Service parfait, check in rapide.Chambre assez grande avec pour la notre une belle vue sur l' observatoire et les collines d' HOLLYWOOD.Bien insonorisé.Ménage fait très correctement.Seul bémol, wifi payant et voiturier hors de prix sachant qu'il gare les voitures au parking public à 10 mètres de l' hotel.

Plus motel qu'hotel, mais c'est un détail. Les chambres ne sont pas immenses mais c'est largement suffisant. C'est bruyant, c'est vrai, proximité caserne pompiers. Environnement OK, oui il y a des SDF, mais comme partout dans le monde, je ne vois pas le problème. Personne ne vous embêtera. Parking gratuit, c'est un plus à LA. Comptez 1 heure en voiture depuis LAX si vous avez le GPS, sinon... bon courage! bref, je recommande pour ce tarif. N'hésitez pas.

hotel situé à 10 minutes des principaux points de la ville (panneau hollywood, walk of fame, universal studio....) petit dejeuner sympa, cadre agréable. le quartier n'est pas craignos et c'est propre.

Santa Clarita se trouve dans la vallée de San Fernando, à environ 30 minutes au nord du centre de Los Angeles. "well worth the money"

Folks were nice, and efficient, but the room was basic, and very thin walls.I could hear a couple in the next room at 3 AM. Also trouble finding the master switch near the door entry that controlled most of the table lights which wouldn't go on without that switch flipped "on" which it wasn't. "Well kept older hotel"
Super 8 Santa Clarita is an older hotel but well maintained. The staff were friendly, the beds were great and I really enjoyed their coffee machine. The locations was a little far out but nice and quiet. There are stores near by and it is not far off the highway.The only issue is the parking. overall, it was a good stay. The hotel is nice for the price. We were satisfied. Now the bad! We were gone all day Saturday and came back tired at about 3:30 pm. The room had not been serviced!! "Won't stay again."
I made this reservation for my husband, he got checked in at the desk but did not go to his room at that point due to him having to be elsewhere to help get things ready for a wedding that he was going to the following day. When he did go to his room late that night the first thing he notice was a sign on the door "No smoking", which I had reserved […] a Smoking Room. He then went to put some stuff into the refridgerator and opened the door and it was full of stuff that someone had left in it. He went down do the desk, had to ring a bellon the door and the lady came out and yelled back to him "no rooms and went back to the room she came out of and shut the door, he rang the bell again and she came back out and started telling him again no room, he show her his key and she finally opened the door and he informed her that the refridgerator has stuff in it and no smoking, the lady was very rude and told him there was nothing she could do. My husband asked about smoking and she told him to go ahead and smoke in there and gave him an ashtray. My husband at this point was not looking forward to sleeping in the bed not knowing if in fact the bed was changed or just made up. The next day he got up, went to his friends to shower and get ready for the wedding. It is a shame that when you stay at a hotel and you dont even want to shower in it. They only thing positive to say is that it was standing and close to Magic Mountain. Checked in Friday night to find a homless man loitering in the lobby drinking coffee. Imagine the smell. Mattress on one bed was black with filth and stains, had kid sleep with us on one bed. Bathroom very disgusting, take your shower shoes. Continental breakfast, barely! […] If you have large vehicle, only parking on the street. The only reason we stayed was because everything in the vacinity was already booked for the holiday weekend. I stayed in this hotel for a week and, with the exception of the first night, the room was completely satisfactory. It was roomy, well-cleaned, and comfortable. That first night I had a room that had been smoked in repeatedly and the hotel staff was unable to get me another room until the second day. "Served our purpose"
Me my husband and our two teenage sons stayed here for our trip to Magic Mountain. We didn't want to spend much money since we were basically just using the room to sleep in. Service was fine and it was clean. We missed breakfast the first morning because they put the food away at 9:00a.m. We would stay here again if for the same reasons but probably […] not if we were planning on spending more time in room. They say that you must have room service every two days and that its a requirement. When they cleaned my room they broke a $60 bottle of cologne and only gave my $20 back. Saying "it was half full", when I bought it just before I went on my trip and it was almost full. "Close to our daughters"
The only thing I didn't like was the fact the cleaning lady wanted to clean coffee area at breakfast time (for us was between 8:30 and 9) and couldn't get at the coffee - the weather was on chilli side so couldn't use the jacuzzi But over all will stay there again and recommend to any of our family who might go and visit them! hallways have a smoky and musty smell. Our room had a pungent odor. We checked the bedding and found it be the most dingy looking “white” sheets that were dirty. They were so bad that we took a trip to the local Wal-Mart and bought a set of sheets to place over the bed. "Not such a "Super" 8"
This motel is outdated and in need of updates and repairs. The halls smelled of smoke and the room just smelled in general. The pillows were paper thin and the bathroom had been patched several times and seemed to have only been surface cleaned. If it weren't for the fact that it was close to where I needed to be I probably would have gone somewhere […] else. I planned to stay at this hotel to save a little cash so we could spend more at Six flags. We had 6 people staying in the room and they called us at 12:30 am to say that we had to pay $40 more because of the extra people. They also locked us out of our room the next day. When I offered to pay the extra person charge when we got our keys fixed the front […] desk attendant said she had already balanced her drawer and would rather we paid int he morning. The breakfast was pathetic, consisted of bread and cereal. and there was no place to eat said breakfast. So the money I saved I had to pay in extra person charges, I would have enjoyed staying at a much nicer place for the up charge we had to pay. When reading the information on this hotel, it sounded as if it was down the street from Magic Mountain, which is located right off of Interstate 5 Freeway, on Magic Mountain Parkway. This hotel is very far, at least 8 miles away from the I-5. It was very aggravating to travel nearly 20 minutes from the highway, even though it purported to be "minutes […] away". The management service SUCKED, but the cleaning crew ROCKED. The ladies were friendly and when they saw I had 2 small children they gave me extra towels and soap without asking if I needed them. I told the him that it's just my 2 and 5year old and myself and that is why I wanted it in the room. I shouldn't of had to plead my case he should have just fixed the problem. Anyway I didn't get the microwave until the next morning which was the day before we checked out. It's a cool place to spend the night and it has a pool and jacuzzi which was a plus for the kids and myself. I wish the cleaning crew ran this palace because they would turn that motel into a 5 STAR based on their customer service alone. This hotel is clean, it has a bed, air conditioning, working bath and hot water. Pillows are flat and the bed is hard. The toilet was constantly running, but wasn't a big deal. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. We stayed 5 nights and the sheets were never changed, however. I expected them to be changed at least once. Breakfast area is lacking so we ate in the room, but consisted of cereal, toast juice, rolls coffee. One problem, was missing and ereader cable when I got home that never left the suitcase.
