Trés bon séjour: (accueil, petit-déjeuner,propreté des des lieux,belle décoration des lieux publics etc...).Nous aurions cependant souhaité des shuttles à prix interessants vers les lieux touristiques et centres commerçiaux les plus proches,sinon tout fut ok.Hotel à conseiller fortement.

hotel bien situé, jaccuzzi super, le meilleur à ce jour la chambre est spacieuse mais la climatisation est bruyante et impossible à arrêter.

Hôtel très confortable avec un accueil chaleureux. Très bon rapport qualité prix. L environnement quartier d affaires peut sembler peut attirant mais l hôtel est proche même a pieds d un secteur anime de boutiques et restaurants. Attention toutefois pour les inconditionnels il est relativement éloigne de la plage.

Hotel très bien situé qui permet d'aller à pied pour prendre les taxis boat qui permettent de se déplacer dans la ville pour pas cher. Hotel à recommender. Excellent petit déjeuner, personnel aimable.

Je recommande cet hôtel, bien situé, à pied de Las Olas. Autobus Sun Trolley disponible sur Las Olas. Besoin de bouchon pour les oreille car l'air climatisé est bruyante et ne se contrôle pas. à recommander pour le prix

THE 2ND FLOOR WAS WHERE THE BAR, & BREAKFAST ROOM WERE LOCATED AND WAS NOT AIR CONDITIONED. HALL WAS ALSO NOT AIR CONDITIONED. THIS IS FLORIDA, AND 89 DEGREES ON THAT DAY! IT WAS A GREAT BREAKFAST, AND THE DESK DID GIVE ALL GUESTS A FREE DRINK AT THE BAR, BUT WE WOULD HAVE ENJOYED IT A LOT MORE IF WE WERE COMFORTABLE.

Hotel was a good choice for overnight stay before cruise. Only complaint, they offer a free ride to the cruise line but didn't tell me that it was only for 2 per room. I therefore had to pay an additional $7.00 fee. I don't like hidden fees, especially when I booked it for 3. Breakfast was ok as well.

It was for a 21st Birthday celebration....The hotel was a perfect location for the Downtown Fort Lauderdale area... Short cab ride to all the bars. The front desk person was extremely helpful to answer the questions we had and give us a few suggestions! If you're coming to Downtown Fort Lauderdale, this is a great place to stay. The customer service upon check out was our first disappointment. After reviewing our bill, we were charged for a movie that was not ordered. I asked the clerk to verify the charge, I told him we did not order any movie and asked him to remove the charge. He said he could not and there was nothing he could do. There was no manager on staff to resolve […] the problem. The second thing is, when booking this room, no where does it mention a parking fee of $12.00. After driving 17 hours, we arrived at 7 a.m. and were allowed to check in. We were also offered breakfast, which was okay. Breakfast next morning was much better. We have driven to Ft. Lauderdale for a cruise. After a quick nap, we caught the free shuttle outside the front door, very convenient, and enjoyed some of Ft. Lauderdale's sights, sounds, and […] sunshine. This was our second stay at this hotel, and when we cruise again from Ft. Lauderdale, we'll probably stay here again. the hotel was very clean, very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed only one night before taking a cruise, the hotel is close to the port and a free shuttle is very to the port was great.

I love this hotel. Only had one issue. I had come back very late at night only to find they had moved me to another room without even asking me. My things were left in lost and found and no one even knew where they were, they had to search for them. We just needed a place to stay the night before our cruise. The Hampton had a free shuttle to the ship, which worked well. We had a bite in the bar. They were short handed, but we were on vacation and didn't care. Free breakfast was a little cool, but they had a microwave so I just zapped my eggs and bacon,no problem. I expected the decor to be more […] in "Florida" colors. While not worn, I wasn't expecting to be awash in so much avocado. Sort of an art deco thing going on. Would stay again. Very impressed by cleanliness,furnishings and appearance in general. Location is very good, close to shopping and restaurants. The room was good and the service was good. The shuttles that they advertise were not free. Breakfast was a complimentary hot and cold with good selection. This is a downtown neighborhood near the college. The proximity to the Riverwalk and the water taxis (4-6 blocks) was a great discovery.

Stayed here for 1 night while visiting family member in hospital. After driving 12 hrs to get here and arriving at 930pm, we were told that there would be an additional $12 parking fee which was not disclosed prior to checking in. Room was great and very comfortable. Breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn breakfast but ran out of items at 9:30. There wee […] numerous teams there for an event. After being told that items were coning out, they brought out a few pieces of each item that was empty. Needless to say, those items were quickly taken and my kids were left without some of the items they wanted. The breakfast staff was not too friendly and seemend to be over worked. This was a great hotel to stay at. It is only 10-15 minutes away from the airport and cruise terminal. We loved having free internet service, a free 'hot' breakfast, free shuttle service to the cruise terminal and free parking when we returned from our cruise and had rented a car. The hotel met my needs, e.g. clean room, good service, etc. The hot breakfast was good, although the scrambled eggs were not very good. Everything else in the hot breakfast was really good.

The bed was definitely uncomfortable. Mattresses might be old and need to be changed. Ceiling in shower was dripping over the shower head when water was turned on. Air conditioning was unable to be controlled manually and was off for long periods of time. We called down to the front desk and did not get an answer after 7 rings. We arrived early on a Monday morning after a cruise. At 10 am when we went to the registration desk, the 3 rooms we had prepaid were all ready for us on the 8th floor. There is a free "Sun Shuttle" that took us to the Water Taxi and atour of the Intercoastal Waterway. The shuttle loops every 15-20 minutes.
