Un excellent hôtel, un service de qualité, des chambres modernes et très bien équipées,un petit déjeuner très copieux, bref, un des meilleurs hôtels que nous ayons fait à un prix très raisonnable.

Un très bon hôtel : l'accueil a été chaleureux. La chambre supérieure donnait sur l'église d'en face. Spacieuse, douillette, propre et confortable, on y a passé 3 bonnes nuits. Hôtel parfait pour visiter Berlin rapidement : il est central et donc accessible pour aller partout. Le métro est à 4 minutes à peine. De nombreux monuments et emplacements touristiques et culturels sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes. Le Spa (gratuit sauna, hammam et salle de sport) était génial pour se ressourcer après une longue journée de visite et de marche dans la ville. Tres propre et sain comme le reste de l'hôtel d'ailleurs. Côté restauration : le bar est très sympa. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant qui était quasiment vide tous les soirs. Il n'y a pas de restaurant à proximité immédiate : il faut marcher 7 minutes environ. Nous recommandons le Augustiner Am Gendarmenmarkt sur la place gendarmenmarkt : typique et gargantuesque ! Le restaurant Chipps juste derrière l'hôtel était très sympa pour un brunch, même si un peu cher, le lieu est très agréable et sain pour un dimanche matin. Nous recommandons cet hôtel !

Situé à l'ouest du centre-ville, Charlottenburg est un quartier résidentiel chic hébergeant le palais de Charlottenburg, l'opéra Deutsche Oper Berlin, le stade olympique et les rêves capitalistes de Kurfürstendamm. L'église en ruines de l'empereur Guillaume (Kaiser-Wilhelm-Gedächtniskirche) se trouve dans l'ancien centre de Berlin-Ouest, aujourd'hui site de l'Europa Center. La célèbre avenue Ku'damm abrite le musée Story of Berlin et de prestigieux magasins de marques.

Chambres et hotel en général très propres, rien à redire. Personnel souriant et efficace. Chambre confortable quoiqu'un tout petit peu froide (hauts plafonds). WiFi gratuit sans condition, fonctionne correctement. Emplacement super, à 2 minutes à pied de la station de métro Ernst-Reuter Platz, à 10-15 minutes du centre ville et attractions touristiques. […] Petits cafés à deux pas de l'hotel si on ne veut pas petit-déjeuner à l'hotel. Petit déjeuner à l'hotel: buffet libre, très bon, beaucoup de choix, attention: non inclus dans prix basique de la chambre. Sinon hotel est tout près du centre de Charlottenburg où il y a plein de restaurants, cafés, boutiques, supermarchés... this hotel is very well located to visit Berlin in a pleasant and calm area with a lot of restaurants and shops. it is very convenient to have a metro and bus stations at 5 minute walking, and a direct bus (X09: stop "Ernst Reuter ") to Tegel Airport (20 min). All rooms are calm, spacious, and some of them with a terrasse. There is an outside space […] in a square inside the building to take some rest. Note that the hotel doesn't offer anymore to rent bikes but you can do it at "Zoolischer station" (10 min walking or 2 stop bus from the hotel). Beds are very good and clean. "Hôtel très bon !"
Hôtel très bien situé, convenant, proche de la station U-Bahn Ernst-Reuter Platz (2/3 minutes), S-Bahn Sauvigny Platz (6/7 minutes), à quelques minutes de l'avenue Ku’damm (9/10 minutes), à quelques pas d’un arrêt taxi et de l’arrêt de bus X9 de l’aéroport Tegel (2 minutes), dans un très joli quartier, très calme. Hôtel très propre, confortable, prix […] excellent, rapport qualité/prix très bon ! Personnel aimable. Je suis resté ici 2 nuits et c’était très bien passé. Je n’ai pas pris le petit déjeuner à l’hôtel, il y quand même des cafés presque juste à côté pour prendre un petit déjeuner à 5 euros. Très bons restaurants dans la rue même de l’hôtel, parmi eux un restaurant indien que je vous recommande ! Par rapport aux vélos, ils m’ont dit qu’ils n’ont plus de vélos mais c’est très facile de vous déplacer en Berlin de toute façon ! Hôtel très bien pour un séjour à Berlin, je recommande trop ! Hotel confortable. Personnel globalement agréable. Proximité du bus et du métro. Des soucis dans la salle de bain où l on ne peut pas prendre une douche alors qu une autre personne utilise le lavabo ! On se brûle ! Nuisances sonore du fait que la chambre se trouvait près de la salle réservée au PDJ. du bruit dès 6h. Pas d'accès à internet alors que […] l'hôtel présente cet avantage sur son site. L'ordinateur de l hôtel ne démarrait pas . Problème signalé deux fois mais non résolu. Le personnel ne semblait pas faire la commission. Décevant ! Nous étions très contents de cet hôtel. Le personnel était très agréable et serviable. La chambre était parfaite et très propre. The hotel is about a ten minute walk from the Zoo train/bus station. This station provides a good starting point for getting around Berlin. The hotel was in a quiet location but there are plenty of bars/restaurants within a couple minutes walk. The hotel was clean and the staff courteous and helpful. "The best in Berlin"
We were very pleased with this Hotel, It was by far the most beautiful of all hotels Ive stayed in, The room was huge and accommodated all 4 adults with great comfort. Could not find fault in any area other than breakfast price.(Hence ate at lovely bakehouse on next corner.) Great location easily accessed from Tegel airport and easy walk to great shopping and zoo. Highly recommend walking tours of Berlin.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Gauge for IBT"
The hotel is OK. The ladies up front are cute and sweet. However, the rooms are below the quality of Motel 6. The hot water radiator is behind the curtain - how can it effectively radiate heat? The shower is small with a thin plastic curtains. There were no amenities exceot two tiny bags of Haribo gummy bears. I had to use chairs to raise the curtains […] off the radiator (it was just below freezing at night). The TV channels were all fuzzy. Of course for CNN and BBC this is an improvement. The room lacks propoer lighting and has no clock. The reasonable price per night jumped 5x for stays the rest of the week due to the IBT Berlin convention. Great. I just stayed up all night. "3 Winter Days in Berlin"
English speaking staff were generally helpful and courteous. Nice large room on the 4th floor in the back building with a balcony and a separate bathroom, all for one person (perhaps they ran out of small single rooms). The free wireless Internet was great and reasonably fast. The bathroom a large frosted window that could be opened, radiator towel […] dryers, handheld shower massage with adjustable nozzle, and shower tiles (rather than plastic shower curtains) was much better compared to the small single room I had just the week before. Walked from the hotel to Ernst Reuter Platz (U-Bahn) in 2-4 minutes, or to the Zoologischer Station (S- and U-Bahn) in 5-8 minutes. Also, KuDamm is and the Europa Center (and the Kaiser Wilhem Memorial Church) just the other side of the Zoologischer Station (and of course the actual Zoo is in the area also). I would suggest the management improve the selection and quality of the television. The only English channels were news (of the typical biased variety) and the TV was a vintage model with plenty of excess raster noise with a fuzzy pre-2000 screen resolution. Hotel staff was horrible. There was a mistake on our reservation from the website and they blamed us when it was a miscommunication between them and the website. "Watch for hidden charge for breakfast"
I liked the hotel. They were friendly and nice. I looked online and saw under "All Inclusive" that breakfast was served and in the same sentence it said "services that won't cost you a cent." I understood the breakfast to be "all inclusive" but was hit with a charge on my way out...the desk staff could not help and writing the office manager later proved […] unsuccessful. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and were able to leave our bags after check-out. The hotel is conveniently situated about 5 minute walk from the X9 (20 mins from Tegel Airport) bus stop at Ernst Router Platz. Walk towards the Renaissance theatre, which is on the corner […] of Knesebeckstrasse. Our room faced the inner courtyard, and was extremely quiet which with the comfortable bed made for an excellent nights sleep. The room was large, with a good sized bathroom and a shower as big as some hotel bathrooms! We arrived early in the morning and asked for an early check in. They had a room ready for us an hour later. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The location of the hotel is perfect. Booked this hotel on a very good deal, location is superb where the underground is just 5 minutes away. A cafe nearby the hotel is marvelous too. The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and spacious. The hotel offered free wifi which was surprisingly very fast. Last but not least, the hotel offered free luggage storing service which allowed […] me to keep my luggage there and only took it back during the night. Easy to find. 3 minutes walk from Ernst Reuter Platz underground and bus stops for X9 express bus to Tegel airport. Great location for bars and restaurants. We were dead tired after the overnight flight form the US and had requested early check in if possible. We arrived at 10 AM and were not able to check in until 2PM. The staff seemed totally indifferent to our request even though we saw others checking in before us.
