Hotel bien situé, proche de la gare routière. Accueil effectué en anglais et en francais, très bien Petit déjeuner très copieux et bon Chambre petite pour 4 mais convenable à ce tarif. Enchantée par ce séjour au Novotel

Really good location - 10 min walk to city centre. Nice hotel with good-sized rooms. Gym is small but was an unexpected bonus in this type of hotel. Nice bar that does 2 for 1 cocktails during Happy Hour. Free parking was also good as a lot of hotels charge extra for this. Excellent! We walked from the train station to the hotel and it was only a 10-15min walk to the night life. Even tho I drank way to much the hotel room was very clean and I had a very comfortable stay. Thank you to all the staff.

Lovely staff, lovely breakfast. Room very spacious and clean, if bathroom a little dated. No complaints would definitley stay again.

The hotel was very central and close to the train station, but still had views onto the river. Breakfast was very good with lot of choice whatever type you chose from. nice hotel for price. good location to city centre.we had a lovely stay at this hotel.

Easy to find, parking outside the door (for a charge). Staff are lovely very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable however the carpet has seen better days. We had the breakfast (extra charge) this was lovely perfect after a night out, it was a buffet breakfast with plenty of choice. One night stay for business trip. As I believe others have said, the ground floor is very smart and modern, but perhaps at the cost of some of the rooms. I believe the 6th floor has also been referred to. My room on that floor was mainly OK - bit small but very good bed. Ventilation a little noisy. Bathroom OK although shower over bath with curtain […] a bit small. Main issue was the seperate WC, in which the vinyl laminate effect flooring was peeling up and the room smelt of urine ..... Very friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay,well worth the money. A big thankyou to Lee , who worked throughout the night, no problem was to big. The only negative i can say was the 10 pound charge to park our car outside the hotel. Overall, very satisfied and would stay here again

We booked two nights, room only for a family birthday party in Leeds and had a great time. The Armouries Museum is nearby and very interesting. We enjoyed a run beside the river and in Hyde Park and eating out in Leeds was good value and enjoyable. We took the hotel's £8 breakfast deal for a leisurely Sunday morning before travelling home by train. […] The hotel is a 15min walk from town but benefits from a quiet location. On arrival we had a problem with the room we were allocated (faulty toilet) but were upgraded to an Executive room with no fuss by the friendly and helpful reception staff - well done Novotel. Very convenient distance from train station and city centre shopping. Recently reburbished to a good standard making it good value for money. Would recommend and stay again if and when I return to Leeds.

The lobby is much more glamorous than the rooms - the sweet wrappers left on my bedroom carpet added a bit of sparkle but I could have without them - but the room was otherwise clean, the location is great and the staff were helpful.

This is the second time of staying at the Novotel in Leeds and I was just as impressed as I was the first time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even in this quiet time of year they were still attentive and courteous. The location is perfect for anyone visiting Leeds, especially when travelling by train as it is only a short walk from Leeds […] station. The city centre is only 5 minutes walk away and there are a few bars and restaurants even closer, including an excellent Indian. Definitely recommended. Lisez la suite

My Daughter & I stayed overnight at this superb Hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay., the staff was very nice. The check in was very quickly done, we would have no hesitation at recommending the Hotel to Family & friends. My Husband & Son have stayed at this Hotel. Many thanks for a really comfortable stay.

Only stayed here one night, but was very pleased with everything. Staff were friendly and polite. Room was clean and had facilities I would expect (shower gelle etc). Bed was comfortable, bedding clean. Bar was pleasant and not over priced. Paid extra for breakfast and it was well worth it, there was plenty of choice, restaurant was clean and staff […] were once again friendly and polite. First visit to Leeds. Reasonable location, approx. 5 minutes walk to the centre. Clean rooms and amenities. By far the best breakfast i've ever had at a hotel. The restaurant food is awesome too, don't order any sides, you get more than enough. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in great location only 5 minutes walk from Town Centre. Staff at hotel all brilliant. Breakfast superb!!! Had a fantastic weekend and will definitely be going back to Leeds and to this hotel!!

I spent four days in the Novotel with my wife and two kids in one of their family rooms while we visited friends in Leeds. The room itself was cosy but good value for money. The facilities and the storage in the room were good and the mini bar was very useful for milk and food (after we had removed and stored the contents). The hotel has a small kids […] play areas that consisted of an Xbox with two pre loaded games and a few books and toys. This was useful for the odd 15 mins but was not suitable for longer time periods as it was in the centre of the hotel lobby. The breakfast that was included in our rate was excellent. It was a full buffet that covered English and Continental breakfasts and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel has an on site car park that was a great help (although it is quite tight getting in). All in all, I was very happy with the hotel and will be staying there again in the future. Steps from rail station. Easy booking online. Accommodating to travelers with families. Far less expensive than similar hotels in London and south of England. Did need to pay a bit extra for internet. Mattresses a bit hard. Short walking distance of main downtown streets and indoor market. Pleasant breakfast area and buffet breakfast.

Light and airy lounge and bar. Comfortable room. Only noise I heard was from the traffic on the busy road outside hotel as I had to have the window open all the time due to hot weather. We found the hotel location excellant as it was close to all the local bars and resturants. Leeds is a great night out. The hotel was clean although opted out of the breakfast as it seemed to expensive.

The room was spacious with toilet separate from bathroom and very quiet. Close to bus and train stations, restaurants and shopping. Convenient parking (at extra cost). A very good deal for what was paid.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff - would stay again

As we travelled from Scotland to the Midlands for business & pleasure we were really pleased to find a nice hotel near where I was working which would allow our German Shepherd dog to stay with us. nothing too much trouble for the staff, offered late check for no extra cost. reduced cost breakfast if we booked on check in. room clean and comfortable and quiet . great price have stayed at dearer 4 *that wernt as nice.

Reason for staying was for carefree adult evening away without children. Very good experience. Friendly reception staff & at bar/breakfast. Very adequate room for the money paid, very clean. Close to city centre. No real complaints at all. If I had to be ultra critical, then would say the tight car parking underneath the hotel that can get very busy […] & the fact that our room over looked a building site. Lisez la suite

This hotel was modern, clean and ideally located. I stayed here with my boyfriend and we were both really impressed with the secure parking and how close to all the bars, clubs and restaurants. The room was really nice with a separate toilet and a walk in shower. No complaints at all and the staff were really friendly.

Great city centre hotel with superior facilities. I had a spacious room with a large bed on the 2nd floor. Bathroom spotlessly clean. Well presented, if small, gym and good full breakfast selection. 5 minutes walk to the train station.

We only stayed one night and didn't eat here as food prices are high but the room was good and the location was perfect for walking into the city centre. No complaints and would certainly stay again.

I woudl go back here. Easy walking distance from station, shops & bars. Hotel was nice & warm - just what we needed as we stayed there during the cold snowy weather. Room was spacious & clean. No complaints at all.
