Nous avons passés un agréable séjour au sunway Putra. La chambre reservée était une chambre superieur, elle était très propre.Suite au dysfonctionnement du telephone à notre étage, nous avons reçu un message dans notre chambre pour nous signaler que l'on pouvait changer de chambre et là nous avons été surclasser!!!!!!!!UNE SUITE! Hotel agréable et appréciable pour un 1er séjour de découverte à Kuala. Chambre convenable mais petit problème de robinetterie de la baignoire, et parquet de la douche ayant fait son temps. piscine à bulle appréciable et buffet du petit déjeuner correct. Certaines chambres donnent sur le cimetière!

Mitoyenneté avec la chambre voisine séparée par une seule porte, du coup il n'y avait aucune intimité... Dommage, peut être que les autres sont différentes!!!!!

"hotel très moyen, mérite 3 etoiles seulement"
Chambre assez basique, salle de bain vieillotte...personnel gentil dans l'ensemble. Le jour de mon départ on m'a proposé un taxi qui m'a coûté 160 mr.....le prix normal est de 800 maximum visitant la Malaisie pour la première fois je ne savais pas qu'il existait 2 types de taxis. un seul bémol pression d'eau faible douche et lavabo(15 étages...)sinon tres bonne situation;bon standing;l buffet du petit dejeuner correct mais un peu trop pris d'assaut par les hordes de familles du golfe qui semblent très apprécier cet hotel. situation tres bonne proche de la rue des restaurants de nuit populaires bon marché et bons...Avis véridique Expedia

Aspect général de l'hotel correct à notre arrivée mais environnement immédiat pas très propre. Beaucoup de détails décevants: moquettes tachées, chambres petites, salle de bain indigne d'un hotel de cette catégorie (carrelage cassé, joints noircis), fenêtre extérieures pas nettoyées. Il faut impérativement utiliser sa carte de chambre pour acceder aux […] étages par l'ascenseur mais le système fonctionnait mal et il fallait s'y reprendre à 5 ou 6 fois avant que cela fonctionne. ersonnel agréable (comme toujours en Malaisie !) L'hôtel est dans le triangle d'Or, à proximité d'un arrêt de métro aérien (environ 5min en marchant normalement), et est proche de la KL Tower, ainsi que de la rue des restaurants, très sympathique. Le service est très satisfaisant, le personnel est apte à répondre aux demandes, en ce qui concerne les visites, les réservations, les renseignements divers. […] Bref, un plaisir. - Bon hôtel pour son emplacement (situation géographique) et son coût (rapport qualité/prix) - la chambre était spacieuse, la sdb assez grande avec baignoire et toilette occidental (nous avions vraiment peur de nous retrouver avec une douche à l'italienne et des toilettes turc) - le petit déjeuner a lieu entre 6H30 et 10H30, on a bien failli le rater […] plusieurs fois, pas beaucoup de choix pour les fruits et pas d'omelette - petite piscine et wifi pas gratuit A noter que notre voyage a eu lien 2ème quinzaine de juillet 2010 et qu'un building était en construction juste derrière l'hôtel. un soir en rentrant aux alentours de minuit et demi, on a vraiment été surpris de constater que l'eau était ROUGE!! Have stayed at the Swiss Garden on a number of previous occasions. Last time they introduced payment for Wi-Fi which made me relook at local options. Yet again ended up staying here for convenience on location, price....and the internet was free again! Hotel is just 5 minutes walk from monorail station....then easy to get to sentral and all sights. Great location with many choice hotels around the area . Swimming pool was a bit small , should be considered a tub for soaking in instead .. Size is around 12-15 ft wide , 5 ft deep and it is a circular pool .. like a Jacuzzi . Really not for the olympian swimmer . Good area to be in if you are going about by coach as it is within walking distance […] to pudu raya bus terminal and the food paradise of Jalan Alor and shopping district of Sungei Wang , Bukit Bintang and Berjaya Times Square . "Very poor service"
They forgot to provide any towel in the room and imagine you have to use your cloths to dry up after shower. When I was going to check-out at 8.30am, there is only one receptionist on duty. I was feeling pretty frustrated that I don't even offer to complain. I've stayed in this hotel a few times over the last six months and there's some dis-comfort […] each time. We had booked two rooms for our family of 4 (incl. 2 kids) and had asked for connecting rooms. They did not have one when we checked in but offered a family room, which is a 1-bedroom suite converted to family room by replacing the living room sofa and center table with 2 single beds. They did tell us that the 'family room' had only 1 toilet. since […] we were there for a short break free'n'easy, it didn't matter. We did find the room a bit cramped b'cos it's not really a family room in the true sense, but managed it since it was our choice in the first place to take the family room. Other than that, we did not have any problem in the hotel. Breakfast spread is very great and food was available aplenty even at 10:15 am, which is our usual time to walk-in for breakfast. Everyone of the staff was helpful and courteous (special mention - Thai hostesses at the reception). Location close to Bukit Bintan is a big plus. Overall a very good stay for the price. Although this is close to useful places within KL, and has modern amenities, its facilities do not match its size. The gym was tiny and poorly maintained (only one of three cardio machines tried worked), the pool and lounge area is also small, and all sunloungers and chairs were taken when we visited. Greetings.my stay of 1night at Swiss GArden was overall happy and comofortable. It was during Chiense New Yr. clebrations so all was nicely decorated. we were greeted by a very frendly chinese lady dressed in oriental dress and all hote staff were friendly and nice. All help ful in taking pictures and giving information of neighbourhood, places to see […] etc. room was comfortable and spacious. I think the only minus point was not availability of a free wifi. Which sometimes can be a blessing in disguise ;) not to be hooked to gadgets. heeheee. Oh you may want to try hop on hop off bus tour of KL, its good value and easy way to goa round sight seeing. An amazing location near to monorail and 5 min walk to the KL's main shopping and restaurant district. Easy access via monorail to all the cities main tourist sites. "BEWARE......Not a Four Star Hotel & No WIFI"
This hotel is definitely not a four star hotel. Lobby maybe but not the room we stayed at. It has internet access but you need a laptop to plug in the Ethernet cable as the hotel DOES NOT have WIFI at all, even if you want to pay for it. Room's carpet was dirty, phone handset cable broke off the phone and the air-conditioning system does not work in […] the second room. Will not stay there again unless it is fully renovated. Out of expectation since its charges doesn't match w it's service as well as room condition. With the charges I can get 4stars hotel and hv good facilities too. Carpark doesn't indicates direction of lift on d other side(end) of car park near guard post. The room we had reserved was not available. Front desk staff initially offered a smoking room with one king bed (non-smoking and 2 twin beds requested).Eventually staff provided upgrade to a family suite which was quite nice. The hotel restaurant is terrible. Of the three hotels I've stayed at in KL it had the worst food by far. "Older Hotel but comfortable"
Whilst the hotel room itself was satisfactory in terms of cleanliness and and comfort, the reception staff never seemed very helpful and were always very short and sharp. Our first impressions of them were not the best as we were hot and tired from traveling all day only to find upon check in that they didn't have the room I had requested and booked […] in advance. I was told that there was nothing they could do and it was a busy time. I was not impressed as I had booked in advance and had not just walked off the street expecting a room. Traveling with a baby, I was not happy to be put into a smoking room and I was expected to have 2 single beds, especially because my baby couldn't sleep on her own. I was not offered a cot. Instead our stay was interrupted when we, upon my insistence and not their initiative, were given another non-smoking double bed room on our 2nd night, so we had to pack all our bags and unpack again. I loved the hotel.Its convient to the train station which is an excellent service. Its the quickest and cheapest way to and from the airport.I travelled by myself as a young female and it was very safe. The staff at the hotel could not have been nicer, and more helpful. Its close -walking distance to the twin towers, all shopping malls, and the markets. […] The gym in the hotel is nice but the pool is small, but serves a purpose for the humidity to cool down. "BOOKING OF HOTEL ROOM"
I would like to share this experience of unpleasant stay at this hotel!!! I am very upset when the hotel changed our booking of 2 rooms to a family room cos the rooms have been taken up. This is not fair cos I paid up for 2 rooms two months ago in June. We also did not check in late on 9 Aug. We arrived at the hotel at 4.30pm As for the family room, […] the facilities are not enough for 4 persons.Although there are 2 toilets, there is only one shower facilities. There is also no privacy.
