Was ok as a stopover. We had not realised the extent of the village or the distances between reception and units so were a little disconcerted by the concept, but everyone was very nice, helpful and tried to make it a good experience. The information on hotels.com failed to mention that your room could be miles from the central location. I was traveling to town for a conference and this made it very difficult to get to the other location as I had to get up and drive each day.

We enjoyed the stay, but would have appreciated better tv service. Our family members had modern flat screens in both their rooms and my family had rooms with very old televisions! Please update! We lived in Heron 2 . The service was great front desk staff were very friendly! Amanda did a wonderful job checking in my 4 rooms!

The staff were first class. The room was a little out dated and had trouble watching the television as it kept getting snowy pictures and the televisons were out dated. However they did replace it with a flat screen. The interior is a little old but was clean. I enjoyed my stay would stay there again.

Rooms were great. They pushed hard for us to attend a breakfast for time-share, but we didn't go. The room had everything we needed, and very clean. We were 2 families in a 2 bedroom, layout was ideal for us.

The Hotel was ok but they took a precciate and necessary time of my life (5 Hours) to sell me a resort (thing that I didn't want) , practically the kidnapped me and my family (because they pick you up in a car and you don't have possibility to run away from them), I said NO NO NO NO NO around thousand of times, and they insist over and over again. This hotel was not clean.. There was mold on the lamp shade and in the bathroom.. The electric cord on the blow dryer appeard to have caught on fire at some point.. The refrigerator was leaning.. The 1970s are calling, they'd like their style back. We ended up with this place only because of the mixup with our booking in the Sunrise, Florida area. Check in was ridiculously long for 11 PM. It took them forever to actually find our booking from hotels.com. And then at check-in, you are given this list of fees for an unnecessarily dirty room, […] another fee for this another fee for that etc. etc. etc. Oh, and a 10 AM checkout time. Talk about unwelcoming and unfriendly. Why would anyone want to stay in this dump? Did I mention that our showers has no hot water? We wasted over $150 on this place for a quick ten-hour stay. Very friendly staff and fast check in process. The location is good in a very nice area. The rooms are big and spacious, big kitchen and Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom but it needs renovations. The TV's in the bedrooms are too old and small, outdated furniture and terrible mattresses.

I was not aware this hotel was a timeshare. I don't think it should be listed under hotels if it is a timeshare or at least it should be made known. There is no restauraunt on site and probably because it was a timeshare but is lacking. There was an incidental charge of $100.00 that was charged to our credit card at time of booking and was told it would […] be refunded at the time of checkout. Three days later it is still showing as a charge. After speaking with a hotel clerk I was informed they hold this for 10 days! no one ever disclosed that at the time of check in. Very sneaky and unheard of. I had to track down a manager to get it released and then I was provided with a release from the hotel that I must present to my bank to get the funds released? We stayed in Heron 1 at the older Bonaventure and Ospey at Weston (near check-in). We had A&B rooms, good for 2 adults + 2 teenagers. They made us pay a resort fee of ~$25 at checked in, but no timeshare spiel. Bonaventure: Older larger rooms with less upscale furnishings & larger balcony. A&B had connecting doors. Had an inventory page for A & B. (Ashtray […] & bathmat were missing; don't know if we would have been charged.) Shower had a tiled bench & 2 shower heads on opposite walls; both come on (nice) but stained grouting/caulking. A door separated toilet from rest of bathroom (A). Bathrooms recently painted, but didn't spackle dents, etc, just painted over them. I kept hearing moving furniture sounds above the A bedroom at all hours-maybe sliding patio door. B bath lock broken. Weston: Closer to the main pool, newer & more resort upscale feeling, but smaller and with no connecting doors (& no inventory). Had single shower head, smaller shower, toilet in bath room, & better noise reduction-didn't hear anything. B frig leaking. Both Bon & Wes: Rooms had comparable amenities and were clean. Beach towels and bedding for couch hide-a-bed were in the closet. Rm A had large jetted tub (didn't use), large bathrooms, and table & 4 chairs on the balcony. Outside area is well kept up, housekeeping 2X/week, comfortable beds (soft, but firm). Lisez la suite

We were unhappy with our view in the first room. They allowed us to see 2 others till we found an amazing one. They did not make us feel bad for it. Everyone was incredibly firendly and helpful. Beautiful pool. relaxing.. The only draw back is that it is close to highways and not on the beach. with some of the buildings surronded by parking lots which, […] when you are in those areas, makes you feel less than resort like. there are not extensive grounds with the resort like feeling, but by the pool you very much feel like you are in resort setting. Suggest only that the hotel turn-off or turn down the music at its pool as not everyone likes the selections chosen and some want quiet and serenity to relax. It took forever to check in almost an hour they fired to get me to win money for going to breakfast and lunch. I honestly just wanted to go to my room. They have different campuses and it took me at least 30 minutes to find where I stayed. My room card didn't work thankfully they had security open it for me. Very friendly staff. Outdoor facilities were nice, especially the main pool. The rooms were dated, with old fixtures and old televisions. Locks on both sliding glass doors in our suite were broken. WiFi costs $10/day.

I choose this hotel/villa because was having surgery at cleveland clinic on dec 18th. Cleveland clinic is 1.5miles away from the hotel/villa but its hard to get a shuttle bus from the hotel/villa. The hotel/villa is not patient friendly because the room was about 1 mile away from the main office and had to wait for one shuttle bus. I couldnt believe […] it was just one shuttle bus for the entire villa. The staff was not accommodating for cleveland clinic patients and the room had hair in the bed, bath clothes and on the bathroom floors. I had a terrible stay and would not be booking to stay again. When you check-in beware they would trick people in thinking that $20.00 for a dinner for two at the welcome center and in truth their trying to sell timeshare. Had to stay there for a week while our home was being repaired. The suite had all the necessary amenities and it was very comfortable. We cooked in the room, ordered room service and were able to access all local needs. The wi-fi could work a bit better, but it was usable. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean. The hotel is rated as a 5 crown resort but in my view fails to live up to what I would expect from this designation. The apartments are clean and well looked after but in many aspects are quite tired, for example the dish washer had a problem, the provided kettle had a hole in it and the advertised internet connection did not work (they say they had […] a problem in the block I was in but could give no time for it to be repaired and did not seem interested in the problem). Bathroom fittings and kitchen are well used. I have stayed here several times and would stay again, as in general they do provide good value, though by some standards the furnishings are quite basic. Get an A unit if you can (Deluxe Suite) which has a full kitchen and balcony, the B units which are a bit cheaper do not have a full kitchen, are smaller and have no jacuzzi or balcony.They are marketed under different names and you can never be sure which block you are getting, some are better than others. The time has come for these apartments to be given a makeover if they really wish to maintain a 5 crown standard. Finally be prepared to be pestered to attend thier sales presentations, they use the parking permit to try and get you attend at check in. Attend if you wish, be prepared to give up the best part of a day, once they have you it is very difficult to get out, though when I did it i did get a free breakfast and $100, but the time shares were overpriced.
