Imperial Hotel and Suites - Niagara Falls

Très bon rapport qualité / prix. Très bien situé. Et du sirop d'érable au petit déjeuner enfin.

L'hotel est plûtot bien dans l'ensemble, mais j'ai trouvé assez scandaleux de faire payer le parking de l'hotel (très cher) sans nous l'indiquer à l'arrivé!

Rien a dire sauf a le recommander. Excellent rapport qualité / prix / situtation : centrte ville, à 7 mn à pied des chutes.

Hôtel de base, près de toutes les attractions. Le confort des matelas laisse à désirer... Bon rapport qualité/prix

J'ai logé une seul nuit à cette hôtel et j'ai adoré ça! C'est sure que l'hôtel fait un peu viellaux mais pour le prix c'est un 10 sur 10 ! L'hotel est vraiment très proche de Cliffton hill ( rue principale avec plein d'attraction) et a environ 10minutes a pied des chutes... nous les voyons pas de l'hôtel mais c'est bien plus agréable de marché pour […] aller les voir en vrai que de les voir de la chambre !!! l'eau de la piscine était très chaude, vraiment agréable et le spa tout autant agréable( par contre un peu sale... ) Bref c'est un excellent hôtel à aller si vous ne voulez pas payer des fortune pour quelques nuits ! j'y retournerais assurément ! L'hôtel est vieux et aurait besoin de rafraîchissement et pour ceux qui ont des allergies à la poussière et autre allergènes connexe n'oublié pas vos médicaments... Cependant, le service est très bien et le restaurant offre un tr`s bon déjeuner. L'hôtel a l'avantage d'être près de plusieurs attractions, dont les chutes (20 minutes à pied), Marineland […] à 5 minutes d'auto et plusieurs restaurants accessible à pied. Grande chambre propre, personnel aimable. J'y retournerai. Extra de $10 pour le stationnement qui devrait etre inclus. Internet tres lent de $5 pour 30 minutes.

Hôtel Iperial est très bien situé sur boul Victoria, Niagara Falls, ON. L'hôtel n'est pas propre et le room service est nul. Cependant son emplacement est stratégique et vous êtes à quelques pas de toutes les distractions, pas besoin de voitures...Si seulement il est propre :-(

Nous avions une suite la 10-05 .Nous étions a 5 minutes de tous ca .Merciavec fenetre avec aucun obstacle devant les chutes Niagara Américaine et la grande roue et tous les activitées.

Hotel proche aux chutes, mais il y a l'odeur de la moquette dans la chambre et le baignoire trop serré. Mais pour le prix c'est acceptable.

The hotel was reasonably priced and a two minute walk from the falls! The rooms were nice (King sized beds!) but watch out for extra charges...they will charge you a hefty rate at the end of your stay for just one nights parking.

Nicely located and a good place for the rate

I've stayed at this hotel before so I knew what to expect. The staff was friendly and helpful so I can't complain there. When we arrived at the hotel we couldn't find parking on the hotel premises due to a party at the restaurant next door and were asked to park across the street. We did but I found this a bit unacceptable. I'm staying at the hotel […] so why should I have to park elsewhere? Why weren't the restaurant clientele told to park across the street instead of us? We drove in from out of the city therefore we were tired and should not have been inconvenienced. As my friend parked I proceeded to our room. This room was larger than the last one I had at this hotel and I was very pleased. Great size and everything looked great until I found that there was no light in the bathroom. Did someone not clean the room prior to our arrival and notice this? I mean did they clean the bathroom in the dark or not bother to go in there at all? Not good. I called the front desk and they were surprised and had someone come up right away to take care of it. I also noticed that there were no ashtrays in our smoking room. Not a big deal just odd and the maintenance guy got me two after he fixed the light. After that everything ran beautifully. We had a fabulous time but I must warn you this is not really a family hotel. Lots of partying and late night noise and that was okay cause we were there for the same reason but probably not good for people with kids. I will definitely stay again. Lisez la suite

Awful!!!! I would not be staying in this hotel again. It was not clean, in fact we found dirty mens boxers in the room, not pleasant. It is a older hotel with a good location and friendly staff it is unfortunate that cleanliness is not at the top of the list. My issue was brought to the attention of the Manager who offered me a free night ONLY if I […] did NOT leave a bad review. I thought all was well except the parking fee which was the first time ever to pay for hotel parking and I have travelled the globe and stayed at many hotels and never experienced this. I do understand why you do this however when providing a room rate you should inform your clients what they are expected to pay. Bob

Good value for money. Our only concern is that the bathrooms in the swimming pool area has mouldy walls. Rosy

The room was clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms are on the same floor, so you are assaulted by the smell of stale cigarette smoke entering and leaving your room. Would recommend having a separate smoking floor rather than having a mixture of rooms on one floor. It took over 90 minutes to receive the […] requested extra blanket and pillows (don't know the exact length of time as we went out). It was O.K. as long as you don't mind outdated decor, tvs, etc....

A great deal - nice clean room - great location! Niagara Falls itself is a fun place to visit. I hadn't been in years and was impressed on how they have cleaned it up for tourists.

Staff were friendly, bed was comfortable, room was clean. So, the basics were covered. The hotel looks like it hasn't had a coat of paint in 10 years. It looks pretty tired and worn out, but serves it function as a place to sleep.

rooms were very dirty, nasty carpets and beds, wall papers falling off the wall, just very dirty and bad maintained, the breakfast at the golden griddle is just one plate of panckes,

The room was nice and clean. The price was affordable for a college student like me and it was totally worth it.

great location, had a wonderful time

The room i had booked was not what i had booked, the front door was right beside the ice room so it was noisy. The rooms heating and air system did not work very well and the room was like an oven. and the king size bed was so worn in that when me and my fiance work up our backs were hurting. also one last thing when we got there we found hair in the […] tub which was very disappointing. The location is great definitely will go back again

The hotel is old and tired. More a 2 star than a 3.5 If you are looking for location alone, go for it. But if you are looking for comfort to go along with it.....I'd keep looking.

Great location friendly and professional staff the free breakfast was really a breakfast for 2 only even though I had 2 rooms. That was miss leading. Condition of the hotel was VERY run down and old. We had a small suite on the 10th floor, city view. 2 queen sized beds in room, very comfortable. Location is in the heart of all the amusements, but room itself was very quiet. Yes, hotel is older, but well maintained and clean. Breakfast came with room. Did not have tome to use pool while there, but it looked clean.

Room was very big and spacious. Only had two pillows on the bed (super soft, and I like firm pillows). We requested 4 more at around 8pm, the woman at front desk said she was waiting for some check ins and would have them to our room by 10pm. We didnt think she would come but she arrived with all 4 pillows at 9:57pm. Satisfied with room overall but […] very gross smell in the hallways and in the elevator. Also at about 1am people in the halls kept going in and out of their room and banging the door and the walls. I still had not fallen asleep at that point and it kept me up. Didn't complain though. If you are looking for a cheap room with a great location I would go for this hotel, the room was great just the elevator and hall smelled. We checked out a day early and the man at the front desk was very nice and refunded us with no problem (we had to call the Hotels.com customer care first, they had to call the hotel and confirm they were going to reimburse us. The Imperial Hotel and Suites is very conveniently located and is within walking distance to most of the main attractions. Our room was bright, spacious and quite comfortable but, the matresses could use replacing. The service was great and the hotel staff were very accommodating. internet w-fii not up to par.Kept cutting out .The windows needed to be cleaned,they weren't disgusting but they weren't clear.rooms were clean.Its not the Sheraton but if u need a great getaway ,this hotel is worth it.Location is in a great spot.We will be going back to that hotel if we get another chance to go.

The hotel was filthy. The halls looked like they were never vacumed. Pool offered towel service but there was never any towels available.
