Location of Hotel was great. Staff were great. Towels were old and ruff, bed was very hard, pillow old and stale smelling, room was not air out very stale air. But the biggest thing was your rooms do not cater to the disabled. My wife has A:LS I had a very hard time getting her in the show no handles to hold on to, you need to address this. The breakfast, […] stale danish, two days old, no tea and the juice real bad. The WiFi yes you could connect to the server but the server would not connect to the internet why have it at all. Hotel makes the inside look nice but continental breakfast is a joke powders donuts and gross danish, very thin walls could hear a tv all night, electrical outlets didnt work way over priced for quality!!!

This hotel did just fine for what we wanted, which was just a place to sleep somewhat close to Disney. The beds were alright, tv worked fine, even had a mini fridge. They offered coffee & some pastries for breakfast which was nice. If you want a hotel with more frills, then you probably would not stay here, but we got here later at night & was up early […] to go to Disney & it worked just fine for us! Lisez la suite

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful as well as housekeeping (who offered to come back at a later hour to clean our room). Everything was clean and well kept. Great view of fireworks from Disneyland- amped the kids up tremendously. Will stay again for our next trip to the happiest place on earth!

The continental breakfast was only available for about 15 minutes each morning.. we only had it once, it was never there any of the other 5 days we were. There was pliers lying on one of our beds when we got there. The beds are rock solid. Shower head is really short suitable for someone 5'4" and shorter. Local calling isn't free. Location to Disneyland […] is AWESOME! For a super cheap rate I guess you get what you pay for. But don't expect any service. Couldn't even get a fork from the front desk. This hotel was perfect for my family. We got the family room (2 rooms, 3 queen beds) and it was perfect. We all had space and each room had a TV and even though it was only 1 bathroom, some houses are just the same. It was very close to Disney and that is what we wanted. The room was clean and had everything we needed to keep our food cool and heat […] up what we needed. The staff was pleasant and kind and did not rush us to leave in the AM, we did not get bangs on the door first thing from house keeping, they let us be until we were out of the room for checkout. I stayed here for 3 nights. The first night was annoying because the person next door to our room kept going in and out of the room and the door kept slamming and was loud. You can also hear every footstep since our room was upstairs. People nowadays don't have respect for other people so I wasn't surprised especially since this hotel was a bargain. […] What you pay for is what you get. The next 2 nights were no problem since I wasnt inside the room most of the time. I had no issues with the staff. They were helpful and fast. Overall, the room was well cleaned, no problems with our air conditioner, the bed was stiff, tv was ancient but did it's job, and loved that there was a refrigerator and microwave. I didn't get to try the free continental breakfast, but I'll pass since there's better food elsewhere to eat. I ordered Chinese take out to be delived to the room. They said it would take 40 minutes and boy they came right on time. The hotel is close by McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, Starbucks, 7 Eleven, and gas stations. The location is perfect for people going to Disneyland. Just a 5-10 minute drive. I would only recommend this place if you are strapped with cash. Lisez la suite

We stayed for one night, and for all intensive purposes, the hotel fit our needs. However, I feel that their advertising "breakfast" is extremely misleading. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was due to the "free breakfast" which is very convenient for families. However, "breakfast" at this place was donuts, danish, juice and coffee. That's it...I […] know that means breakfast to some people, but not me or my kids. We still had to eat even after checking out...which put a hiccup in our plans. My friend & I booked this room for three days because we were going to Disneyland, while it wasn't the greatest hotel ever it was better than I expected. It was a bit further from Disneyland than I thought but not so far away that it wasn't walkable, I believe that the walk from this hotel to the main gate of Disneyland was about 10 minutes, which is […] not bad! For the price that I paid for this room I was actually happy with it. The room even had a microwave & refrigerator in it, which I didn't expect. The only complaints I had were the towels had a few stains on them which I didn't like, the tv guide card in the room said the tv picked up way more channels than it actually did, & my friend said that the air conditioner was "ancient". I will not stay at this hotel again. When I arrived at the hotel I was not impressed at all. It looked like it has not been updated in years. I got a non-smoking room on the top floor. I couldn't believe how much it reeked of cigarettes and how stuffy it was when I first got to the room. The bed was as hard as a rock. The sheets were stiff and uncomfortable. […] The tv is old and it only received about 10 "cable" channels, but it was hard to watch with the static that kept appearing. The tile in the bathroom area was uneven and cracked. It did have a bathtub but there was no way to plug it so you can take a bath. There was an older A/C unit, that didn't really cool down the room. I woke up the next morning excited about leaving the hotel. I regret booking there and spending the money that I spent. For the quality of the hotel they should charge half what they do. Ok it was me, husband, and daughter who stayed. Like many others we are the typical middle class family who wanted to save on a one night stay for a hotel to go to Disneyland........Well that is all it is good for. To crash and just crash. The rooms are very CLEAN, I will give them that......but the hotel was old, and the cosmetic parts of the place […] seem to be falling apart. The air conditioner was super old not working well, the border on the walls were ripping in many places, the the ceiling looked kinda scary, and the "fridge" smelled funny. .........................OOOh and I woke up in the middle of the night to find a bug crawling on my pillow.....................Like I said its not like I spend a lot time at 5 diamond resorts, but one you've had a taste of normalcy, this place took the cake! We were only looking for a place to crash at night, and this place was great for the price. The sink didn't drain well, and there was no soap by the sink so we just used to soap in the shower. We weren't expecting much, so I think we got a little more than what we expected. There is a Starbucks and gas station next door which is nice. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. We were so exhausted we just kept door closed and went to sleep cause got up 7 hours later and checked out. But obviously no one cleans in there or they would have seen the mold all above the tub

The name is deceiving (Astoria), but the real location is great for the Disneyland parks. The set up with two queen beds, then a separate room with a King worked great for our family where the kids (age 17 female and age 7 male) cannot sleep in the same bed.

It wasn't to bad, for the dollars we paid, I guess you get what you pay for!

The hotel is older but maintained. The complimentary coffee and doughnuts can be skipped, just not our choice. The television offered is very limited. We would have enjoyed a more basic expanded service. Location was perfert for our purpose. The surrounding local amenities helped fill the void for the lacking of such items with the hotel. Staff was very friendly. The room was not very clean, the bed covers even had stains in them. You could see the fire works from the room. Donuts and coffee in the front office if you get there quick enough to get any.

If you are staying just a few nights this is a good value and clean hotel. Not very fancy on the amenities but a good clean hotel. The staff was very helpful.

This hotel is cheap for a reason, and I didn't go to it expecting anything fancy. The room was simple, the microwave and refrigerator were nice to have. My only complaint was that our bed had a caved in middle so my husband kept rolling into each other and the pillows were too plump but i'm picky about my pillows anyways.There is a shuttle that has […] a cheap all day fee that will take you back and forth to disneyland which was very convenient. The breakfast wasn't much (donuts and coffee) but there is a starbucks right next door. The man at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful and we didn't even stay at disney to watch the fireworks because they were practically out our window at our hotel (much better than waiting in the crowds at disney). This is not within walking distance to Disneyland, however you can park and take the ART bus for $4.00 adults, $1.00 kids round trip. The rooms were large and clean, the beds hard and the room was adequate. We weren't there much anyway. There were some late comers who were noisy, and I found a beer bottle cap on the stairs the next morning so some […] of the clientele were probably less than desireable, but we felt safe enough. Also, hotels is on a busy street (Ball Road) and you can hear traffic inside the room. Bring your earplugs. Continental breakfast was coffee, OJ, danish and donuts. Staff was friendly. Hotel was simple,clean and actually quite. Not to happy aboout no ice avail due to broken machine and costing 25 cents @ bucket!! Also, hotel 2 level and NO ELEVATOR!!! And only one way in and out of parking but for the money the room was clean and ample.

This place is passable, but don't expect too much. On paper, it's a great spot; bigger floorplan, fridge in the room, has a spa and small pool. The shuttle to disneyland is very convient and right outside the office. If you don't plan on spending a lot of time in your room, this place will work. The bed was not very comfortable and the sheets and towels […] were clean but low quality and not comfortable. As a jumping off point around the anaheim area, this room would work, but if you are looking for a place that you will feel good about lounging in, maybe not. Lisez la suite

Our five-day stay started off poorly when the sole desk clerk left me standing for 15 minutes while she gabbed with a prospective guest. She acknowledged me with a glance, but evidently could not find the hold button. I was only midly annoyed as she worked out booking details, but got really steamed when she turned into an impromptu visitor's bureau […] rep and began regaling them with tales of her favorite attractions and restaurants. When she finaly hung up and started the registration process, I said, "You know, if I had not prepaid for the room, I would have walked out the door." She looked at me incredulously and replied, "I was offering CUSTOMER SERVICE." When I pointed out that she had only offered it to a prospective guest, and not the guest standing right in front of her, she defended herself (bizarrely) by saying I looked familiar so she thought I was already checked-in and had come to office to ask for something. Since she obviously did not know the meaning of "customer service," nor how it differs from sales, which is what she was doing, I didn't bother asking her why she thought it would be OK to be rude if I had already checked-in. As for the rest of the stay, we were disappointed with the "mini" (surprise!) continental breakfast with its rancid orange juice, bitter coffee and awful donut/pastry selection. The shower did not work properly, the WIFI connection was poor, the pool and spa area were awkward and uncomfortable, and the TV channel selection was limited. Sadly, the money invested in some obvious fixture upgrades will have been a waste until they also invest in some customer relationship management books or classes for the staff. Lisez la suite

We stayed for three nights at a great price. Motel staff we're all very nice, senses of humor and willingness to provide info to local services. Nextdoor to starbucks, foodmart, taco bell and many other convenient places. Anaheim shuttle bus right in front and they sell tickets! Across from Menage Hotel if you need a fancier pick me up at their bar […] and restaurants. Room was large & clean, albeit old school in decor and bedding materials and in need of some repair. We loved the mega high water pressure and wall dispensers with soaps, shampoo, conditioner etc. Fridge and Micro for low budge meal planning! Drawbacks: Kind of loud as guests cars are right in front of your doors and kids running around the parking lot, excited about Disney at 8am may not be your thing. If you need a place to crash, convenience and not in need of atmosphere really a great deal! Lisez la suite

The outside of the hotel does not look spectacular and the lobby is VERY small, but the room itself was nice! The room was clean and comfortable and look newly renovated in the bathroom area, nice tile and clean showers/bathroom! This isn't a 5 star hotel by any means but I was very comfortable with letting my 3 year old play all over the room and bathe […] her in the shower. There was a microwave and mini fridge, plenty of towels too. The only thing that was not great (but I did not mind as this seems to be the case with most hotels) was that the water pressure was not very strong. This hotel was very close to Disneyland and a couple main freeways. We also went swimming at their pool and jacuzzi. The rate was wonderful too, we would surly go back. Lisez la suite

Hotel is clean, but beds are very hard. Not a bad place to stay. They did charge for ice and the staff is not very helpful if you have questions, but it was okay if you just need a bed.

i was there for my disneyland vaction with my family for 4th july and other days and i paid more than that price now there is couple indian in charge there and the lady was so rude and not friendly my checking time was 2 oclock and i was ther for hour waiting for checking after hours driving to la.she told me if i dont like to wait i go look for another […] hotel specially now on 4th july .i was so mad. the room you just have 6 channel tv to watch so dont get fool. the refrige wasnt working well , the pool was so dirty and fluty . the breakfast they offering was sucks and DO NOT EAT IT we didnt eat. the noise is not quite place and i saw the housekeeper guy was smoking in the room and cleaning , the loud noise from the staff like car music and talking . anyway i and my family was not happy and i dont want this happined to anybody else . We were on the second floor and had a great view of the fireworks display at Disneyland every evening. we were close to Interstate 5 that would get where ever we needed to go. Zoals in de titel vermeld, was de verhouding tussen prijs en kwaliteit wel vergelijkbaar, het ontbijt dat inbegrepen was bestond enkel uit donuts en koffie, thee of fruitsap, ook dit was best te doen maar wel eentonig en staande, geen tafels en of stoelen De reden waarom ik daar was was DISNEYLAND en dan lag dit hotel echt wel in de buurt, dichtbij […] autostrades die je overal naar toe brengen op de ene al wat meer verkeer dan op de andere Indien nodig zou ik hier terug durven reserveren Lisez la suite
