Chambre assez grande avec frigo, micro-ondes et cafetière. Lits confortables et chambre propre. Deux bémols: le bruit de l'autoroute qui passe juste derrière (insonorisation mal faite, il faut prévoir les boules quiès) et le petit déjeuner très peu fourni même pour un motel!!!

idéalement situé sur la route menant de new york à cape coad, le springhill de milford constitue une étape agréable .Il dispose de chambres confortables et spacieuses, est situé à proximité de la sortie d'autoroute, ce qui est un avantage.toutefois lors de la réservation, il est préférable de demander une chambre donnant à l'opposé de l'entrée principale, les chambres donnant sur parking pouvant être un peu bruyantes en raison de la circulation.le personnel est très avenant et disponible.le breakfast est tout simplement gargantuesque. une bonne adresse.

très bon hotel, confortable, accueil sympa, resto jusqu'à 22 h, facile à trouver, beaucoup de services et commerces autour, la ville à 10 minutes, la Merritt Parkway à 2 minutes.c'est pratique et agréable, on se sent à l'entrée d'un village.

"super 8 milford new haven"
hotel très bruyant, circulation autour et chambres avoisinantes. Quand on a fait la remarque on nous a répondu "you are in the wrong hotel!", mieux vaut mettre un peu plus cher...
Ça ne sentait pas bon dans la chambre. Nous sommes aller coucher ailleurs après avoir vu la chambre. Très déçu. la prochaine fois on va payer un peu plus cher et avoir quelques choses de mieux. En plus les photos ne représentent pas bien l'hôtel....c'est pas mal plus un motel en vérité
There were some dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom. We asked for towels since there were a small amount in the room and we recieved 4 floor mats in lieu of the towels. We also asked for conditioner and were informed they do not carry conditioner. Overall, I don't think I would stay there again.
"Nearby any store you could imagine"
Me and my bf like to travel and usually book through hotel.com. Since our first super 8 stay we've been hooked.. The rooms are great at any one we go to. The staff at this particular one was extra friendly and the breakfast is pretty good too a lot to choose from.. We reserved a regular non smoking room a ended up with a fridge and morcowave and couch […] for the price of the normal room.. Very happy with our stay and will continue to stay at super 8s when we have the opportunity Lisez la suite
"Super 8 Milford"
My room was clean and the motel staff courteous. It was a great deal price wise. Having the microwave, refrigerator and a continental breakfast helped with time efficiency. The motel's location was close to shopping and businesses that I needed to attend to. The noise of an occasional siren was the only negative disturbance.

The super 8 in Milford was better than I actually expected, it was clean and well run and the location was excellent many good restaurants near by. we enjoyed our stay.

I received an excellent deal on the hotel and it is a Super 8 after all, so you're not expecting the ole' mint on the pillow type of thing. The room was in very good condition. The Beds seemed newer and the furniture is all in great shape. There were a few burned out lights but not enough to demand replacement. Otherwise the room came unexpectedly with […] a fridge, wifi and cable. For the most part a great deal. Also, there is a great sports bar directly across the street which made it easy to watch Sporting Events. Its that chain from florida where the waitstaff wears Orange shorts and white shirts. "Worst night's sleep"
After losing power due to the hurricane, we had no choice but to move into a cheap hotel for a night- at least for the hot shower. From the moment we pulled into their driveway, we were more than appalled by the dilapidated condition of the dump. We were sure that people in HazMat suits would walk in any minute to condemn the place. Not only were the […] hotel staff rude and unhelpful, the elevator barely made it to the third floor. When we reached our supposed non-smoking room, the key card didn't work. When we asked the hotel staff about this, they acted as though it was our fault that they couldn't correctly program the card. When we finally got into our jail cell, I mean room, it wreaked of urine and smoke. The carpet was sticky and the sheets looked like it hadn't been washed since the 1970s. We were also graced with two bloody bath towels in the bathroom. That's right, the four of us were supposed to use two bloody towels and if we wanted more, we were supposed to chase down the cleaning lady- funny because this hotel doesn't have a cleaning lady. Regardless, we spent the night amidst door slams, traffic noise, and garbage disposal madness. I'd highly suggest a tetanus shot after spending the night in this sorry excuse for a hotel. "Super 8 in Milford, CT"
You get what you pay for! The room its self was clean. So was the bathroom, the microwave, and the refridgerator. I'm glad we brought our own blankets and towels. The mattresses and blankets had burn holes in them and this was a nonsmoking room. There were only a couple towels in the bathroom and they looked either very old or not cleaned very well. […] The amenities were suppose to include a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board; none of which were in the room - they had to be requested. When we got there there was no shower curtain and we had to ask about that! The air conditioner worked but it is right under the window and did not have a setting to continously stay on, so it would kick on and off (very annoying - especially when you are sleeping next to it); plus it would blow the curtain. We never ate the continential breakfast so I can't offer my opinion on that. Check-in and out was very easy. Parking spots are very small and made it difficult to get in and out of the car. We were definitely satisfied with this hotel for the price. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good for an overnight stay.

I booked b/c it was close and convenient. I was given a handicapped king which I didn't need. The refrig was gross, the comforter was ripped, the bed was noisy and two of the lamps didn't work. B/c my shower was made for a wheelchair it didn't have a tub, so all the water from the shower wet the entire bathroom floor. Glad I was only there a few hours. "Good location, not so good service"
When checking in, the hotel was in a very nice location. Close to where we needed to be in another town, and cheap. Once we checked in, they charged me again for the hotel (after already paying on hotels.com) and the charge did not come off for 6 days, after I asked them multiple times WHY they charged me again, and showed them my hotels.com receipt. […] The hotel room door was broken, and you could see the outside through the gap in the door, the dead bolt did not lock. The bathroom had no ventilation, just a small window. The AC only went down to 60/ish, which when it is almost 90 degrees out, does not do a lot to help. No towels without asking for them, and no information on local eateries or scenery. "Worst Hotel Ever"
We had to make a last minute trip up to Ct we usually stay elsewhere but this was the only one available in our price range. I am not an overly picky person and have stayed at hotels that have had bad reviews and found them acceptable. This was not the case this time. For starters the continental breakfast was a joke gross coffee 4 ceral choices but […] 2 were empty had a toaster but no bread or anything that you would toast available literally 4 donuts and they looked days old and tiny muffins (poppy seed) that also looked like they had been out forever. The room was so so but had to much furniture and was set up akward. There were burn holes in the comforter(in a non smoking room). The worst was we were out of the room all day and came back late to find housekeeping had never been in. Called the front desk and they were like you can come down for some towels. Went down to get towes and was given one that was so gross with stains and discolore I would not have used it on my dog. There was a coffee maker in room but no pot or filter basket. There was food left in the freezer from a previous guest. I travel at least once a month and have stayed at lots of different hotels but this is the first one that I really wished I had not had to stay at. Also while I was there another guest stated that they had spilled something on their bed and advised houskeeping about it when they got back to the room they found the bed had been made without sheets being changed and it was still wet from the spill. "dirty linen"
The mattress pad on the bed was covered in what looked like blood. was given another room that reecked of cigarettes. Was told if I was unhappy with the second room; there was nothing they can do about it. Thank goodness I only had to stay one night.
Ac was not working well no irons available when need had to search and ironing board had no cover. Not a comfortable room. Bathroom door stuck hard to close
"Super 8 in Milford - right for the price"
The hotel was more than adequate for the price I paid. There was a CVS right next to it, a mall about a mile away, and it was an easy drive down 95 to Yale.

for the rate I guess I shouldn't complain but the room needed serious cleaning. We did not partake in the continental bfast due to the lack of sanitation. If you intend to spend any amount of time in the room pick another hotel. If you are just sleeping and showering then out the door it will do but we would not stay there again.
"Not recommended"
We made a reservation for a non-smoking room, but we were given a smoking room, and the hotel told us that all the non-smoking rooms were booked. The key cards we were given for our room didn't work. The room smelled like smoke, the furniture and towels were stained. Definitely worth a few extra bucks to stay at a nicer place nearby.

"Close to CT Post Mall--Excellent Accomodations"
The rooms are very well cared for and the staff friendly informative and helpful. The location of the hotel is a little to be desired as buses in that area are not easy to catch. It is, however, easy for one to catch a cab to the mall from the hotel and only pay $5 to get here. The beds are amazing and so is the cable service on the flat screen TV's […] they have. Room rented for 5 people. Asked for cot. None provided but I was charged for the extra person. Also, would not give us extra towels, pillow or blanket for the extra person. Terrible service. Room was not clean. Bathroom was not clean. Very, very cold room. Lamp didn't work. Cord was frayed. Front desk attendant not available for 10 minutes when we arrived. "Super 8 Milford New Haven, CT"
The staff helped me with the internet connection because I was having difficulty connecting to WiFi. They were very patient and helpful. The room was very small and crowed with furniture. Otherwise, we found it to be cozy and great for our one night stay.
I realized how I made a wrong choice after I checked in. I had seen good reviews first, before I signed in for the hotel. But, I found it to be below my expectations. The floor is not that clean. The carpet looks an old apt. The bed is horrible and poorly maintained. Overall, I was not happy. I guess it is ok, if I belive in "you get what you paid for". […] But, I have seen other better hotels even with that discount price. I would n't give this a high rating at all. Lisez la suite

"Good value on a long trip"
This motel was clean and the staff was efficient. Everything was as agreed by the hotels.com reservation. Nice complimentary continental breakfast. The negatives were the noisy rubber sheets on the beds, the beds felt a little worn, and the pillows were flat and worn out . But, overall a good value and a good stop on our trip.

The hotel room itself was fine. It was a little musty, and the bed was not the comfortable, but the in room amenities, cleanliness, and size were value for the money. The only problem we has was getting back into our room... the keycard never worked after the first time. We had to keep getting an attendant to open the door. WE were right near the office […] so it wasn't a big deal, but I would be really irritated if we were further away. Also, we asked for towels around 5pm our second day there and they never came.
