I've stayed at hundreds of hotels for business. This was by far the worst hotel at which I've ever stayed. The dirt parking lot was covered with large pot holes and shared with an adult book store. The hotel location was excellent, just off the highway. Free WiFi and the free breakfast were appreciated. We received friendly service on check-in. Very clean. Will stay here again.

We needed a cheap place to stay. The room was bad,the hotel was in a bad location and nothing was as promised. The sheets were clean and the shower was hot. But everything was stained, smelled bad, run down, needed paint, or just bad. The room wasn't that cheap but there were no bed bugs. It sucked but I kinda knew it would.

I have stayed in this place 2x before. the Good..Price, quietness in rooms. the Bad: Parking Lot. big chug holes and lights to clarify the enterance drive no clear way to hotel and shares driveway with Adult Entertainment building. Beds hard and uncomfortable. Towels are stained and thin. only 1 set of towels when i requested 3 adults in our room. Continental […] breakfast only lasted til 9AM. -mini bagel & mini blueberry muffin, variety of instant paks of Quaker Oatmeal, coffee,tea, hot cocoa and OJ. No milk or fruit. "Knights Inn in Ghent, ain't"
Hard to find, unlit sign led through a pot hole covered tractor-trailer lot, into an adult book store, and then eventually the hotel. AC was not on, musty room, though the AC did work. Just had an overall restless night, with that creepy itchy, bedbug fearing nervousness.

I wasn't able to read reviews in advance, only to find that hotel was located right next door to an adult bookstore. I was not happy with the location since, I have three children. The room wasn't very clean. Did not like the fact that the beds didn't even have fitted sheets. Rented a room with two double beds and there were only three towels in the […] rest room. The room was a non-smoking room on the second floor with no elavators. The front lobby and first floor had a bad odor. The odor kind of faded on the second floor. Only stayed out of necesity for one night. The rate was low but, I did expect a little more for the money, t least fitted sheets. All and all you get what you pay for. Rude staff. Wonder what some of the stains on the carpet was... Non-smokers have to walk up to second floor past smoke filled first floor... where the air conditioning wasn't on.. Extremely hot and musty smelling.

The motel has spacious rooms. The adult bookstore would preclude some families staying there. It is a remote area so is nice in terms of the beauty of the area. Inexpensive place and I guess you get what you pay for - lobby smelled like cat pee and room was dirty. We asked for a coffee maker and got one (good). We asked for shampoo and we were told they ran out (bad).

As others have pointed out, this hotel "shares" the parking lot with an adult store. What is also true is that the parking lot is also used by truck drivers as a sleep-over.
