget burning at about 180 degrees F. After pouring the mystery mix onto the "thing", I had a few moments to look around the room. That's when I spotted a little piece of paper taped to the wall which rem Lisez la suite

...this was great! I can only imagine the noise in the Summer but at this time of the year I felt like I had the place to myself. The rooms are functional but the beds are comfortable. I found my room to be spotless though a little worn. But then show me a hotel in this price range that is not. They offer a $3 pp discount off a number of restaurants […] which I did not use. The breakfast room is spacious and the offerings adequate. Wonderful vista from the rear! I was able to park close to my room. All in all...I would stay here again. Lisez la suite

The continental breakfast area was well organized and well stocked.

This is an older hotel, that is trying really hard to be really nice. The rooms and decor are dated, but everything was very clean. We were traveling with 2 small kids, and the in-room fridge was much appreciated. The complimentary breakfast was very good, pretty much a continental breakfast, with 2 Belgian waffle makers. enjoyed the property...indoor and outdoor pools. outdoor eating and breakfast room. upon arrival asked to upgrade and was given a king bed with the bay view. nice but too close to the exit door which was very loud when using to enter or exit the halls. We arrived and I asked fir a room with the fantastic view willing to pay more obviously and it was not a problem and only a small fee. Everyone was so so nice, pool area was great and clean as well as the rooms! We got to watch a movie off the movie channel at night and the breakfast in the morning was amazing for it being free! Loved our stay!
