Hôtel très agréable, personnel accueillant et disponible. Bien située pour découvrir la ville Seul inconvénient rencontré : très mauvaise isolation phonique dans notre chambre (huisserie bien usée) ne permettant pas un bon sommeil

- Placement idéal dans la ville dans une rue animée par de nombreux restaurants et bars. Petit détail important 15 à 20 minutes de marche jusqu'au métro le plus proche. - Pas de plan de la ville à disposition à l’accueil. - Personnel agréable et disponible à toute heure de la journée et de la nuit. - Quand à la chambre, de bonne dimension avec un wi-fi pas toujours excellent et d'une propreté moyenne : présence à certains endroits de la douche de moisissure. Sinon literie confortable et propre. Je conseillerai cet hôtel à un ami qui doit se rendre à São Paulo pour un week-end.

Je ne recommanderai cet hôtel que sous éserve de vérification et amélioration de l'isolation phonique car dès que l'un de vos voisins de chambre utilise la salle de bain et les toilettes vous avez tout le bruit en direct dans votre prope chambre

Bon hôtel, proche de l'avenue Paulista et du MASP¨, à une dizaine de mn (en taxi) du centre ville. L'insonorisation n'est pas folichonne. Pas de double vitrage. Les chambres à coté des ascenseurs sont à éviter.

Ne paye pas de mine de l'extérieur mais intérieur digne d'un 4 étoiles, tant pour l'hostellerie que pour le restaurant. Service de qualité, personnel agréable, salle fitness correcte, sauna et massage payants, piscine et tennis en libre accès. A 4 Km de l'aéroport mais aucune gène sonore liée aux avions. Seul inconvénient : loin de centre ville de Sao Paulo donc soit taxis (45 euros), soit navette gratuite jusqu'à l'aéroport puis navette type "Orlyval" pour 16 euros ou bus classique pour 2,20 euros. Compter 1 h en taxis et 1h 40 en bus + métro. Bien ++ dans l'ensemble.
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.

Simply put, a mafia run hotel. I extended my stay THE DAY BEFORE, talked to the hotel front desk and everything was supposed to be all right. They waited until 7:30 pm THE NEXT NIGHT, called me to my room to tell me that I either had to pay 80 reais more or had to move rooms immediately because they made a mistake telling me that the rate I paid allowed […] me to stay in the same room. I moved, since I don't like to be muscled around, the room they moved me WAS EXACTLY THE SAME (so it was obviously a ploy to take money from a tired business traveler). At checkout, they attempted to charge for minibar stuff, WHICH I DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH. I have been going to Brazil for 15 years, NEVER had something like this happening. NEVER AGAIN will step on the Tryp or any Melia run hotel. There are too many options out there, I DON'T LIKE TO BE TAKEN FOR A RIDE. Lisez la suite

"Horrible Internet service"
The ad says internet is free but it was dead slow. They offer a $R40.00/day for faster internet service. The ad was misleading. I booked a non smoking but they gave me a smoking room. "Great Business Hotel for Itaim Bibi / Faria Lima"
If you have some business in Itaim Bibi or Faria Lima, this is a very nice hotel. The fitness room is really nice on the top floor of the hotel. Also breakfast is good. For a week really good.

I was pleased with this hotel as a comfortable business hotel. The staff were all very personable and helpful, at the front desk, the bell staff and the restaurant. Small thing, but no facial tissue in the bathrooms. seemed odd, but they said they dont offer that.

The hotel is in a safe location although with limited places to go in walking distance. Some restaurants and shops are within walking distance, but then again Sao Paulo is very spread out. "Great Room, terrible service !"
My stay was going well until my check out time. I was leaving to the airport early in the morning, send and e-mail the night before to the front desk and called to see if they could print my boarding pass. Guess what? Boarding pass was not printed. Asked where the business center was located, when I arrived there to print, guess what? Business center […] was closed. Went back to front desk and fwd them again my boarding pass. Got it printed, however 20min had passed and I was about to miss my flight. Went to restaurant to get a coffee to go, guess what? They don't have a cup and lid for people that want a coffee to go... (not going to mention I forgot my cellphone there after forwarding the e-mail to front desk and spend 2 days trying to get it shipped via express mail) Lisez la suite

I spent 5 days in hotel tryp iguatemi. It is an excellent hotel located in a very expensive district of sao paulo. Price of hotel might be a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Hotel service was outstanding, staff were vey polite and helped you with anything you needed, from taking your bags upto the taxi to holding lifts and doors for you. Pool […] was alright, bit small, but expected from a business hotel. They have a sauna and a tiny jacuzzi too that I couldn't fit in properly. They have a decent buffet restaurant that anyone can go in, and have a pay car park right beside. Rooms have all amenities and more, and cleaners do a great job. Very professional but friendly! Never been to Brazil before. Read all the tour books with the warnings. Really relied on personal comments from Hotels.com to guide us - thanks! We arrived early overnight flight, hotel kept our bags locked and gave us Starbucks coupons and directions 4 blocks walk, very safe area. Front desk spoke some English! Tryp had our room ready by 11am and allowed […] us to check in. Very clean,new looking,safe in room,good restaurant adjacent. Pool roof top with great views. Shopping areas all around. Criticas construtivas: cortinas sujas, as roupas de cama e banho deveriam ter uma melhor qualidade. Sei que paguei uma tarifa mais barata por ser final de semana, mesmo assim, não considero a tarifa que paguei barata, então acredito que um hotel deste nível deveria ter uma apresentação melhor nos itens que mencionei acima.
RECEPÇAÕ CONFUSA , reservei tipo de quarto que ao chegar não estava disponivel e que logo depois de uma amiga se identificar , ja tinha disponibilidade. Contas erradas no Restaurante e na hora de chek-in também.

Realmente voltaremos, porém deveriam atentar para detalhes,como: -o chão do box do chuveiro, não tem um bom escoamento da água, vc acorda de manhã e para, tomar banho tem que entrar numa "piscininha" de água fria. Porém, parabéns pela "alça' de apoio na parede. - ficamos da noite de 08 até a manhã de 11-set, portanto tres manhãs, três cafes, foram […] cobrados quatro, lamentavelmente só fui dar conta quando em casa a minha esposa leu a conta. Não tanto pelo valor, mas por ser indevido a sua cobrança. Além do que não me lembro de ser evidenciado na reserva que, o café da manhã é cobrado como extra. - jantamos no dia da chegada, é a qualidade( o crene de espinafre era um creme branco com raros salpicos de espinafre) e quantidade ( o filé do peixe...uma lamina tão fina e pequena que era quase translúcida)...mas o valor cobrado...! O vinho pedido, na carta custava ( 1/2 garrafa) R$48,00 , na nota veio R$50,00, aí com os 10% a diferença fica em R$2,20, somem isso por hospede ao fim do mes, do ano... O café expresso servido no café da manhã é de boa qualidade...mas aquele copinho de isopor, além de ser insalubre em contato com o calor, não condiz com o nível do hotel. El hotel está bien ubicado, el personal es amable y el cuarto es amplio. El baño está remodelado, pero el cuarto debería ser reciclado. La relación del costo, es alta por el tipo de cuarto. Por la misma relación de precio, elegiría el Meliá de la J. Cachoeira.

Já havia ficado nesse hotel anteriormente, e gosto muito dele, mas dessa vez na hora do check-out foi muito confuso e demorado, pois havia uma fila enorme de clientes e um unico funcionário para atender todo mundo. Acabou me gerando uma perda financeira razoável devido ao no show na companhia aérea em função desta demora.

todo lo mas bien, buena ubicacion, buena atencion, buena habitacion. Todo bien !
Num geral o hotel é muito bom, porem fiquei em um quarto que haviam refletores iluminando a fachada do hotel durante a noite que incomodaram por causa da claridade forte de ficou dentro do quarto mesmo com as cortinas fechadas, quarto limpo, com cama de conforto moderado, bom serviço de valet incluso.

No es un mal hotel pero yo no volveria. En la reserva que hice, figuraba el desayuno como incluido pero igual me lo cobraron. Las toallas eran viejas, las camas impecables. El costo de bebidas del minibar es excesivo, un refresco 6.5 reales (U$ 4.5)
