Très bel hôtel, très bien situé sur Orchard Road. 5 mn du métro. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. très belle salle de bain ! Compte-tenu du prix de la chambre, on aurait apprécié le wifi gratuit !

bon emplacement entre little india,arabe street et buggis qu'on peut faire à pieds,metro à la porte,,seules les chambres extérieures avec vue sont acceptables et il en existe des petites et des plus grandesSalle d'eau petite et douche minuscule..La grande piscine est froide car toujours à l'ombre,ambiance stalinienne,peu de chaises longues..Ascenseurs très lents à certaines heures.Petits déjeuners pas terribles.Internet cher,10 dollars les 24h à utiliser en une seule fois. bon entretien de l'hôtel.Réception hall de gare.Personnel peu souriant.Chambres pas grandes mais confortables,coffre fort,frigo bouilloire thé et café,draps et serviettes de qualité changés tous les jours.Galerie marchande juste à côté,boissons,sandwiches et restos rapides.En résumé pas mal pour Singapour.

hotel situé dans Little India, le quartier est très bruyant surtout la nuit, notre chambre était située sur la droite de l'hôtel, bruits dans la rue incessants boules quiès indispensables. Sinon rien à reprocher à l'hôtel, toutefois le prix assez élevé ne tient pas compte de ces nuisances extérieures.

une attraction à lui tout seul.....à ne manquer sous aucun prétexte, même si vous n'y allez que pour une seule nuit. Prenez une chambre cityview avec une vue à couper le souffle ! Quant à la piscine accessible aux clients, c'est vraiment spectaculaire. Le Top !!!!

Hôtel très propre, personnel aimable. seulement 2 stations MRT pour rejoindre Bugis. (Station Kalang) 10 mn de marche. Seule fausse note (mais importante) tout le service d'eau de l'hôtel (toilette et Salle de bain) devait passer par notre chambre, car nous avions l'impression que chaque client prenait sa douche dans notre salle de bain et cela s'est produit pendant nos deux nuits, donc assez désagréable, car réveillés en sursaut à chaque utilisation de l'eau dans les autres chambres (comme il y en a beaucoup !!)

Le lobby et la salle à manger de l'hôtel sont agréables, les chambres sont un petit peu chères pour ce qu'elles sont, mais dans l'ensemble la note est favorable. J'avais demandé une autre chambre avec une meilleure vue, on m'a dit : oui, oui, mais sans donner aucune suite... dommage.

I would not recommend this hotel following our recent experience. We were very disappointed with the level of service we received and the quality of accommodation. The room was very musty and sheets on the bed damp. The view was of the lobby and not the expected cityscape. Staff were very unfriendly and not approachable. Overall our stopover in Singapore was not as enjoyable as it could have been and for the rating and price this hotel is not good value for money. "vgood - expensive internet"
the hotel is over all vgood, internet was expensive, only priceplan was 24h or 7days for the wifi, therefor costs a lot to get to internet from your room but on the street in front of hotel is a FreeWifi ^^
Conveniently located within walking distance to China Town, Clarke Quay and other tourist sites. Public transport also readily available near the hotel. However, beware the extra taxi levy imposed in the CBD.

I was quite disappointed with this hotel. It is supposed to be 4 stars but felt like 2 and half. The room was clean enough but the corridors were smelly and the carpet felt a bit funny. The hotel is quite old and would need some painting. The mini bar was empty, has to requested from the room service. There was no bar by the pool and it was not possible […] to order any drinks to the pool even from the room service. This is my second time staying in this hotel. I got a free upgraded to executive floor probably their cheaper room were full. If I were paying for executive floor I would say the room were a bit small (just a bit). Any other things were very good though. Everyone nice and clean. Wonderful hotel & great location. Some breakfast items were unconventional, such as the 'beef bacon' which was actually thinly cut corned beef. This was my second stay. I will return.

When I request for Feedback form ... he still can feeling so proud and told me, his name is "B.R.A.N.D.O.N" !!! And Spelling out word by word. Please imaging how arrogant that he show to us. When i take the pen to another place (lobby area) for fillup feedback form, he still use loudly voice to stop me, and ask me put down the pen. In conclusion, there are absolutely poor services! "Comfortable Stay"
Modern furnishing, clean room and good location, walking distance 3min to 2 MRT stations. Overall value for money. Free breakfast and internet access is a plus point. Will definitely stay here if travelling to Singapore in future.

I have no complaints. Very comfortable stay. You could even order up a specialty pillow of your choice (buckwheat, memory foam etc). Right in Chinatown, surrounded by awesome food and shopping. "Needs complete rebutbishment"
The hotel is not a 4* establishment. Two major problems are that it needs complete refurbishment and the Restraurant is too small to cope with numbers if guests at peak times. Location very good staff friendly. But it's badly needs a complete overhaul now!

We enjoyed our stay in Furama. When we checked in, we got our room upgraded without any additional cost. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was widely varied. It's a walking distance to Chinatown MRT and also close to Clarke Quay.

Don't be fooled by the exterior of this hotel. While shabby and old looking, the rooms (at least the executive suite) is very well maintained =) I suppose the other rooms are all like that too... Not to mention the close walking distance from the MRT, this makes it a great place to recommend to friends who are coming to Singapore!

Booked the exc room to stay a night with my girlfriend on New Year Eve. Check in was done in the exc lounge which adds a personal touch and class as compare to check in counter. I was able to check in an hour earlier. The room allocated was at the highest floor 23rd story with very good view the flyers, 'durian' shape theatre etc. I'm very impress with […] the room as it was clean, non-smoking and comfortable.The hotel location was excellent. The Exec club is definitely worth it and the staff superior. The front desk and normal service is only adequate but the Exec staff is top notch.

we were disappointed that the rooms were damp and smelt midewy. In actual fact there was mildew over the timber furnitiure. We were on a non smoking floor and had to keep the bathroom door closed as smoke from the floor above was coming through the bathroom vent.
