j'ai été deçu par l'etat de la chambre (moquette dechirée ..) pas de frigo et pas de clim on a eu très chaud puisqu'il faisait 29 degré..trop simple pour un 4 étoiles

Vraiment, j'ai été très satisfaite de cet hôtel. Chambre spacieuse, grande salle de bain, lit moelleux, propreté irréprochable, coin salon, tv, Wifi, balcon, calme malgré la proximité de l'aéroport, Parking à disposition, personnel agréable, et pour ne rien gâcher un restaurant dans l'hôtel où les plats que nous avons commandés étaient succulents. I stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting a trade fair in nearby Frankfurt. The hotel is someway from the Neu Isenburg train station but there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel which takes you to the train station. It is quick and convenient and you can buy a ticket straight through to the final destination in Frankfurt. The train lines take you […] directly to the stop for the Messe Trade Fair and also pass through Frankfurt main station so it is very convenient for whatever you are doing. I was very pleased with the quality of the hotel. My room was spacious and very comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities and satellite tv (which had BBC1 and 2). It was also kept clean and tidy, and being on the 20th floor I had great views of the Frankfurt skyline from the balcony. I've stayed in Frankfurt itself on a number of other occasions in the past, and have stayed in some right dumps and paid a lot more for the privelege, so I found the Isabella a welcome change. I had breakfast on one occasion. It was buffet style and whilst the choice was good I felt it was rather overpriced. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel and thought it offered excellent value for money. If you're attending a trade fair in Frankfurt and don't mind a 45 min journey to get there I would heartily recommend it. Otherwise if you're wanting to visit Frankfurt and are on a budget it would also be a good choice. Lisez la suite

Once they found our reservation it was pleasant.

We were made to wait 20 minutes at reception, without any acknowledgement, while the receptionist was on the phone. Otherwise, a very nice experience of Frankfurt and the hotel

The free internet was good but I think I would give that up because of the expensive each way cost of the hotel shuttle.

The hotel is an older type hotel with rooms that are very large (average 40 sq meters), most rooms have large accessible balconies. with good viewing in all directions. The rooms are sparsely decorated with rather old (going direction worn-out) boxspring beds, no refrigerator or minibar (in all fairness I had the cheapest possible economy option). The […] interior design is reminiscent of the 60's and needs some renovation. The walls are not too well insulated so neigboring guest noises were audible every evening and morning. The bathrooms are good, with good lighting and hairdryer, and have been modernised. The fitness room is in the basement without windows and is equipped to an average-good standard with sauna. An absolute highlight is the bar/restaurant on the 19th floor which has a spectular view of almost 360 degrees (180 degree views in both directions), and is also worth a visit even if not a hotel guest. My option did not include breakfast so no rating. The hotel has a near-perfect location in the middle of neu-isenburg. Right behind the hotel is a large shopping center with a big supermarket and restaurants with a dry-cleaner just around the corner. The town has plenty of restaurants with different styled foods and all are within 15min walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is situated about 20 minutes from Franfurt Airport, depending on traffic. The hotel has a shuttle bus but this bus needs to be ordered 24 hours in advance - (no information about this was published on the hotel website!) this was not communicated to me when I called the hotel one day in advance to ask if the had a shuttle service so I spent 20 minutes walking around the airport looking for it, and ended up taking a taxi. I booked a shuttle bus to the airport for my return trip. I waited 20 minutes and after asking the reception was surprised to discover that my bus had been cancelled without any indication why and by whom. We liked this hotel and have stayed in it several times in the past. The location is very convenient to the airport and to the Neu Isenburg mall. One morning we left the room late and were surprised to find it was not cleaned up upon our return in the late afternoon. No one mentioned a sign we were supposed to hang on the door. When we called about […] cleaning the room, we were told that there was no maid service at that time of day, but we could come get some clean towels at the desk if we wished and clean cups at the restaurant. The Hotel is great for an overnight stay. The bar was good as well.

We booked this hotel last minute. We needed to stay somewhat close to the airport. It was perfect for us! There's a mall downstairs, a lot of authentic shops and restaurants close by. Ride to airport was only 25 euros, with a limo service. We're very happy overall.

Good location and access to central Frankfurt AM and airport. Good utility on a budget. Great room size for price!

Booked in fine, room large and clean but that's the best bit. Room had no bedside lamps or lampshades over light fitting. Lots of noise from other guests until early hours. No air con and was incredibly hot, cleaners left all lights on during day and left curtains open. Will not stay here again.

Dieses Hotel ist für eine Übernachtung im Notfall ganz OK, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aber der Zustand der Zimmer und die Sauberkeit liessen etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Ein völlig in die Jahre gekommener Plattenbau mit über 20 Stockwerken. Angeblich ist Neu Isenburg ja der Speckgürtel von Frankfurt, nur das hotel liegt eher in einem Problemviertel! Unser Zimmer war eine wirkliche Katastrophe! selbst die Touri Hotels in Spanien sind dagegen vernünftig! Das Mobiliar stammt aus den 70 er Jahren ( mit Kord am Bett !!! […] ), inkl. einem Tisch der völlig aufgequollen von Wasserflecken war. Die Tapeten ( weisse Rauhfaser ) waren so alt, dass man sah, wo früher einmal bilder hangen bzw. Schränke standen oder umgestellt wurden. Die Federmatraze war dementsprechend durchgelegen! Das Schärfste: Auf der Internetseite und auch vor dem hotel auf einer Infotafel sind Fotos von ganz akuraten ( neu möblierten ) Zimmern abgebildet! Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption was es mit den Bidern auf sich habe sagte man uns: Wenn Sie 10 Euro mehr gezahlt hätten, hätten Sie solch ein Zimmer gehabt!!! Vor allem reden wir hier von einem 4 Sterne Hotel! Ich habe allein in diesem Jahr geschäftsbedingt in über 30 Hotels geschlafen aber so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt! Lisez la suite

Das Hotel ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen!! Benoetigt einen neuen Anstrich und (neue Betten). Die Zimmer sind sehr gross.

Das Hotel in Neu-Isenburg liegt in der Naehe von der Stadt Frankfurt und Flughafen. Mit dem Auto ist das Hotel ganz verkehrsguenstig. Preisleistung ist zufrieden.

The area of the hotel was a very average Frankfurt area with some stores etc. The hotel was quite far from the metro, and that was maybe the only problem. Not impressed, but not bad either, I would suggest it.

Pænt og hyggeligt hotel, med dejligt stort velindrettet værelse, som fuldt ud dækkede behovet på denne rejse.

Die Gäste werden vom Personal gut betreut. Kundenwünsche werden wenn immer möglich entgegengenommen und erledigt.

We hadden een 4 persoonskamer geboekt. Zou 2 pers bed + slaapbank zijn. Waren 2 x 2 persoonsbedden, alleen waren de bedden meer ruime 1 persoonsbedden. Geen parkeergarage / afgesloten parkeerterrein. Dus auto - met volle skibox - op goed verlichte vrij toegankelijke parkeerplaats in buurt van hotel. Rest van hotel + kamer prima in orde, wordt ook niet […] verkeerde indruk gewekt op website, maar enkele details (breedte van bedden + parkeerfaciliteiten) hadden wij vooraf wat andere gedachtes bij... Godt og billigt hotel 12km fra lufthavnen i forstad til Frankfurt. Pænt stort værelse. Trådløst it på værelset stort plus. Gode spisesteder i bagvedliggende butikscenter (lukket søndage) og hyggelig etnisk restaurant lige om hjørnet. Rolige omgivelser. Overnattet 3 nætter ifm. lufthavnsbesøg. Vil bruge det igen.

Als Airporthotel ein günstiges Schnäppchen für eine Nacht vor dem Überseeflug. Durchaus empfehlenswert

Vi var nöjda med hotellet, men inte med vägbeskrivningen.

Wofür und wann das Hotel 4 Sterne bekommen hat, wüßte ich gerne. Überwiegend abgewetzter und verbrauchter Zustand. Unangekündigt hatte das Zimmer eine kleine Küchenzeile, aber der Kühlschrank war abgeschaltet und total verschimmelt. Die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers war nicht auffindbar, der Radiowecker funktionierte nicht. Die Betten waren gut und sauber, […] das Zimmer sehr groß und der Balkon angenehm.
