By the look of the picture for the Super 8, it look like it was a high class Motel. Overall it was clean. The staff was pleasant. The room was also clean. Unfortunately the air conditioner did not work so well and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The water on the other hand warmed up very quickly and there was no shortage of hot water. The hotel itself was good, however we had to drive around to find a cafe. There was an Olive Garden a few blocks away, but that was not what we were looking for. Would stay at this hotel in the future.

Was good we just needed to sleep n shower..small room but was nice...print desk helpful..clean room, air con worked great...

When you say basic that is exactly what it is. I would not only never stay there again, but I will never stay in another Super 8.

Run and run fast!! This place is HORRIBLE!! The neghborhood is ghetto and scary. The staff are unclean and creepy. The place is rundown and filthy and smells like filth and old perfume. The walls are paperthin and the "staff" complain loudly if you so much as sneeze after 9pm. Do not worry about sleeping too late, the "staff", who dress in thier pajamas, […] will wake you up with loud and obnoxious conversation around 5am. My kids said it best when they described the place as "the scariest nursing home EVER!!!". Lisez la suite

The hotel's quality was poor and looks very old. Very basic breakfast. Just think about coffee. However, the staff were so nice and of course, the hotel rate is not too high.

It was clean and in fairly good condition. Shows a little wear and tear, a couple of small items looked like they needed maintenance. The bed was ok but I thought the furniture in the room was uncomfortable. I would still stay there again.

Even though I only spent one night at this hotel, I was pleased to come across one very friendly employee. Jerry the night clerk was very kind and polite.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and the room need some maintenence work in the bathroom.

I had to use the phone to call the front desk to get the clerk out of the laundry room. He cut me off in mid-sentence during check in. I requested a room close to the elevator, and got one all the way down the hall. The room was cramped with a tiny bathroom, sink outside the doorway. The coffee at the continental breakfast was extremely weak.

The only problem I had was there were alot of little tiny ants that would appear randomly.

We like Super8 because of the low price. It isn't fancy, but is a good place to sleep. We also like that it is one of the few places we can get rooms with 3 double beds. And that's what we need for our large family on the road.

This hotel is very dog friendly. There wasn't any loud barking the whole night which was a plus. The only bad thing about the room was that the beds were terribly hard. It was one night we didn't need anything fancy.

Person at the front desk very friendly and helpful. Floors not too clean in the room or halls, no frills like shampoo or soap. Did have a fitness room with a few machines which was nice. We had a great time when we stayed at this hotel. The service was great and you can't go wrong with a free breakfast every morning. Thank you guys.

Beds were hard, hair dryer did not work, alarm clock was broken, and breakfast selection was poor. Staff was courteous but failed to keep promises.

Tinker, the manager, takes exceptional care of the guests. The hotel in general needs a LOT of maintenance though. Its not so much the hotel, but the manager and her crew's exceptional service makes it a great stay. I have stayed here before, and am going back again, if I need to stay any where in the 200 mile vicinity!

The customer Service was exceptional. Stayed there for two nights, and drove an hour more just to get there on the way back. The manager, Tinker, deserves all the credit. She took care of everything, and was very helpful. If not for her exceptional service and friendly nature, there's no point in staying in that hotel. Needs maintenance. Guys nice hotel but please what's up with those Mattress hard as a rock! Also made arrangrmets with our dog was told price included pet however Charged another 8.00

The room is clean and quiet. And they require good equipment. The free breakfast is also fine and various. There is a cheap gas station close to the motel.

For being a hotel the beds where alright. The price was right and we liked that they allowed pets for a not to expensive price. The rates we paid for the room where alright. I would recommend staying at the location.

The hotel itself was an excellent value, and very comfortable. The check-in staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. If you are coming from the west, be sure and get good directions to the hotel, however, as some GPS and mapping programs (including Microsoft Streets & Trips 2010) will show it located on the part of Paisano St. south of I-40, when […] in fact it is just off the Juan Tabo Blvd. exit on the NORTH side of I-40. The front clerk lady was a little moody the room was perfect for what we needed however the beds were really hard. So If you dont mind a hard bed then this place will work

It's right by the freeway near main street with tons of stores and all kind of food and restaurant.

Stayed two nights on a business trip. It was perfect. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. Service was outstanding.

The lady at the desk had such a strong accent we could barely communicate with each other. Our room was on the second floor, all of the hallways were dirty with popcorn and other items spilled everywhere. In our room the bed was extremely firm, the air conditioner cover was busted up, the flooring in the bathroom was pealing up, and the walls in both […] the bathroom and bedroom where scraped up and in need of painting. Hotel is showing it's age. Window AC unit in room was screaming loud. certainly didn't lend to a peaceful nights sleep. Not the worst, but definitely not the best.

it was out of the way and along I40, no frig in room, no TV remote, not convenient to any places to eat besides a drive thru, there was a Ross but being a NM resident I would not choose this motel again or recommend it-breakfast I would pass on and opt for a frig instead, smallest ice bucket I ever saw-not inviting at all

Hotel is not where your directions show or gps. Luckily its across the highway so you could see it from the location. Apart from that the hotel was inexpensive, staff was courtious, hotel was clean and in a safe area. Was perfect for our needs.

This was the perfect location off the I-40 which is what we needed. The staff was wonderful and the continental breakfast was a plus...the make your own fresh Belgian waffles was a hit with the kids. A great place for a stop to sleep while traveling.
