Spatieux, très propre, personnel charmant. Juste un petit effort à faire dans l'environnement de la piscine où les matériaux font sentir un peu d'ancienneté, mais c'est très supportable.

"close to everything, clean, great value, wonderful"
we rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. very impressed and will absolutely stay there again! very clean and updated. large rooms and bathrooms. friendly staff and no one pushed us for a time-share seminar. close to all the attractions. the grounds are beautiful, there is a general store, fitness center, pools, mini golf. I had a great time during my visit. So much so, that I returned the following week for another business trip and stayed again. Although the resort is dated, it is still very nice and comfortable. We loved the location, grounds and space of 2 bdrm upstairs condo. Clean, fully stocked & nice decor. Checked in late and didn't commit to a time to hear sales pitch - would check our schedule. "The first of many visits to this resort!"
I stayed over a Friday and Saturday night, May 31 check in - June 2 checkout. Upon finding the resort, it was nice to see a security booth at the entrance. I've never ever had a problem in Williamsburg, but it was nice to see that my security was definitely being taken care of! Check in was quick and painless. I saw reviews from people saying that the […] check-in process took a lot of time, but it didn't for me. Two things that could have factored in: 1) It was about 11-11:30PM and 2) I'm only 24. The "concierge" that they direct you to after check-in said that he couldn't offer me anything since I wasn't 25. I'm assuming this means the "if you sit through our time share presentation, you get..." speech. The hotel room was HUGE. I got the 2 bedroom upstairs suite and it was more than expected. 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen), 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen (with all appliances), a living room w/ DVD player, a balcony, ample closet space, etc. I was astounded! The on-site amenities were numerous, but since we stayed such a short time, we didn't get a chance to experience any of it. They have pools, horseshoes, volleyball courts, arcades, restaurants, the whole sha-bang! Overall, I was very happy with this hotel. My wife and I spent our honeymoon in the Outer Banks and decided to break up the trip back to West Virginia with a day at Busch Gardens and a night in Williamsburg. We made the decision to stay in Williamsburg less than 48 hours before we needed a room. We got a GREAT rate on a downstairs condo at the resort (which we were very excited about)! After […] booking the room we were looking through some of the reviews and got a little scared. By the time we showed up we were extremely skeptical. Our minds were put at ease right from the front gate. The landscape was beautiful, the gate keeper was friendly, and the staff in the check-in office was very professional and friendly. The condo was MUCH bigger than we had expected and much cleaner as well. My only real complaint is that some of the furnishings were VERY worn out. The bed was comfortable but the living room furnishings were in pretty rough shape. Found this resort on hotels.com when planning a trip to visit my best friend who lives in Williamsburg. We have 2 preschoolers who we prefer they sleep in a separate room from us, so I we got a 2 bedroom condo. Fabulous price for the room. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with very large bathrooms, large living area with high def TV & DVD player, washer/dryer, […] deck overlooking a pond filled with geese who were eager to be fed much to the delightment of my 3 year olds. I appreciated the guards at the front gate. Everyone very pleasant down to the pool.staff. Beautiful grounds, family-friendly pools and one 'adult only pool' away from my screaming, laughing, splashing kids. One thing I did not know prior to check-in though, was this resort is a timeshare resort. They did ask us twice to attend a 2 or 3-hour seminar in exchange for a $50 gift which we politely declined, due to not being made aware of this prior to.booking (.suppose I.could have.missed some.fine print?) and also having young kids to keep.occupied, etc. Other than that, I would efinitely try to s tay there again on my next visit to Williamsburg. The unit we stayed in was comfortable, clean, and roomy, although the decor was slightly outdated. The beds were extremely comfortable but the sofa bed was a sagging mess. We had an upstairs two-bedroom condo and there were no issue with noise from the neighbors. It is a timeshare resort, so they will ask you to attend a presentation, but they will […] not give you a hard time if you refuse. They offered nice incentives when we checked in but we skipped it. "Overall good deal"
We stayed in a 2 story condo which had 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. We didn't consider carrying our heavy luggage up and down the stairs. Very roomy with all necessities including full kitchen and washer/dryer. Our tv in the living room did not work and it was reported at the time of check out. Only real complaint was having to meet with the representative […] after check in who tried to sell us on sitting through a time share presentation. I was SHOCKED when I saw check out time at 10am (I should have paid more attention when booking) I checked in at 6pm and left at 10a so didn't get to really enjoy much of the resort. "Worth the price"
We visited Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown this past weekend. We have a 1 year old, so we were looking for a two bedroom to keep from waking her every time we had to go into the room. We had around $100/day rate & it was well worth the money. We were in one of the last buildings on the resort and it was very quiet. The cabinets could be replaced […] in the bathrooms (a bit dated & worn), but that was the worst of it & I can live with that. The room was clean. We had an upstairs room & weren't aware of the layout before going. There is not a door blocking the stairs, so with a 1 year old we had to use the living room chair to block the entryway. Next time we will bring a baby gate (I prefer upstairs rooms over ground level). The resort is perfectly located between Colonial Williamsburg & Jamestown. Close to shopping plazas (Target, grocery stores, etc) & restaurants. We didn't utilize the restaurants on the resort, but if we ever stay longer than the weekend, we would. The shower in the master bath had very high water pressure, which is always nice. The master bath butts up against the 2nd bedroom. I was concerned the shower would wake the baby, but it was very quiet. The only time we heard our neighbors downstairs was when they came or left the hotel room. The resort was perfect for our family. Very clean, excellent mattresses, great staff...except the timeshare sales group. They literally hound you right after registration. We got in late so the last thing I wanted to deal with after traveling was pushy people trying to get me to pay $20 just to sign up for their sales presentation.
