super rapport/qualité prix, de loin l'un des meilleurs que j'ai eu. Jolie piscine intérieure chauffée avec jacuzzi, chambre spacieuse et propre qui donne sur la piscine et non sur l'extérieur. La réceptionniste chaleureuse et attentionnée, toujours prête à aider et à rendre service. Petit déjeuner continental complet. Bons restaurants tout autours où l'on peut accéder à pied. Je vous le recommande vivement, vous ferez une très bonne affaire.

Très bien situé à l'entrée du Parc des Great Smoky Mountains. Les chambres donnant sur l'arrière sont au calme... Gatlinburg étant extrêmement touristique (beaucoup trop pour nous) et engorgé de voitures, de monde et d'attractions diverses. On peut se faire faire une omelette à son goût pour le petit déjeuner (ce qui n'est pas très courant et ma foi, fort agréable), et la piscine intérieure (que nous n'avons pas testée) est de belle proportion. Seuls bémols, le réceptionniste n'était pas super accueillant et n'a pas fait beaucoup d'efforts pour se faire comprendre de nous qui ne sommes pas d'ici et les places pour le petit déjeuner ne sont pas en nombre suffisant pour que l'on puisse tous s'asseoir au moment où tout le monde, justement, est prêt pour le prendre!

"Quiet escapte but close enough to Gatlinburg"
The resort was the perfect size. Living room, dining & kitchen area were a little small but perfect for us. The resort had everything we needed as far as things to do, and was not so far away from extras that we couldn't enjoy outside activities. We would highly recommend this for families and couples.

The accommodations were very nice. We did not use the pool or exercise room, however they were very nice and convienient to get to.

Nestled in the mountains, Bent Creek is a really serene place. The indoor pool was a big hit with us, it was quite comfortable, not crowded and big windows lookout into mountains. There is also a nice playground for little ones. It is a LONG 25 minute drive to town.

We suggest there would be water provided in the workout room With that being said, this resort was very cozy and clean. It was a bit of a drive from Gatlinburg (about 10 min.). The staff members were helpful and did everything they could to make you feel comfortable and welcome..

"Bent Creek Resort - Out of the way comfort"
We have stayed here before as a guest of one of the condo owners and loved it. This time, as a paying guest, was no different. If you like being in the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, Bent Creek is not for you. But, if you like to get away from 'the strip' and enjoy the serenity of the mountains, this is the place to go. The only […] negative for me is the wi-fi service. It is provided by AT&T, so, if you are an AT&T internet customer, there is no charge. Just log in. Otherwise, there is a fee. Also, on our visit, a storm knocked out the service after only 15 minutes of use, and it was down for the remainder of our stay. Not the resort's fault, but still a bit frustrating. Lisez la suite
"Great Getaway!"
We had a wonderful 3 night stay. Not noisy and quite clean. Love the 10pm - 8am quiet rule! Indoor heated pool and spa were wonderful. Next time we go we will definitely check out the golf course. Overall great accommodations and customer service was excellent.

"Winter Get-Away at Bent Creek Golf Resort"
The accommodations (small condo) were great, well appointed, and very, very clean. It is about a 10 mile drive into Gatlinburg, but we were happy to be staying away from the crowded area and traffic jams. Also convenient to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville.

I had a fantastic two day stay. The staff was fantastic. I had a health issue that involved the local rescue squad. The staff at Bent Creek were extremely supportive and did everything possible to make my stay comfortable. I will stay at Bent Creek
"Great deal if you like a little privacy"
A little out of the way, but worth it. We got a great deal, and we like a little bit of privacy and don't mind driving 10 min to get that. If you're looking for something close to the strip, look elsewhere. If you want your space in the mountains, book it! We enjoyed the beauty of the smoky mountains and the peacefulness of the country.

The one bedroom was comfortable and clean. Had poor TV reception and could not use our cell phones at all. The property was well maintained. We were 15 miles out of Gatlinburg in a rural area next to the Smoky Mountain National Park. No restaurants, grocery stores or other shopping in walking distance.

"great stay"
Overall the hotel is excellent in room quality and comfortness. Two great TVs is convenient for the faimily, The room size is good for two, not for family more than 3. No room service for the clean or change towel or dispose garabage.
"Nice lodging, but a few problems"
We stayed 3 nights at the Bent Creek Golf Village Resort. Our 1-bedroom condo unit was nicely furnished and a great deal for the price. Two main problems: 1) The resort has a "voluntary non-smoking policy". This is a joke. The people in the next unit smoked inside their unit, and this was ventilated into our unit. We might as well have been smoking […] in our own room. Soundproofing in the walls was also somewhat lacking. Their loud TV was our loud TV. 2) On two of the three nights of our stay, there was no parking available in front of our unit, requiring us to park quite a distance away. This was very inconvenient, particularly at the time of check-in, when it was bad enough lugging our baggage up the stairs. There is supposed to be one parking space for each one-bedroom unit and two parking spaces for each two-bedroom unit, but it is obvious that there are people with more vehicles than are allotted to their unit. A simple solution would be to have the parking spaces individually numbered. The front desk turned a deaf ear to both of these issues, telling us that their hands were tied by the wishes of condo owners. Not a good enough explanation. Lisez la suite

"Hotels.com left me stranded"
Resort was great, but after a 5 hour drive there was no reservation in my name. I had a conformation number from Hotels. com, but it still took over an hour before I got checked in. My last time using Hotels.com

"Good Place to Stay"
This resort is a time-share facility. The condos were clean and well maintained. Small kitchen area was organized and had all the useful kitchenwares and utensils required for the stay. The Proshop manager and helper were very nice and friendly. Gold course is really nice and extremly challenging. The front lady has very deep southrn accent which is […] difficult to follow. "Dirty, inconvenient and not up to expectations..."
So much further out of Gburg than you'd think. No free WiFi. No cell reception. Bugs in the room. Pool closes daily. Hot tub was broken. Not nearly enough parking. Stay away from this one!

I stayed 2 nights, and had to switch rooms due to over booking according to check-in. First night, I had a very good room with plenty of room in kitchen, living room, bathroom, and patio screened in. "Good experience - couple with baby"
My husband and I stayed in this hotel with our 11 month old. We enjoyed it and would stay there again. PROS: It was great since it has a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher and soap - making and cleaning bottles for baby was very convenient. We also used the washer and dryer. We stayed in a room that accommodates 4, so […] it wasn't really one room - rather a master bedroom and a living room/kitchen/dining room. That way husband could watch the game while baby and mom slept in the room. We brought our pack and play since our baby can't sleep in a sofa bed. Our original room had something wrong with the air conditioner. It was no trouble changing rooms. We had a cooler and our refrigerator supplied us with enough ice. Good wireless signal. Beautiful property. We had no trouble with driving to the grocery store or the location of the property. We liked staying a little far from the downtown area. CONS: Room was NOT baby-proof, but why would it be? We had to move all the knives and other kitchen utensils that our baby could easily reach. We had to constantly make sure that baby didn't pull on all the cables from the TV or the phone. But it is similar to being at home. Just watch your kid. There were some signs in the room that I thought were a little rude about how much they would charge you if there were towels missing. No cell phone signal because the hotel is close to the natural reserve and cell phone towers are not allowed in the area (but we knew about it from the reviews). Lisez la suite

The golf course was fun to play. some greens up the mountain, trails along a creek, a pretty place. The cabins were attractive, clean, and well maintained. The grounds were attractive, and well maintained. The only drawback for us, too many miles from other activities in Gatlinburg, and the Smokey mountains. I went to the Smokies to get away and play some golf and while the course choice was kind of disappointing the hotel choices were worse! This is a timeshare, not exactly a hotel, and you get amenities like a kitchen and washer/dryer. After my time out on the road I was THRILLED to have these amenities and I made the most of them. The "resort" itself […] is OK, there is an outdoor and indoor pool (nice), a hot tub (nice), stuff to do for kids on the property, and it's definitely isolated. The location is not great. The golf course is not well maintained. The rooms are ok but there are high expectations for guests to maintain their rooms when the price of stay is considered. There are few activities on site and there are no restaurants or grocery stores within 10 miles. Also, on arrival we were told that we could check out at 11 am due […] to our short stay. However, at 10:15 am on our check out day my husband received an extremely rude phone call from the front desk informing him that we needed to leave. Not an ideal vacation. I really enjoyed everything about our stay at Bent Creek, even through the night of the terrible weather of tornado outbreaks. We even lost power for a short while but it did not deter any of my thoughts or feelings toward this facility, in fact , it enhanced my feelings because through the episode the staff remained calm friendly and very helpful..... "Close to Nature with all the Convenience"
Memorable Stay, few things did not expect thou, You have to clean your room and throw trash or Hotel will FINE you (No matter how long you stay there is NO House-keeping), Checkout time is 10.00 am usually it is 11:00 am or Noon most Hotels, upon asking for an hour extension they told me the room is already booked to someone else (Hard to believe in […] OFF Season on a Sunday with so many vacant Rooms). "Nice Place but will not stay again"
They do not accept VISA check cards or cash - we had booked the place using our VISA check card and it was deducted from our account before we arrived. When we arrived they wanted a major credit card for incidental expenses . I handed them my VISA check card and we were told that they only take "major credit cards" and that it tells me this on the Website. […] We booked this place through Hotels.com so we had not been to the Website for that type of information. We are a cash basis family by choice we do have other credit cards but leave them at home since we do not use them and have not used them for over 3 years. They made an exception this one time but made it clear that unless I was using a "major credit card" I could not stay there again. They even refused to take cash. I have traveled on several cruises and stayed at numerous hotels using this same card and have never had this experience. Lisez la suite
"Away from the crowds"
Bent Creek is about ten miles from the main strip in Gatlinburg - a little bit of a drive but worth it if you like to avoid the crazy crowds and traffic. We are a family of 4 and stayed in the one bedroom. Probably the smallest 1BR condo I have every stayed in. It was fine for a short 2 nt stay but would definitely need the 2 br for any longer stay. […] Also, the pull out sofa has seen its better days, but again, OK for a short stay. Otherwise, we enjoyed Bent Creek and would stay here again for the right price. Lisez la suite
