Hôtel très bien placé, à proximité immédiate de l'autoroute, permettant une visite facile du pays amish, de Lancaster, de York. L'hôtel est très bien tenu, les chambres spacieuses, modernes et très propres. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Un seul bémol : la piscine intérieure est excessivement chlorée, l'ambiance y est presque irrespirable (nous ne nous sommes pas baignés aussi longtemps que souhaité) . Le rapport qualité-prix reste néanmoins très bon. Un bon resto dans le centre-ville de Mountville : George's.

Chambre propre et lit confortable mais la tapisserie dans la salle de bain était un peu vieillot, néanmoins elle était grande et propre. "malpropreté"
Les draps n'avaient pas été changés. La salle de bain était sale, il y avait du sang sur la cuvette. Nous l'avons signalé au gérant qui a envoyé 2 femmes de ménage. Quand nous sommes retournés dans la salle de bain, bien que nous ayons entendu l'eau couler du robinet, il y avait toujours des poils dans la douche et du sang sur la cuvette.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Half and Half"
I went with friends to this special weekend but unfortunatly not everything was as I expected. we booked four bedroom. Two of the rooms were not so clean but it was ok. But the other two were really in bad condition. The bathtube was not able to be used in both rooms becauseeach time we used the sink the water flushed back in the bathtube with a dark […] smelling water. Red Roof was clean and friendly service. The bed linens did not stay on the bed. A fitted sheet that did not fit right, kept slipping off corners. Towels could have been a little thicker, very thin. Motel appearance was nice and clean! the breakfast was nice and abundance of food, waffles, fruit, muffins, and breakfast gravy. The motel hallway was noisy and you hear everyone closing their doors. the tv next door was on all night and we could hear it through our wall! Towels were like sand paper and very rough. Cleanliness of room was just ok and […] no flat screen tv yet! Hotel staff were friendly and helpful! A good night sleep was not found on the third floor! We will return in a pinch!! We spent two nights at Red Roof Inn. Our stay was good but they need to update the linens - towels, washcloths - they weren't very thick or absorbent. The contentinal breakfast need a little more selections. "WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN!"
Given the brand name, we expected more from this hotel. The sheets were dingy giving the appearance of being unclean, but there was no smell. The towels were rough on the skin (we do not have sensitive skin)! The customer service definitely needs improvement. Upon check-in, the door was open. I called to the front desk to report this and the front desk […] said he would call back but never did. The housekeeper did show up, but did not speak English and it was difficult to communicate with her as to why the door was open. The next morning at breakfast (9:00am) the waffle station was a mess, the garbage was overflowing, there was no milk and when we asked the front desk for help, we got the feeling we were interrupting the front desk person from his private conversation on his cell phone. - WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN! Overall it was not a bad place to stay for just one night. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. The only problem we had was that the cable was not working. There were only about 5 channels that were working and when I called to inform the front desk they said there wasn't really anything they could do about it. We were quite disappointed in our trip this time at the Red Roof Inn of Lancaster. We always book rooms with king beds just because that is what we are use to and comfortable with. Much to our surprise when we arrive, we are told they had to switch our room ( because of plumbing problems)to a double bed room with only full size beds, not queen but full […] size. Needless to say we were a little cramped for room. I would have been nice if they would have offered a little something to compensate for it but they didn't even offer. A very friendly, helpful staff could not offset the poor quality of the bed. It was advertised as a King, which it was not. The bed was also past it's usefulness with two large canyons that were difficult to escape. The HVAC unit was very noisy and also probably quite old. Of the many hotels in Lancaster, Red Roof inn was the best so far. The check-in was quick & even got in earlier than the 3pm check in time. The room was clean and even smelled clean. The Red Roof Inn is always my hotel of choice when I am in the area. Compared to other hotels , it is by far the best value . Why spend $100 or more for a room you basically will only sleep in ??
