Best Western Plus Downtown Inn & Suites - Houston

chambre spacieuse, très propre, pas de bruit...la distance hôtel - tram est faisable à pied (20 min environ) mais mieux prévoir une voiture... je recommande

Our stay was better than expected. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and the room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel is close to everything downtown and best of all has free parking! Something you will not get with the other hotels. I would recommend it highly and would definitely stay there again!

On the positive side, all of the staff members were friendly and very helpful. Also, the continental breakfast had a large variety and was quite good. On the negative side, there were some minor issues with the room itself. To name a few: the electricity was out in the bathroom when we first arrived, the bathroom door did not close, water went directly […] through the shower curtain (no liner), and the mouthwash was half-used. Furthermore, the room smelled like smoke even though the front desk was vehement about the hotel's no-smoking policy. (We even had to sign a waiver.) I was so concerned that we would be charged the smoking fee that I insisted the front desk worker come smell the room the moment we arrived, so she would know that the smokey smell did not result from our visit. All in all, a nice hotel, but not a "definite" next time I stay in Houston. Lisez la suite

Very serviceminded hotel employees. Exelent breakfast with a lot of choisses. Nice and clean Breakfast environment. Good parking places for free. Location near downtown in Houston

The staff now say I'm becoming a regular... Well, that's a good thing! I luv going to this place on wkends. It's well worth knowing I'll get back from the bars/clubs safe. Perfect experience everytime.

Unbelievable everything! Staff, cleanliness..has it all!!!!

This was an overnight stay, everything in hotel was comfortable, front desk was accommodating--I had to ask questions because this was my first time in Houston. Tried to call some restaurants for dinner, they were closing at 7:00 pm, could not believe it. I was told the downtown area accommodates mostly the business crowd--had to drive out to a mall […] for dinner. One good thing, hotel provided breakfast --did not have to go looking for a restaurant. The hotel has comforable beds, wireless,is very quite, and is conveniently located in the downtown area, and less than 10 minutes from the Federal Courthouse. The major drawback is the restriction on the ability of the business center to download documents from the Federal Pacer Center for the United States Courts. Staff was courteous and friendly

Staff was amazingly friendly. Room was very clean and beds were so comfortable.

Stayed at this hotel for a running event in downtown Houston. The rooms were fine; however, did not sleep well due to the noise of party-goers on my floor. I can't fault the hotel for that though, some people are just noisy.

The staff were great, very friendly and easy to work w. regarding any issues.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone... it was extremely peaceful and comfortable. The staff were excellent. Everything was up to date, including the decor. Quaint and not at all pretentious.
