Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was tidy, perfect for what we needed. I would advise that if I was taking a cab form the Airport to maybe drive around a little to get your money's worth as the fare was a flat rate. Got there at midnight with family, the room was not clean, dog food underneath the sink and on the carpet. Hair in the bathtub, coffee grinds in the bed. Stunk very badly. Reported to hotel personnel, they moved us to another room. We still had to pay full rate after having to deal with this

Very convenient location and handy to have Tim Hortons just across the parking lot. Breakfast room pleasant but I would like healthier options for cereals and breads. Butter (as well as margarine) would be appreciated.

The bathroom was a bit dirty in our room--there was shampoo on the shower walls and hair on the floor mat. The bottom of the tub looked like something had been stuck to it and then removed with the residue remaining.

The hotel served the purpose for the night. It's old and needs a serious face lift. We were put on the 3rd floor with our luggage no way to easily get up the stairs, elevator broken, ice machine broken, ATM broken and the vending machine broken. No discounts, apologies or anything just a sign out of order in every direction. Breakfast was good only […] 4 tables in a small area so we had to wait for people to leave before we could go in. The hotel was nice, hallways and lobby a bit dated, but rooms were nice and clean. The front desk staff at check in were not friendly in the least, but morning staff at checkout were excellent. I found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant. The room was very comfortable and the beds were very comfortable, The hotel was quiet even though next to a busy highway and airport. The free coffee service in the lobby was a pleasant surprise, was there 24 hrs day. The free breakfast was more than I could have asked for, very plentiful and a good […] variety of , fix yourself fair. My only complaint was that the hotel was on the cool side for winter, however the heat in the rooms could be controlled. There were a few restaurants nearby making for a pleasant experience overall. We arrived late and left very early. There was no issue with the wake up call or the airport shuttle. The hotel is very convenient if you are flying out of the Edmonton Airport. My husband ate at the Breakfast Room which was a surprise to have open at 4:00am. The front desk clerk was very efficient and informative.

Overall, good hotel. Room was really nice and updated. Everything we needed and bed was comfortable. Only complaint i have is it would have been nice to know we had to pay 7$ a night to leave our car their while we were on vacation. Also, if you have to leave your vehicle there you have to book it in advance as they need room in their parking lot for […] other hotel guests. When i booked it i just asked about the shuttle and assumed i could leave my car their no problem. Front desk lady ended up give me a break and let me leave it their for the 7days :) Hotel was in same parking lot of Tim Hortons too! We had had a long day getting ready for a wedding, having the wedding and getting ready to fly home the next day. At midnight we had a very tired 18 month old baby and Kathy went into the kitchen to get us yogurt and anything else we may have needed to settle him. I would gladly stay there next time the opportunity presents itself.

It worked well for what we needed we were in the room for only 6 hours. They also let you park your vehicle there for a small fee, while you are away on your trip. Drop you off and pick you up from the airport. We were happy with that. And breakfast was simple and good. We were supposed to have a crib in our room when we arrived but I ended up going down to get it. I also had to lug it up to the 4th floor myself as there were no offers of help. We had to overnight and catch a flight in the morning, this served the purpose. The reception was great, and we had one minor issue with our hotel bedroom door called the front desk and it was taken care of immediately. If we had another overnighter we would definitely stay again

Clean, pleasant & helpful staff, handy rent-a-car desk in hotel, easy parking, convenient self-serve breakfast, enjoyed the front door opening device when loading & unloading luggage. Beds were a little firm for my comfort. Not a big deal now, maybe later as I age !! Reasonable cost, a big deal for us.
