accueil très chaleureux et personnel vraiment serviable et parlant anglais. Confort pas vraiment ideal, mais l'emplacement de l'hôtel, à 2 pas de la cité interdite, tien an men, mais aussi de la grande rue pietonne et commercante de Pekin. NB : l'excursion Muraille Badalin vaut vraiment le coup (coût) mais pas la peine de prendre celle qui propose cité interdite, temple du ciel et palais d'été (déconseillée par le guide lui même et je confirme on peut faire cela seul sans problème).

Hotel très bien placé, proche du métro, au coeur du Beijing historique, l'accueil de l'hôtel est aussi qualitatif que le confort et l'espace des chambres. A conseiller à toute famille désirant passer des vacances "tout confort" à Pekin.

Séjour globalement fort satisfaisant. Quelques bémols toutefois : le petit-déjeuner est très cher ; le fait de donner son accord (avec le code secret) pour un retrait de 500 RMB par nuit dès l'arrivée pour d'éventuelles dépenses en plus de la chambre est un peu gênant ; la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas alors qu'il faisait jusqu'à 27° dehors et ouvrir la fenêtre amenait des odeurs fort désagréables de poisson.

Hôtel très bien situé. Nous avions une chambre sans fenêtre ce qui n'est pas agréable, mais il y a tant de choses à découvrir que l'on y passe peu de temps.

Nice hotel, externally looks a little dated, internally rooms very comfortable. I would suggest that you ask for a room closer to reception as some rooms are quite some distance from the entrance in a linked building. Location is great for CBD, shops etc. Would stay again.

Room was okay, bit old, not spacey, not fully equipped but everything was manageable, probably close to exactly in the middle of the hotels you can find in Beijing. Location of the hotel is always good, close to everything - offices, shopping malls, even Mcdonald's and you name it. Things that are far: cheap and 'real' Chinese food

The Hotel Jianguo is convienent to the SilkMarket, Forbidden City and some good Western Food restaurants. The restaurants within the hotel are pricy! The bar prices are also too high. great location - just next to the Silk Market and at the CBD Long walk to the room - 100 rooms each floor so depends on your luck A small balcony but the patio door cannot be opened
"Close to the best shopping"
If you are in Beijing for shopping as well as business, this hotel is in the best location. It is virtually beside the silk and pearl market. Most taxi drivers know this hotel and the location is great for all business connections. Staff is friendly, English is understood by all staff including housekeeping. "Jianguo Hotel in Beijing"
Hotel is conveniently located, next to the famous Xiu Sui Jie. Hotel staff are attentive and friendly. Room is a little disappointing. I requested for a non-smoking room but the room smelled thickly of cigerette from previous guest. Hotel staff came to spray room freshener but that is only good for 5 mins :-(

The hotel facilities including the health club and pool were quite nice. All well maintained and clean. The dining facilities were adequate but the speciality asian restuarant had lovely decor but the food was just average. Hotel staff was extremely helpful and always trying to assist. Very good value.

Can't beat this hotel for location, near the Silk Market, subway, lots of restaurants. Its a little tired and four star like but has everything you need. And there are a host of front office staff to help you.

Having stayed in a number of mid-class Beijing hotels over the years, I find the Jianguo a welcome respite from the frenzy of the city. I stayed at this hotel a number of times in the late 1980s (when it seemed one of the few real "western" style hotels in the city) and the 1990s. Business took me elsewhere for the past ten years, but I have recently […] returned to the Jianguo three times in the past year. In a city where every new structure seems intent on making an architectural "statement," the Jainguo buildings are human in scale and arrayed around (artificial) streams and fountains, giving one a sense of walking through and living in something of an urban oasis. The rooms are handsomely and conveniently appointed, but not alienating or ostentatious. I am a particular fan of rooms in the "B" Building, a 6 or 7-story addition to the original low-rise wings, as they seem smartly designed and nicely maintained. Restaurants are pricey by street standards, but convenient and pleasant enough on those days when one has no more energy for the hustle and bustle of the city streets. Lisez la suite

"Alright hotel, but not recommended"
I guess this used to be one of the only hotels for Westerners or at least, the main hotel. It is in a good location, right next to the "silk market" and close to several embassies. However, it is old and outdated. The rooms are small. It needs to be renovated. There are much better hotels in the area or a few kilometers away that are much newer and […] nicer, and also "cater" to Westerners. If this is the cheapest place you find and you can't spend $20-$40 more a night, then take it. However, look around for some other places if you can. Let this one be on the bottom of your list. "good summer stay at Jianguo Beijing Hotel"
have stayed twice at Jianguo, both in 2009, summer and find the hotel pleasant and a good bye for the money, except the price of the breakfast (which is at that level in i the mega cities in China) and the price of water in the mini bar (which is 25 times higher the bought in the market). Except these two glitches, a very good hotel, recommended.

Jianguo Hotel oli paljon odotettua parempi. Vaikka keskustaan matkaa 4 km , niin metro käyttö vaivatonta. Henkilökunta erinomaisen ystävällistä ja tehokasta. Seuraavalla kerralla käytämme myös samaa hotellia.

"Jianguo hotel - supert hotell nær Silkemarkedet !"
For fjerde gang bodde jeg på Jianguo hotel i Beijing. Rent og pent hotell med et veldig serviceinnstilt personell. God mat . Utrolig bra beliggenhet med Silkemarkedet som en av de nærmeste naboene. Undergrunnen er også i umiddelbar nærhet, Virkelig et hotell jeg vil anbefale, og som jeg igjen vil velge på min neste tur til Beijing !

Tulimme perheen kanssa 'ostosretkelle' ja hotellin sijainti sen suhteen oli loistava.Hotelli oli kaikin puolin palveluhenkinen ja erittäin siistikuntoinen.

Veldig hyggelig hotell og betjening. Nærmeste nabo til silkemarkedet og ellers veldig sentralt i forhold til alt man bør få med seg i Beijing. Store gode rom med vannkoker og ellers alt man trenger. Vi hadde også balkong med utsikt mot nydelig bakhage med fiskedam og frodige blomster og vekster. Vi besøkte også hotellets svømmebasseng og restaurant. […] Totaltsett et hotell man føler seg veldig vel og hjemme, og gjerne besøker igjen. Prismessig også veldig gunstig. Hvis det skulle være en ting jeg ville gi negativt fortegn på dette hotellet må det være at enkelte av dem som jobber i hotellets "service-skranke" ikke snakker eller forstår engelsk særlig godt. Det er mye man lurer på/eller trenger hjelp tilni en by hvor stort sett alle kun snakker kinesisk, og mener det bør være "et must" at hotellet til enhver tid kan tilby EN person man kan kommunisere med. Men bortsett fra dette var vi veldig fornøyde gjester på Hotel Jianguo Lisez la suite

"Perfekt för shopping"
Mycket bra hotell och nära till shopping, silkmarket som ligger 1 min gångväg därifrån. Frukosten var kanon som man höll sig på hela dagen. Trevlig personal som kunde engelska. Uttagsautomat alldeles utanför.Blev man sugen på en kaffe fanns Starbuck alldeles utanför.

Nu har precis jag bott på Jianguo Hotel för femte gången. Passar mig perfekt för sightseeing mm med kompisar. Ligger precis vid tunnelbanestation Yonganli som bara är några stationer från Förbjudna Staden. Bra hjälp av de hjälpsamma männen som fixar taxi utanför hotellet. Bankomat precis utanför ingången. "Umådeligt behageligt hotel, god placering"
Umådeligt behageligt hotel, velfungerende værelser med et anstrøg af luksus, overdådigt morgenbuffet, meget behagelig lobby, som også fungerer som cafe og mødested for korte møder med levende musik de fleste aftener. Mange værelser med egen lille balkon eller udgang til egen patio, der vender fredfyldt mod hotellets interne have med et vandløb. Ligger […] indenfor 5 min gåafstand fra 'Silkemarked', Beijings nok mest besøgte handelssted, og endnu kortere til Metrostationen. Behagelig og hjælpsom betjening. Kan varmt anbefales til forretningsrejsen og ferien. Selv bor jeg her for fjerde år i træk i oktober md og vil gerne komme igen. Jag har bott på Jianguo Hotel flera gånger och alltid varit nöjd. Läget är perfekt, nära bra restauranger och Ritan-parken (och Silk Market) samt bara några tunnelbanestationer från Förbjudna Staden. Dette hotellet kan anbefales på det varmeste. Men igjen, så vil det være forskjell på romtypene. Vi hadde ett business dobbeltrom , og da var frokost inkl, samt to timer med gratis drikke, og småretter i en såkalt lounge.
