Hôtel bien situé, juste au dessus de la rue la plus animée de Niagara Falls, mais pas dedans donc calme ! Les chutes sont à environ 15mn à pied de l'hôtel en descendant Clifton Hill rue hyper animée, peut être un peu trop). La chambre était assez grande, propre. Petit reproche : lorsque nous y étions il faisait trés chaud et la clim était un peu juste. […] Il y a une piscine intérieure mais elle était aussi trop chaude et peu rafraîchisssante. Petit hôtel sans prétention. Pour dormir une nuit c'est très bien, une semaine c'est moins ça.... A proximité a pied de la "tourist area", attention la rue de Clifton Hill qui vous conduit jusqu'au chutes est en pente, personne a mobilité réduite ou grosse valise déconseillée.

Hotel situé à 2 pas des chutes du Niagara. Très bon service : piscine , WiFi , petit dejeuner , parking , chambre immense... Déco un peu vieillotte mais je le conseille.

Ce que nous avons aimé dans cet hôtel c'est surtout l'emplacement, car il se situe à deux pas des chûtes à pieds, près aussi des animations, nous avons tout fait sans la voiture, de ce point de vu nous n'avons rien à dire. Personnels sympa et d'autres moins. Par contre sur l'hôtel c'est pas la même chose, pour le petit déjeuner il faut faire la queue, […] nous avons du revenir tellement il y avait de monde. Quand nous sommes revenu la serveuse enlevai tous les plats devant nous en nous faisant comprendre que c'était plus l'heure, pourtant nous arrivions juste à la fin du service mais compte tenu du nombre de personnes ils auraient pu faire un effort. Pour le matelas, pas confortable du tout, on sentait les ressorts, pas génial du tout. Pour la climatisation c'est pareil dans tous les complexes ou la clim n'est pas centralisé, le bruit de la clim était bruyante. Attention aux parents en zappant la télé ont n' est tombé sur un film porno heureusement que les enfants n'étaient pas devant la télé, c'était pourtant le matin. Propreté juste moyenne. Nous ne conseillons pas, il y a plein d'autres hôtel sur les lieux qui doivent être mieux et proche de tout. Lisez la suite

On peut y aller à pieds, hôtels calme, propre, et moderne, par contre le petit déjeuner est trés léger.

L'hôtel est bien situé. Il est à 2 minutes à pieds du centre et 10 minutes à pieds des chutes en passant par le centre ville. De plus l'hôtel est calme.

L'hôtel est propre et le personnel est acueillant. Les chambres à côté de l'ascenceur sont trop bruillantes. Le rapport qualité-prix est très bon.

Proche de tout, dans l'ensemble nous étions très satisfait. Petit déjeuner a reconsidèrer. Odeur de ce qui semble être du Tabac a revoir. Cependant, c'était relativement propre.

Good nice hotel just 2 min walk from central street where all action is and hotel clean theres long line up at the free breakfast though but there is many restaurant that offer all u can eat breakfast at 5,99$ really close to hotel and tim hortons also and really not noisy at night even if close to party area enjoy your stay.

bon rapport qualitée-prix,service attentionné, bien situé,propre,seul bémol l'attente le matin pour le dejeuner et j'aurais bien aimée avoir du fromage a la crème pour mon bagel!!!!

Chambre confortable et propre. Proche des chutes et de la rue principale, Clifton Hill. Il y a assez d'activités pour passer deux journées complètes... nous n'avions pas assez de temps. Very nice location, walking distance to the boat tour, bird kingdom, maid of the mist and sky wheel. Room was nice and spacious. Lots of stuff to do within walking distance. Parking was free, but the front desk said only for this month. Breakfast was bad, they had nothing but bread and bagel. No eggs, or fruits. our stay was good, the staff was very good. there was a very loud and drunk party above our room, attempts were made after each complaint to curb the noise...although they were not successful the hotel took quick and severe action the next morning by evicting all the guests (20 or so) from the property. thank you.

This hotel is located a half block away from Clifton Hill, which is the major tourist area of Niagara Falls. My room was in the tower (a newer addition), which is where the main lobby and front desk are located. My room was immaculately clean, well-equipped with a refrigerator, closet and plenty of storage space. Best of all the room was HUGE compared […] to other room sizes of hotels in this category. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were cushy, the rug was plush, the furniture was high end and the bathroom was bright and clean. Our room had two queen beds, a round dinning table with 2 chairs, a desk and an armoire. I don't know if this is the criteria for the rooms in the original part of the hotel. This hotel offers a small fitness room. Everything looked operable and newer. The indoor pool complex is large. The pool was slightly heated. The hot tub was hot. There are tables in the area, but only upright chairs. I’d prefer a lounge chair. There is plenty of space in the complex so a sauna would have fit perfectly in an alcove. The breakfast offerings include various breads and bagels, instant oatmeal, cereals, and danishes. This was sufficient and definitely saved us about $30 per day. Waffles or eggs and fresh fruit would be a nice addition to their continental breakfast.. This hotel was more than what I expected in every aspect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Stayed for two nights due to a family members passing. Had all my family stay at the same place. We all were very pleased with every thing about the Hotel. Very comfortable and great priced.

Free b/f, free parking and WiFi. Very clean and friendly staff. Only stayed over night.

The room was spacious and clean. However, when we arrived, there was a bar soap in the toilet... which was not appealing at all. The last thing you want to run into is a clogged toilet after a long drive to the hotel! The whirlpool had faulty jets, splashed water all over the place. So we were not able to relax in the tub at all. We had a hard time […] with the wireless and the staff was not technically trained to troubleshoot problems. The rooms were nice and clean, but the breakfast was lacking and the beds were large but hard.

Our stay at this hotel was awesome. The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and the location was just in the right area away from the noise but still accessible to everything. We would definitely stay there again and recommend this hotel to our friends.

the view out the window (2nd floor) was a cement wall. we figured it was where they had added on the pool to the hotel

Very nice Place for a family with kids to stay. We enjoyed the pool and also how close it was to everything. would come here again .

Stayed in N.F. Numerous times over the years and would have to say this is the best deal for the price. Will most certainly stay there again. Only two issues, the breakfast area is extremely small for the hotel.... Wouldn't be too bad if it was better designed, ie. put a second coffee and muffins area in the lobby area so that those only wanting these […] items, do not congest the line up and table area. It wasn't amazing but ok for a 2 stars hotels. They upgraded the room we were to stay in for no charge just because supposedly the 1 queen bedroom felt cramped. The heater cover was on the floor which wasn't very good but we put it back and unplugged it as it was warm enough... it was actually too warm which was a minus (with no way to open the window). […] The beds were nice. Breakfast was satisfactory with plenty of choices, nothing fancy but everything was tasty. Service was nice, the guy at the front desk was lovely. Nice clean and spacious rooms with a decent continental breakfast included. One block to all the activities and restaurants on Clifton Hill, and short walk to casino and the falls. Great value. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a 50/50 stay our room was ok but the bathroom was not clean there were dirty towels folded back up on rack the shower and shower curtain was dirty. Complained to manager who was reluctant to hear my complaint and handed me a card and said that when we come back she will give a better rate. Not what I was expecting. My wife and I stayed at this hotel on our recent trip to Niagara...the room we stayed in was very nice...king suite with jacuzzi tub...would reccomend this location to anyone wanting to take in the "tourist" area of Niaagara as it is VERY close to the Clifton Hill area... We did have a couple instances that were not very satisfactory...one being the […] 4 large bags of laundry and garbage left on our floor in hallway all night, and being misinformed about the charges for local calls...we were advised @ check in that local calls were free, then got charged 0.75/call...nothing major, but was not pleased @ check out Overall this was a very pleasant stay and we would return in the future... Shabby infrastructure. Caulking around sinks and bath looks like it was done by a drunk handy-man in a hurry. Indoor pool was bare and isolated. Inclusive breakfast was basic. The only saving grace was the friendly and helpful reception. Not worth the price charged.
