Nous sommes arrivés un vendredi soir, nous avons attendu 30 min pour l'enregistrement, pour se garer il fallait encore de la patience car pas assez de places pour le nombre de clients !! Et le soir venu (21h passé) une équipe de sport , client de l'hotel s'amusait à communiquer en criant dans les couloirs qui donne sur tous les étages (voir photos) ça a duré un certain temps ... Le jour suivant c'était un peu le même genre sauf que là c'était une fête pour enfants qui a duré jusqu'à 00h, la musique à fond dans l'hotel! Cet hotel immense, luxeux ne m'a pas conquise du tout. L'eau de la piscine était trouble :( Le restaurant de l'hotel ferme à 21h. Je ne le recommande pas!!

Plutôt bon rapport qualité prix. Simple mais bien. Belle piscine.

"Stay away from the Days Inn Holyoke!"
Well, where do I begin? The site says there was a pool, wrong! There may have been one in the past but not anymore. The rooms were hidieous. The shower leaked all over the floor which would explain why the bathroom would not shut all the way, it had been waterlogged for a long time. Continental breakfast, not sure what continent it was from or how long […] it was there but the coffee was terrible, and the donuts were stale. Hallways smelled nasty too. I saw the cleaning crew sparying some Lysol or something, didn't help! Front desk does not answer the phone you have to go outside and walk around to get to the front desk to find there is not anyone there. Maybe they are getting the breakfast from far far away. If you are looking for cheap this is it, and you get what you pay for! Lisez la suite

This hotel did not deserve the 2 star that was shown on hotels.com. It was a hair above flea bag.
"No late check out for Marathon"
The hotel was decent, the LOBBY has been remodeled, the rooms NOT SO MUCH! Keep in mind this is a SMALL town with MANY hotels and we were there for a marathon. THEY refused to give us a late check out, not even to 1pm! I am quite certain MOST of their business that night was from runners, and they missed the marketing boat by NOT accommodating a small […] request (how many people really come in SUNDAY at 3pm? The room was very unclean and had a hole in the wall. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!1
"Nothing fancy, just good basic lodging"
The hotel is very convenient to I-91 and major streets but is quiet because of its setback and hillside location. An odd layout with two hotel buildings and a small separate office structure. The only real problem was insufficient seating for the size of the crowd in the breakfast room.

"Tub that would not drain"
Room was dirty; bathroom had no hair dryer (though the mount was still on the wall). There were 3 of us, but only 2 bath towels - and they charged extra for the 3rd person! Worst of all was that the tub would not drain. Not at all. By the 3 rd shower, it was truly disgusting.

This is a lower level hotel. Access to the hotel rooms was somewhat inconvenient due to a very hilly sloping site. The corridor had a worn look and had a stong unpleasant odor. The rooms are worn and need refurbishing. The room heating/airconditioning unit was a thru-wall unit 2 ft from the bed resulting in intorable fan noise and draft. It was necessary […] to turn the unit off while sleeping. The complimentary continental breakfast was poor and so badly presented that we chose to eat out. Only book here if it is the only option. "Right off the highway"
Was able to check-in early but the room was not ready as stated. Waited for the maid to clean about 5-10mins. A little noisy at night with people coming in and out of hotel rooms and doors slamming. Overall not bad for the price though.
