A ce prix là il ne faut pas rêver d'une chambre face au Guggenheim, en revanche le petit déjeuner en terrasse est toujours fabuleux. Emplacement idéal Guggenheim, beaux arts, tram pour la vieille ville. Bon suivi dossier de hotels.com

Hôtel parfait pour visiter le musée Guggenheim. Le personnel est charmant et très efficace. Les chambres avec vue sur le musée sont incroyables (mention spéciale pour la baignoire avec vue directe sur le musée!). Le design intérieur est très original et en accord avec la thématique art moderne. En un mot, vivement recommandé!

We feel mixed about our experience here. Arrived to a great reception, from the very helpful Miren, very late at night, loved our room as requested with a view of the Guggenheim -got up the next morning to find the shower taps didn't work. After our great experience the night before the next days Duty Manager left a lot to be desired in handling the […] problem that was highlighted by her giving us a key to a room to shower in -I walked up the hotel passage in my robe and into the room to be yelled at by the occupant of the room from her bed. This is a VERY contemporary hotel, and not at all what I would normally choose. That said, the location is superb, and the staff most helpful. They gave us several restaurant suggestions , all good, based on our request. I was pleased with my decision

Fabulous hotel & breakfast is a must! Ensure you upgrade to a room with an external window otherwise you could end up with either no window or facing into the hotel lobby-severe lack of natural daylight! Otherwise fabulous service & comfort!

This is a OK hotel with a good location; reasonably priced. For a five star hotel, the rooms don't have tea/coffee making facility. I would personally expect this from a 2 star motel.

This hotel is delightful-- modern decor and very nicely appointed rooms. There is a nice restaurant and bar, and the staff were wonderful. The view from the top floor terrace onto the Guggenheim is absolutely amazing. Breakfast bar/buffet is very varied and plentiful, so best have breakfast included in the price of your room TV was not working in our room and within 5 minutes an engineer was up and was sorting it out, staff is very good and generally spoke English Great hotel to stay and […] having walked around town quite a lot, not sure there are many good hotels worth staying in Bilbao Lisez la suite

location is the only reason to stay in this hotel, condition is so-so, but for 1-2 days stay, it is still a good choice

The hotel was very modern in style and the rooms have all the conveniences you would require. The restaurant was a bit stuffy and hotel staff was also less than friendly, but knowledgeable, so I would stay there again.

On this trip to Spain, we visited 15 hotels...this was the only one to offer a washcloth-Thank you! I appreciated the extra pillows and the quality of towels. Turning down the bed with little animal greeters was unique and made us smile. Later we used one as a dashboard ornament as we toured the countryside. Thank you for the free internet use! Had a wonderful stay here. We had passports and other things stolen from rental car in Barcelona and the staff here could not have been nicer and more friendly in helping us deal with all the issues. The hotel is very nice, immediately across the street from the Guggenheim. Very comfortable. Breakfasts were typical of the region but of better quality […] than others we had. The sleeper here is that the restaurant- Beltz the Black is fabulous. We ate there because most places are closed on Sundays but had one of the best meals ever- it's pricey but you can get half portions for 2/3 of the full price. But everything was creative, perfectly executed and we loved every dish. The only negative for us was that the wifi did not work in our room so we had to go to the main lobby to use it. Right acrross the street from the museum. Very modern hotel with great front desk staff.

Great location, opposite the Guggenheim and surprising quiet given where it is. I wouldn't call it 5 star luxury but then it was a basic type room and for the money hard to fault. Highly recommended if you want to be just on the edge of the centre of town

Nice hotel, with excellent reception staff and a the location, opposite the Guggenheim is spectacular. The public areas could use some work - style over substance, especially the bar, where the staff were not particularly attentive and the cocktails left a lot to be desired. But the rooms were lovely and our Executive Room has the most gorgeous bathroom […] I've seen in a hotel. great hotel across from guggenheim hotel. beautiful hotel, very modern and sleek. great art. clean. workout room and turkish baths are tiny and limited internet. some rooms have no windows so confirm first. one front desk staff was snotty and unpleasant but the rest were fine.

we stayed at Silken Gran Hotel Domine for one night. Staff at reception were welcoming and after five days walking a stretch of the camino de santiago we lapped up the luxury of this wonderful hotel. The hotel is a stones throw from the guggenhiem from their marvellous rooftop restaurant you can appreciate all of Frank Gehrys wonderful architecture while enjoying a wonderful breakfast. This hotel is definitely worth a visit.

Loved everything about this hotel. It was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our vacation in Spain.

The hotel gave us a room with one bed instead of the twin beds I had requested, but to make up for it they offered us complimentary 26 euro breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the Guggenheim - fabulous.

Right across the street from Guggenheim and very short walk to Fine Arts Museums. Excellent room with usual 5-star amenities, adequate for two people but not spacious. Bilbao traffic can be dense and hectic, and getting to the hotel can be difficult in maze of one-way streets. There are only a couple of temporary parking spaces on the street in front, […] so stopping to register and unload luggage is very difficult. There is an underground garage (20 Euro's per night) with an entrance on the back street -- ask the doorman to get into the garage directly so you are off the street and can unload your car in peace and go upstairs to register. The garage attendant will park the car and deliver it when you leave. Front desk personnel skilled and gracious. Didn't eat there and therefore can't comment about food service. This hotel is chic & hip. Staff was friendly & helpful. The bar was fantastic. The lobby is really something to see. Definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a joy to stay at this Hotel. I visited Bilbao alone, and on top of that I wasn't feeling so well, so this was a perfect Hotel to spend some time in. It helped me tremendously just being across the street, literally, from the Guggenhem. The Hotel Cafe food was quite good and they also have 24 Hour Room service, which is a bit rare if your staying […] in Spain. Although, it is rated 5-Star, so this is expected. I was delightfully surprised that they do have a small Gym and are also equipped with two Sauna's, it being on the top floor. At the Gym you can Glimpse the Guggenheim and it is a Spectacular view. They also provide Spa services, and I ended up taking a theraputic massage, and it was fantastic and the Massage Therapist was professional and delightful. I would definitely stay at this Hotel again, and I would look into there other Hotels in different cities. Also, there are some good restaurants nearby, whereas it is not necessary to go to the Gothic Quarter, to have a good meal. The beds are supper comfortable and the linens are top notch. There is also a heated towel rack to your towels, and the toiletries were also of qyite good quality, and everything you could think of including bath salts for the tub, whcih I used daily, and were replaced just a fast as I used them. A wonderful Hote, chocolates on your pillow in the evening, once they turn your bed down for your evening rest, and they were delicious. Lisez la suite

We visited Bilbao mainly to spend time at the Guggenheim and were delighted that this hotel was only steps away from it, across the street. Bilbao is a charming small city with wonderful architecture, great transportation using metro, tram and busses. Great river walks and fabulous food. This hotel has one of the best locations in Bilbao. It is modern and very comfortable with decent sized rooms. I was a little surprised at the amount of things minor things in the room that needed maintenance though.

Hotel is perfectly located, terrace view of the Guggen is what memories are made of, really nice beds and bathrooms with every article you need, staff helpful and English speaking. Very cool decor with sculptural furniture in the lounge and iconic rock tower. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bilbao.

Excellent customer service and roof terrace restaurant. Breakfast a little pricey and rooms were a little dated. Location was fantastic - walking distance to most places.

Nice room and across the street from the Guggenheim Museum. Stay clear of the hotel's bar! It was expense and the cocktails were subpar.

This is the nicest hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. And the best part of it was it was right across the street from the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao...one of the most incredible museums in the world. I would recommend this hotel to anyone...and hope to onetime return to enjoy it's great service and location.

I was very dissapointed with the quality of the hotel, and the rooms. This hotel smelled terrible - like body odor and stale cigarettes - and the bed linens were very thin and of very poor quality. There was also construction immediately adjacent to the hotel and right outside my window. A jackhammer ran from 8am til 8pm every day. It was impossible […] to relax in the hotel becuase of the enormous, offensive noise and vibration of the equipment. I was not informed of this before I arrived. This is a beautiful hotel across the street from the Guggenheim museum. Probably one of the best hotel in Bilbao. While the room and design of the hotel were great, the restaurant was just ok.

My girlfriend and I were delighted to check into the Silken Gran Hotel Domine for an overnight visit to the Guggenheim. Incidentally, we were also charmed by the rest of Bilbao and amazed by the Biscay Transporter Bridge. Back to the hotel: Don't miss the 17 euro buffet breakfast on the seventh floor overlooking the Geggenheim. The breakfast is delicious […] and the the view of the museum (across the street) is great. 　昨年（2011）9月に引き続き、今回も滞在しました。グッゲンハイム美術館の正面に位置し、街の喧騒もなく静かな環境で素晴らしいです。今回は天候があまり良くなかったので実現しませんでしたが、７Fのレストランのテラスでグッゲンハイムを見下ろしながらの朝食は格別です。是非気候の良い時期に行かれることをお薦めします。
