Accueil très courtois, personnel tres serviable. Emplacement, tarifs et prestations interessants, navette OPRYLAND 5 mn, airport 12 mn, dowtown 15 mn. Piscine et fitness-center agréables pour la détente. Rapport qualité prix excellent, nous y retournerons. et nous conseillons de prendre une suite car très pratique avec sa kitchenette. Petits défaut le grand lit est un peu dur et la clim bruyante (signalé).

Les murs ont besoin d'un rafraichissement mais dans l'ensemble, il n'y a pas de problème d'hygiène. Sinon le petit déjeuné est excellent.

"Convenient to Restaraunts"
I had to stay close to the hospital for a conference and the location was great. There were alot of restaraunts to choose from and the convenience was great. The hotel was quiet, breakfast was good, and the staff was pleasant. The room could have been a little cleaner. The beds were clean and tidy as well as the bathroom. "Near Nashville Experience"
We decided to stay in Smyrna instead of Nashville proper. We wanted a quiet hotel away from crime. Smyrna fit the bill. The Sleep Inn is located between Ruby Tuesday's and the Cracker Barrel, so you have a place to eat within walking distance. The Sleep Inn needs some work. When we arrived, it took 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. […] A couple ahead of us gave up and left. The elevator didn't work, and it took another 10 minutes for the clerk to fix it. Non-working elevators don't instill confidence in me. The free breakfast was worth every cent. The coffee was so weak we had to go to Starbucks every morning. I stuck to the yoghurt and oatmeal just to be safe. No bananas available, except on the advertisements for the breakfast. Two days during our week stay the room wasn't cleaned, one day they shorted us towels, and one day they didn't leave any shampoo. The Sleep Inn is better than Motel 6, that's about it. We will try another Hotel the next time we go to Nashville. Lisez la suite

"The Sleep Inn in Smyrna, TN"
The beds were extremely comfortable - since I am a side sleeper with back and hip issues, this is vital for me. The breakfast was nice - waffles and oatmeal and sausage and biscuits were available, among the usual hotel continental breakfast fare.

Comfy room. Breakfast OK. If you're a non smoker, this is this place to stay. They're serious enough about it to charge a hefty cleaning fee if you smoke in your room. Would recommend it.

"Very happy with our stay!"
We have stayed here before and am very impressed with the condition of the building and our room. I enjoy having an indoor pool (especially with the winter weather). The service was wonderful, they were very accommodating and helpful. We had a very pleasant breakfast. The location is nice with walking distance to two restaurants and close driving to […] many more as well as a Target, grocery stores and a movie theater. "Better than expected"
Nice accommodations midway between Nashville and Murfreesboro. Just off the main interstate in a commercial area. Pleasant staff at the desk, clean room, and quiet during my stay. I will stay again when I visit next year.

I was reasonably happy with our stay. It was easy for us to find, restaurants were nearby, and the indoor pool was well maintained. Of all the things that I appreciated the most, the staff treated my son- who has a learning disability- VERY nice when he went to the breakfast area ahead of us (he is 18)and was having a hard time figuring out how things […] work.
