Hôtel certes pas cher mais miteux : la porte ne tenait que par un gond, les serviettes sentaient mauvais et la chambre était toute petite. A déconseiller absolument.

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants : nous avons eu droit à une "suite parentale" ! Frigo, micro onde, petit dej basic mais correct par rapport à d'autres ! Cet hotel est dans une petite ville très pittoresque où il fait bon faire escale

sale ... accueil désagréable qui sent le tabac froid! télécommande TV HS , lit pourri avec draps troués et couvertures tachées bref une cata ...typique des motels dans lesquels on retrouve des cadavres dans les series tv! A FUIR!

Motel à rénover complètement. Délabré, plomberie et électricité à reprendre complètement, propreté douteuse et Petit déjeuner minable. N'y allez pas même pour une nuit d'étape.

n'y allez pas ! l'odeur est infecte, les serviettes de toilette sont sales à notre arrivée et le mobilier est détérioré. Nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit et nous sommes dépêché de partir le matin avant même d'avoir pris un petit déjeuner.

When we saw the room, we cancelled . It was dirty and physically unapealing.. I will be protesting the $25.00 cancellation fee per room.

The prize is good. Like what everyone says "you get what you pay for". Very small room. Very hard to move around. not enough counter space.

Very good price for rooms- towels and linens could be updated or replaced. Room was clean but not exceptionally maintained.

The initial appearance of the hotel was unappealing, but for the price I was willing to give it a chance. After a very unique experience of checking in, which included a girl literally jumping over the counter, I entered the room. Pros: The heater worked very well, which was a relief as it was pretty chilly in Flagstaff that night. The room was clean. Cons: The bed was uncomfortable, and the towels were thin.

Was not allowed to check in early. Even by a minute. Check in was delayed as they had to find the room key. There was no remote for the TV and the wired internet stopped working shortly after I checked in. Was told an update was being done and should be completed in a few hours. Was not up and running by the time I checked out the next day. The Continental […] Breakfast (what was left by the time I got there at about 8:30 am) was a little orange juice and some store bought pastries. No toast or butter or jelly. They had to make a new pot of coffee which took quite a while. Terrible! One thing that was decent about my stay was the fairly inexpensive rate. Not really a bargain based on all the short-comings. It was a cheap motel and we got what we paid for....just. there was hair left in the tub drain and the heater did not work too well. We had to turn it all the way up to get warm. It was a place to spend one night to get to an audition at the university.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Hotel.com needs to get up to date pics and information on their listings. It was run down, dirty, and the door lock left much to be desired. it gives us a two bedroom for a price of one room (two bedroom like a family room), good deal, very convenient if you travel as a group. Yes, this place was extremely convenient to downtown and particularly cheap for a new years eve night; however, it was disgusting! I can't even verbalize how bad it is. The staff had to walk us to our room to make sure it was clean...and it wasn't. On our walk to our room, a pizza delivery guy was knocking on a door but no one was answering. He then […] went to the office and asked if the room was occupied. It was. Another staff member then proceeded to walk to that room, knock on the door and then use a master key to open it up! I saw the bed was not made so I assume it was occupied. That guy could have walked in on someone in the shower or whatever...talk about no privacy! The towels were so dirty, frayed and stained that I let my face air dry after washing it...couldn't even bare the thought of showering! The room is the size of a small apartment kitchen. Will never stay here again. I have finally learned my lesson after multiple years of staying in cheap hotels just to save money. There are two hotels with the same name so be sure you have the right address. I was disappointed as the "free Internet" turned out to be DSL so we were without Internet during our trip. Horrible. First no Toilet paper in the room. However there was enough hair in the bathroom sink to make a small wig. The bath towels were grey and frayed no extra blankets or pillow. The sofa was lop sided and looked like it was recued from the curb. The place was just horrible.

Pros: Nice staff, very close to NAU, cheap stay, no problems. Cons: Felt like the whole room was going to collapse into/onto us, TV didn't work, dirty bathroom. If your looknig for a place to pass out after a long day/night of drinking then great otherwise no good, my windows opened from the outside, door handle broken and hanging off, non of the plugs in the room worked. and tv went in and out.

Felt creepy the entire stay. Room smelled of chemicals and old smoke. Bed was just awful. Would never stay here again.

Very low budget. . .on arrival, phone did not work, there was NO heat, and the TV did not work. We were assigned another room, it was okay, but very low budget. . .draft came in around the main door. I would only recommend this motel to those on a very limited budget...otherwise, find something else.

I needed a clean room/bed/bathroom for 1 night while visiting my daughter at NAU....and I didn't want to spend a lot of money. This hotel fit the ticket. There wasn't any "street appeal" but once on the property, I was ok with my room.

Room was small but clean. Good value for the money. Close to NAU and downtown. Only complaint was no remote for the TV. There is some train noise too.

This was the most expensive hotel on our CA and AZ roadtrip and the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The whole town has a creepy feel to it and the hotel was a new level of creepy. It's old, dirty, run down, disgusting and definitely not clean. We almost slept in our car in the parking lot because it was so gross. The sheets were dirty […] and stained and the pillows were rock solid and really high. We covered our pillows with our own shirts so we wouldn't be touching them directly. We didn't pull the blanket up past our legs because it was so dirty and wore hoodies to keep ourselves warm. No products were provided for the bathroom. They had pumps for lotion and soap and span it as being "environmentally friendly". I call it being cheap in such a disgusting hotel. I didn't even feel like showering in the morning because I felt like I would be dirtier after the shower than i was before, but we ended up showering and drying bodies with the cheapo hair dryer because the towels were old, rough, ripped and dirty. The toilet paper was so thin and cheap it was literally almost dissolving in contact with just air. We kept our suitcase on the table because we were afraid of bugs and rats getting into it on the floor. There was a good 4 INCH GAP UNDER THE MAIN DOOR - anything can get through a gap that big. Their "Free wi-fi" doesn't work. We assumed it was the owner's own private internet access that he claims is free wifi for everyone. Breakfast was along the same standards. They had free coffee and OJ in huge pumps that looked like they had probably never been emptied and were just being topped up from the top. And they had a filthy looking toaster to toast your bread. No thanks. The only thing we grabbed was prepackaged muffins and bear claws but also hesitated to eat those because there was no expiry and they could have been lying around for ages. Worst and dirtiest motel i've ever stayed at. Motel staff was unprofessional and even attempted to hack into my computer when i used cable. Lights didn't work at all in the original room, thus i was given another room. Beds were dirty and even had hair from last visitor. Room was horrible, Mold in the shower, mold on the shower curtain, no plate on electrical receptical, very seedy people around the hotel, made it very uncomfortable place to stay, Hotels.com should take this one off their list!

The smell in the room was the worst thing I have ever smelled. I was unable to sleep at all the 1 night I stayed there. Every other hotel was booked. I would rather have slept in my car.

Dirty Nasty Stinky doesn't even describe this place. Room was supposed to be non-smoking and it smelled worse than a bar. The blankets were all stained and smelled horrible. The A/C unit was probably made in 1960, and the furnishings were from the same era. This hotel shouldn't even be on Hotels.com, what a flea bag dump.

They were very nice about extending our check-out. It was a 2 bedroom room which was very nice. It is an older hotel but i would stay there again for the price!

Our room was too crowded with outdated motel furniture. There was even a full sized couch between bed and air-conditioner, which caused trouble trying to cool off the room. There was no continental breakfast as advertised.

There are several nicer looking hotels in the area, this one will dissapoint you for sure.

This place is a flop house!! Room looked as if a junkie had lived in it for months. I did not even stay the night !!

Just awful: the Bathroom floors were unmopped & scouffled, the tub was horrendous, the supposed Non-Smoking room reeked with cigarette smoke as though the previous occupants had just lit one up & left 5 min before our arrival. Had to change rooms there were bugs all over and around the bed! Management did not seem to care.

For the rate, you really can't ask for much. You don't get it, either. Shabby, slight mildew smell, air conditioner from the stone ages. But it was convenient to what we wanted to do. The college guy who checked us in/out was marignally friendly. Nothing to see here, move along!

This motel is right on Route 66, but it is next to a automobile graveyard, the rooms were so dirty that we had to ask for maid service before we could move our bags into the room. The carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed in weeks, and everything was dusty and dirty. Lastly the floors in the bathroom were so dirty that when you picked up the bathmat after showering, the bottom of the mat was dirty just from laying on the floor and getting wet. The only positive thing I can say about this motel was that the mattresses were comfortable, but that is the ONLY positive from our 2 night stay there. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone! I have stayed at quite a few Americas Best Value Inn's now, but this was unfortunately a very bad one. The location was bad in Flagstaff and the rooms were pretty disgusting. Room with one king-size bed was comically small - only one step from bed in any direction had me hitting a wall. Cars park three feet from motel room door. Nearby freight trains went by all night making metal-on-metal grinding noise. Paint job in room looked like it had been done by a six-year-old. This is an older hotel that needs a lot of maintenance. The toilet seat was held together with duct tape. The shower had mold and mildew in it. Some of the electrical sockets didn't have covers. It appeared to have been vacuumed recently, though!

This room was so bad we had to laugh. One dresser drawer had no bottom in it. Both dresser drawer fronts were broken, hanging at a funny angle. There was graffitti on the inside back of the bathroom door. The tub had chips in it. The shower curtain had yellow stains across the bottom. The bathroom window frame was broken. This hotel was nice, the air worked very well and a fridge and microwave is provided free of charge. They do not have a pool. The only outlet that worked as one by the bed which was not convenient when curling my hair because I could not use the mirror in the bathroom or bedroom.
