Locanda La Corte - Venise

Joli hôtel autour d'une charmante courette, dans un quartier très agréable et disposant d'une excellente situation dans VENISE, entre San-Marco et Rialto. Bon accueil, également en français. Chambres calmes. Petits-déjeuners dans la cour fleurie où l'on aurait volontiers envie, si VENISE ne nous attendait, de s'attarder.

Cet hôtel à Venise est très bien placé, dans une ruelle calme. La chambre était petite , mais très propre, dans le style vénitien. Grande salle de bains. Petit déjeuner copieux, sous forme de buffet. En résumé, très bon rapport qualité-prix!

Good location, close to Fondamenta Nove -vaporetto station and 10 minutes walk from San Marco's. We had a lovely spacious room and got excellent service.

We loved this hotel. They have apt style rooms with kitchen, washing machine etc. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated. Courtyard was very nice to have breakfast at. Staff was friendly. About 10-15 mins walk from Rialto and St. Mark. Overall, very nice experience. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Locanda La Corte was very pleasant. It is a short walk from the Fondamente Nove Vaporetto stop. Walk over two bridges, turn up along the canal next to the hospital (Fondamenta dei Mendicanti) and walk until you get to Basillica Santi Giovanni E Paolo. Behind the statue on the square you will find Castello Calle Bressana and see a sign to […] the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the junior suite overlooking a canal. It was lovely to wake up to the sound of gondaliers and service boats. The hotel offers complimentary trips to Murano to see glass blowing. It is within walking distance to St Marks, Doges Palace and to Rialto Bridge, but out of the way enough not to have to deal with the very expensive tourist prices. There are many affordable places to eat within close proximity to the hotel. Tucked away at the end of Fondamenta Nuove is a supermarket. There are no beverage facilities in the room other than the minibar so we missed our evening coffee/tea. The wifi signal was very weak and the tv in my daughter's room didn't work but other than that we had an amazing stay and would definitely go back to Locanda la Corte again. Lisez la suite

The hotel has a nice court yard. The manager said that we can have breakfast there. Then when we had lunch there, a personel from management team said that we shouldn't eat there. There are no sign indicating the guidline. There are ash trays on the tables. Other than that, our two nights stay were ok.

Unfriendly and incompetent staff. They put us into a handicap (!) room instead of a normal double room because of the lack of normal rooms. It was a prison-like dark room with a small window on the groundfloor, full of dust and mold-infested. We complained after 2 minutes about that unacceptable badly conditioned room but the staff only laughed and […] didn't even apologize for the conditions. How rude is that! They wanted us to pay 50 Euros to change the room for the NEXT day (even though it was their fault?) ! After having changed the room the next day, we stayed in a big, smelly room full of mosquitos (which might be because of the water / canals though). The worst hotel staff ever (except for the old man who's there By night)!! This hotel made our stay a horrible one and it sadly left only bad memories in Venice. Absolutely NOT recommended. Stayed at Locanda La Corte for 4 days - a charming place to escape from the crowds and heat of the tourist places. So quiet and clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Would return. Charming hotel.

This was a wonderful hotel. The directions to get there were easy to follow. The location was wonderful. It is walking distance to everywhere. It was off the beaten track so the area was not terribly crowded like other parts of the city. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and the courtyard delightful.

Hidden in charming alley on the canal, a stones throw from a bustling square, you will find Locanda La Corte. A perfect quiet location ten minutes from St Marks square - a perfect place to unwind in lovely surroundings and a beautiful courtyard. The property is interesting and charming. My bed was hard for me and within hours they had kindly put a topper for added padding! Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel was fine. No way to get there except to walk, we are not good walkers, so we had to haul suitcases through the streets not really knowing where the place was.

El Hotel Locanda Lacorte es un hotel situado en zona tranquila pero no lejos del centro. El servicio es bueno, ya que por ejemplo a nosotros el TV no nos funcionaba y nos pusieron uno nuevo al instante. La habitación correcta (escogimos la de nivel intermedio) y con calefacción por lo que si se viaja en invierno no hay riesgo de pasar frio. La habitación […] da a un patio interior por lo que son silenciosas. Como puntos a mejorar: La TV solo tiene canales locales y tres internacionales (CNN y un par mas) aunque no es un punto vital. El desayuno se basa en pan, croissants (muy buenos por cierto), mantequilla, mermelada, nutella, miel, queso y una especie de jamon y un par de cereales. Podría ser un poco más variado en cuanto al salado, pero si vas un par de días está bien. Para ir al hotel la mejor via es coger el vaporeto que sale del aeropuerto. En Resumen, hotel con buen precio (para ser Venecia) y buena calidad. En caso de volver a Venecia volvería ya que es acierto seguro entre la gran cantidad de hoteles que hay en Venecia que no pertenecen a cadenas conocidas. Lisez la suite

Muy bueb Hotel, nos atendieron muy bien a pesar de la diferencia de idiomas. La habitación tiene un sistema de calefacción muy bueno. Muy contentos con el servicio.

An old hotel with personality and charm. We lived in a building across the canal from the main building, and only for one night as it happened. Wonderful hotelbuildings and alleyways, staircases and niches with beautiful views. Lovely old / antique furniture and artwork everywhere. Beautiful room, although a little worn. The safe was broken, and a/c […] a little inefficiently hidden behind the curtains by the narrow window in the corner, but the room was light and had a high ceiling with wooden beams and old restored "wallpaper" (frecos?)paintings on the walls. The personal service of the charming lady keeping this part of the hotel, was lovely. Not very well insulated soundwise between rooms, but not a big problem. We did not get a key-card...I think we got 5 keys in a bunch for the different doors we needed to go through incl. the safekey! I still felt quite safe in the hotel, since it was a labyrinth to get to the room, and there were different techniques to open the different doors. :-) Breakfast was ok, very nice surroundings in backyard, as we had breakfast in main building. Very helpful and serviceminded staff. A hotel in tune with the city, considering the old and charming city that it is. Must mention; we where warned about the terrible amount of tourists- really, it wasn't too bad! But if you are bringing small children though, be careful- the labyrinth of streets is not a place to loose any wandering kid out of sight. A beautiful town! As for the high prices we also were warned about; beware of the service-charge that a lot of the restaurants charge, and check this beforehand-or you could be in for a not so nice-surprise. We will certainly go back out of season, and may well stay in the same hotel. Though will pack lighter, as heavy suitcases in Venice is a hassle, since as there is no use in the wheels, should you have them on the suitcase-you need to carry the luggage over all the bridges. Vorauszahlung der Übernachtungen. Sehr guter Preis. Frühstück mit Müsli, Brötchen, Hörnchen, Wurst und Käse akzeptabel. Antiker Frühstücksraum voller moderner Bilder. Indico esse hotel para quem for a Veneza, O quarto é excelente, amplo, iluminado e cheiroso, os funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã muito bom. Está muito bem localizado,fizemos todos os passeios a pé inclusive na volta para a estação de trem.

Superfreundlicher Service, Zimmer nett, angenehm sauber, gut zu lüften und gut temperiert. ordentliches Frühstück, sauberes Bad. Sehr ruhig!! Französisches Bett, aber ziemlich gut. Es ist beim ersten Mal etwas schwierig zu finden, weil man in schmale Straßen abbiegen muss - nichts für Leute mit schwerem Gepäck.
