A good hotel in a nice and secure area. Just at 200 from local restaurants and a Carrefour hypermarket.The hotel room can be considered as an Apparthotel with a frige and Mini Bar.Taxi station is just in front of the hotel. Hotel Located at 10 min walking distance from Av Paulista.

L'établissement jouit d'un charme suranné avec sa conception tout en marbre et les équipements sont maintenant défraîchis même s'ils sont toujours utilisables. Il semble malheureusement qu'aucune maintenance n'ait été effectuée pour le conserver au goût du jour. L'environnement est bruyant puisque des bars sont installés des deux côtés de la façade et sont ouverts jusqu'à une heure avancée de la nuit.

"Nice hotel in Sao Paulo"
Overall, this was a nice hotel. We felt very safe. There was always a security guard in the lobby. We mainly picked this hotel because of the rooftop pool. The pool is tiny and the water was freezing. You have to grab a chair early, as there are less than 15 chairs on rooftop. Overall, the rooms on the green floor were clean and renovated relatively recently. Some of the rooms have nice little balconies. The bath products are from an excellent company called Natura, which was a very nice touch. The hotel is close to many fantastic restaurants, and I recommend it over a hotel near Paulista. There is a nice sundeck and pool […] on the roof, though for some reason, the hot tub is only operational by request and for a fee. I highly recommend getting a massage at the spa if you have time! I booked a night only and booked the green suite room expecting it to be spectacular however it was just a common business suite with nothing special. Modern, clean hotel with a wonderful rooftop pool and excellent workout facilities. Breakfast was very good (buffet of meats, cheeses, fruit, omelettes and waffles made-to-order, etc.). The Concierge was Wonderful. The Bell Hops were Superb. The Front Desk was sub-standard. The carpeting on our entire floor was severely damaged, and the bath room was a shoebox. The internet is so weak that it is an inconvenience for any business traveler. It has not improved. My phone was not ringing and I missed an important meeting waiting for the arrival of my client who called repeatedly but the ringer on my phone was not working.
