Il s'agit d'un hôtel appartement généralement loué à la semaine dans une rue quasi piétonnière de la plage. La chambre, un peu petite, comporte des éléments pour cuisiner. Petite salle de bains. Accueil charmant. Parking gratuit.

Hôtel très agréable, une grande chambre avec tout le confort, personnel très gentil mais ne parlant pas un mot de français c'est très regrettable.

Si le nord de Fort Lauderdale est principalement résidentiel, de nombreux visiteurs s'y rendent pour faire du surf sur les plages de Pompano et Deerfield. Si vous voulez séjournez dans cet hôtel, soyez conscient que ce n'est pas le plus beau des hôtels, par contre, vous êtes à proximité des activités que soit à Fort Lauderdale ou Boca Raton. We had an ok stay. We were a bit hesitant after reading other reviews but as it turns out it wasn't bad at all. Would stay there again. We stayed here for UMF and it was just. OK. The rooms are old, the neighborhood sucks, the staff is horrible... this is true. It was a convenient place to stay. Federal Highway leads to everything I wanted. It's also close to relatives. The staff made up for the physical plant. I wouldn't expect meal service from a budget-priced motel. I've stayed with them 3 times; this was the best.Avis véridique Hotels.com

The bed was very hard. Felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. Bring your own pillow you will need it. Could not get them to clean the room. No elevator to use. Did not feel welcome. We had reservation for three nights with Hotels.com and could not get out of the reservation with out being penalized for one night stay. The hotel itself is not an issue, but the front desk employees were not overall very cooperative. We are a construction co. and sent our field employees there for road work in Boca Raton. Even though the hotel was paid for, they required a credit card to hold for incidentals, which is normal, but one employee in particular gave me a hard time with it. "Never again"
First impressions not good. Cars are parked at the side of the hotel so all baggage has to be dragged to the front. Lobby looks dirty and carpets looked like they hadn't bee cleaned in a long time. Evening receptionist surly and scruffy. Not a please or thank you uttered. If I hadn't already prepaid I would have turned round and gone elsewhere. No elevator […] so hauled suitcases up a flight of stairs. Had a king sized bed in a quite small room. Mattress was comfortable but only two small pillows supplied. Carpet tatty. Staff was helpful. Room not bad for older, less expensive facility. First room was not acceptable (some sort of odor) but desk clerk very accommodating in switching rooms. Breakfast room was clean and offered several choices. Rooms were excellent in no noise from outside, hall or other guest rooms. Hotel from outside doesn't look great, but inside was clean and comfortable. I needed extra pillows and an extension cord which were given to me. The breakfast was a continental breakfast, toast, cereal, cinnamon buns, toastable waffles, fruit. For the price of the room it was what to be expected. "WOULDN'T RECOMMEND FOR MY NEIGHBOR'S ANNOYING DOG"
The linen in the bathroom was so disgusting, I grabbed the hotel maid and asked her to remove it. There was a dirty towel in there that looked liked it was all bloody. I went to Walmart and bought my own towels. There were holes in the sheets and they were off white. Not sure if there was blood or coffee splattered on the bed skirt. The hotel really […] needs to get new sheets. They looked like they were 20 years old. The bar next door made noise till the wee hours of the morning. The area was scary and hotel locks the door at night and you have to bang on door to wake up clerk to let you in, because even they dont want people from street coming in. It was not worth the money at all. I was better off sleeping in my car. That was another problem: walking from parking lot to the hotel at night was scary and pool was a disgrace. Not even chairs outside for you to sit on. I wouldn't even put my feet in it if there were chairs. Also, instead of having one floor for smoking and one for non smoking, they had smoking rooms at the beginning o the hall so the whole hall smelled like an ashtray. There is free breakfast if that's what they call it ... They ran out of cups, milk, cream, coffee was watered down. No fresh fruit either... If you call breakfast water then that was nice... When we arrived it we were tired we drove from New Jersey. The carpet needs cleaning in the room. The clerk name Ms. Patricia was very rude upon our departure. Ms.Angie our maid was awesome, they all were nice as far as the maids. They made me feel like I was at home. The parking lot was filthy someone finally cleaned it today we were there from 19-28. I've read other reports on here that made me leery of this place, but my experience was nothing like theirs. I think that, for that price, people shouldn't expect the Ritz. I was pleased with the room. It had been recently remodeled and everything was fine except for the tub/shower which should have been replaced rather than patched. The neighborhood was somewhat intimidating but I was assured that security was tight and the police patrolled reguarlly.
