L'hôtel se trouve à proximité du Seattle Center (= Space Needle, Experience Music Project, Monorail, Children Museum, etc, etc), et juste à côté du quartier Queen Anne. L'accueil est très plaisant et j'ai apprécié d'avoir toujours une personne disponible pour nous aider et nous renseigner. Nous avons même eu des conversations très plaisantes avec certains membres de l'accueil ! .... Il y a de nombreux bus aux pieds de l'hôtel, on a aussi la possibilité de louer des vélos ce qui est un vrai +, le Waterfront est très proche à pieds ou en vélos. A part le fait que les chambres mériteraient un petit coup de frais et une déco + moderne, pour le reste tout est correct. On choisit avant tout cet hôtel car il est pratique et que l'on a une kitchnette dans la chambre !

Tres bel hôtel bien entretenue accueil très agréable service shuttle gratuit Attention si vous louer une voiture le parking est payant. Petit déjeuner continental inclus bien sans plus.A disposition eau, chocolat dessert, glace, et chips, jours et nuits.Seattle se situe a vingt min en voiture.Salle de sport ouverte jours et nuits. Hôtel très calme dans la verdure l’accueil est a votre service pour toutes demandes.j'y retournerais les yeux fermes

Le personel a été très courtois et serviable. petit déjeuner moyen.

"Good Experience"
They are obviously in the middle of remodeling, with baseboards gone in the hall, as well as stained hall carpeting. But my room was clean, with new carpet and lovely furnishings, comfortable bed. Really nice large soft bath towels, and good shower head in shower. Breakfast was a step up from breads and cereals, with little egg omletts, ham, sausage […] and sausage gravy with biscuits. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly smile...check-in was very efficient....the room was found to be clean and ready to go.....the neighbourhood is what I call an eclectic area. For overnight though, very nice.. A special Kudos for the young man who was working on his own in the Contenental breakfast buffet....he ROCKED it! "little far from everything, but nice stay"
Check in was excellent. Room was very clean and spacious enough for a family of four. Our room was next to the pool which was great for the kids and surprisingly very quiet. The breakfast area was awesome....lots of room and nice and bright. There wasn't any fresh fruit, which surprised me. Coffee wasn't too impressive. Music was piped in everywhere, […] even outside in the parking lot which was a nice touch. Staff was very friendly and eager to help, but most of them didn't have alot of knowledge when it came to directions to certain shopping areas and stores. We were given the wrong directions to go to Pike Place. Its a very confusing city to get in and out of, so you really need to have a good map with clear directions. Overall, the hotel was perfect for us. Clean, spacious, nice decor, smelled wonderful......but the only downer for us was that it was farther away from everything we wanted to see, which was more south. We enjoyed it very much though. The hotel was sufficient for what we were doing. Ease of access to 99 and I-5 were great. However, we were in Seattle for a week and a fridge in the room (we assumed there would be one) would have been very nice. We were lucky to have a cooler and access to a working ice machine. We stayed at this hotels for a 2 days vacation. I booked a 2 queen beds room with microwave and refrigerator. When we checked in and was told that our room does not have a microwave and a refrig. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We had to leave our suitcases on two days for the day and they made no trouble about it at all. I really liked staying there. Breakfast was very good and great to have without going out. The 358 bus takes you rght into the city.

I take responsibility for the choice and location of the hotel - from discription thought it much closer to Pier 91 than it was. The charges for the taxi were excessive from airport. The hotel staff seemed to be in training and needed to check with another person on simple matters. The ATM was empty and the desk would not cash an AMX travellers cheque […] for cash? only against bill. Neighborhood not the best - used car dealers and one burger place to eat supper/take-out. "Comfortable and Convienant"
Convientantly located. Easy to check in and out. Nice comfortable beds. TV's are a little outdated. Decent breakfast bar in the mornings. And we had the pool all to OURSELVES!! Good times.

"Smoker? This is the hotel for you!"
The 4th floor is a gem if you are a smoker. Actually, the elevators reek of smoke as well. An added extra is a rude desk clerk who loves to talk on the phone while he is checking you in or answering your questions. Oh yes, a bised News channel is blaring on the TV's. Ah yes. Easy to find. Hotel quite quiet (except Saturday night - but hey one night out of 5) We had a car so was easy to get into downtown to all the sights. Supermarkets close by so we could make use of 'mini kitchen' or eating out was easy too. I would however recommend that if you will be arriving late to call ahead to confirm as we had to have a Smoking […] room for the first night - I think they thought we were 'no shows' & sold our NON smoking room. Toilet was broken took a day to fix. Parking is very limited. Breakfast was very nice, rooms were clean and spaceous.
