More than I expected, guest receptionist were very nice and helpful. Indoor pool that I enjoyed and close to my son's graduation. Room very nice and clean with comfortable bed.

My Family needed a room in Saratoga Springs for the night of our son's school play. The location and accommodatios worked out very well. The pool was nice as was the breakfast in the morning and the cookies the night before. Good stay!

It was fine. The only major complaint was that the exercise room is tiny and only one treadmill was operational. The breakfast was exceptional!

While the hotel in general was very good, the hotel booked multiple rooms on the second floor, (same floor as us) to a youth hockey group. Imagine the energy of the young running past your room door till past midnight! No good reason for the hotel not to be aware of this as they booked the rooms. Next time, I'll insist on knowing if there are groups […] in the hotel before checking in. We were not offered any compensation for the trouble, and I feel managers should extend themselves when clients pay the expected room rates. Loved the hotel, amenities, breakfast - all great. But had a small dog in room next to us on the second floor which started making noises between 2:30 and 3:00 AM and effectively kept us from getting much sleep the rest of the night. Not the hotel's fault per se but ruined what would have been a very satisfying experience.

I had a good experience and would recommend this Comfort Inn. It was clean, and they served a decent breakfast. Comfortable rooms, though the forced heat was a bit drying. I found it a little noisy at times, with kids running up and down the hallway, and I could hear voices outside, but only momentarily. I will definitely plan to return.

The room was too cold and I had a hard time trying to shut off the air conditioner. The temperature outside was 28 degrees, so we did not need the air conditioner. It was a very convenient location and I would stay there again.I did know the neighborhood and liked the location. The room was clean and neat and the hotel staff was very considerate.

Fine hotel, nothing spectacular. Good location. Pretty good breakfast buffet. Shuttle to and from the Racino was a little haphazard, but we worked it out. I used a Welcome Reward credit towards one night's stay, otherwise i thought the price for one night was way too expensive for the quality of the property and service. Exceeded expectations!! My wife and I are both in the hospitality business and we felt the quality was exceptional for this property. Not "luxurious" but was very impressed with what we got for our money. They had everything you could want or need and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We'd stay here again!

This hotel had one of the best free breakfasts we've ever had, and the staff was extremely friendly and very welcoming. We also took advantage of the free shuttle this hotel offered to get us around Saratog Springs, a very definite plus for us. We will definitely put this on our list for a return stay.

The Facility was nice, the room wonderful but the employee who checked us in was not familiar with the Hotels.com protocol and delayed our check in by 45 minutes plus he charged us yet again for the reservation. Ultimately, it was resolved but it wasn't a comfortable experience.

The heat in the room did not work; staff was great and moved us next door and brought up basket of treats. Drain in bathtub did not work and two treadmills in gym did not work. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. The free breakfast was very good. Great for the one night we were in Saratoga Springs.

Neat and clean and close to area restaurants and attractions. TV seems to have all the channels as we were even able to watch the Yankee game from Seattle' A full breakfast was included which was not only good but so convenient.

We enjoyed our overnight but something needs to be done about the fan blowing below the curtains. When we had the fan/ air on, the curtains blew all over the place and let in the early morning light. For a great deal at the height of summer season, we got to swim, make waffles, take a hot bath, and have a good sleep. More than nice enough for a family with a bunch of little kids.
