Personnel accueillant. Avons pu loger confortablement à 4 (2 adultes+2enfants) dans une chambre ce qui offre un bon rapport qualité/prix pour les familles. Le buffet petit déjeuner est remarquable, même s'il n'est pas compris avec la chambre et que son prix est relativement élevé.

Had never been to Mexico City so used hotels.com to search. They were helpful and the hotel was modern and had 3 restaurants, one on the rooftop. Lobby is gorgeous, staff attentive, room service in a flash. We got to The Cure concert on time.

Great, great experience. The staff is very helpful, the hotel is beautiful and well maintained, at a good location. The gym and pool were also great. The only two problems were: breakfast not included & PAID internet. Aside from that, it was basically perfect.

The Hilton Reforma in Mexico City is a well situated hotel, which profits mostly from its name and location. It is a walking distance to the main square Zocalo and many of the historical sights in downtown Mexico City. The hotel is geared toward the business crowd and flight crews from various countries. Therefore, do not expect too much information […] for tourists. However, there are few things, which need to be improved to carry on the reputation of Hilton hotels. The distribution of amenities, particularly soap/shower gel is very poor. After few days without getting any we had to ask for it at the reception desk. The maid service is inconsistent and you will find dust bunnies under the bed as well as missing shower towel, not emptied trash bin in bathroom...etc. The walls are paper thin so if you happen to have a room close to the elevators, you will hear all the conversations and ringing of the elevators. The offered Internet connetion for $14US per day is not reasonable and going to Starbucks cafe next door proves to be a much more sensible choice. Lisez la suite

The hotel is in a great location in Centro Historico - Walking distance to all the national monuments and museums, the zocalo(main square), lots of shopping and authentic little bars & restaurants! Location aside, the hotel is beautiful with a great gym, a lovely terrace restaurant, great food and drinks. The only negative remark I'd have to make […] was with regards to the housekeeping. Our beds were never made till the late evening and we were once left with 2 bottles of conditioner and no soap. My stayed was already paid at time of cheking in, but due to staff being lazy and ill inform I was charged for a second time. It was obvious they have no interests to look ito my folder. Excellent location, the room ok the staff helpful, etc. The only thing that I did not like was when at 9am on a sunday morning someone came at my door and knocked, they said they needed to check the bar (refrigerator) to see if I consumed something before my checkout. I was really angry.

All in all very good. My second time at the hotel and won't be the last one. Avoid using the cabs provided by the hotel: extremely expensive and 10% extra when charged to your room. Also all try to rip you off... Last negative thing: internet not included...

The only down side about the hotel is that it doesn't provide free wi-fi in the bedroom. You would think that for a hilton hotel it would be standard. We also found the concierge less than usefull and nearly missed our flight due to the lack of them being able to call a taxi for us. The location is great!!!

It wasn't bad- it was a Hilton so everything was "nice"- tidy, clean etc. The room and restuarants were average to nice. The downside/ the thing that probably tainted a nice hotel was the staff: I've never felt more awkward or like I was an inconveniences. Check-in staff were condescending/apathetic/flat-out rude and we actually didn't get a room […] (an not even the room ordered) until 5pm. Great Hilton hotel, right in the heart of downtown Mexico City. Really buzzing with life and a great atmosphere. Staff were so friendly and attentative. Within a short distance to Zocalo and other downtown attractions, would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

I had many problems in my room, water leaking everywhere, heater NOT working and a LOUD noise every 5 mins coming from the hallway. after going to reception 2 days in a row, I was assured they would switch my room. my wife called to get us moved to another room and instead, she was told our problems would be fixed but the room could not be changed and […] there was no note. This Hotel is close to everything that you need to sight seen in such a short period of time, I spend a weekend, and I walked to the cathedral, Museam of Tolerance, Natioanl Palace, Bellas Artes Palace. And the food is excellent, i didnt eat around the area, cause feels like I didnt have enough of the food at the hotel.
