Hotel Linda - Amsterdam

Hotel situé proche du centre ville d'amsterdam. Hotel bien tenu ainsi que la chambre et la salle de bain avec du linge propre en conséquence. Petit déjeuner copieux servit en salle. Ascenceur mais escaliers a l'entrée ce qui fait qu'il faut porter les bagages..... je n'ai pas vue d'acces pour handicapés. Bon séjour. A 15mn à pied du Dam en traversant un petit square et une grande rue commerçante. Idéal pour un we d'autant que le deal obtenu sur hotels.com était alléchant

Close to Heineken Experience and art museums. The staff is nice. The hotel has a parking. The windows of some rooms cannot be opened (I think those with view on the street). Smoke alarm is quite sensitive.

Jeune en couple. Bon rapport qualité prix. Mais nous occupions la chambre en sous-sol, donc un peu bruyante avec vu sur parking. Propre et confortable. Bon petit dejeuner. Situé dans un quartier populaire avec le marché d'amsterdam juste derrière.

No toilet in room had to access locked room next door. No tea making facility in room, Only one 2 slot toaster for everyone to share at breakfast. Only a few stops on tram (stop outside Hotel) to RAI though very busy in morning. Friendly staff

Terrible parking rutines. When we wanted our car, the portier gave us the keys to all cars in the parking lot, to move the cars out self, to get our cars out. Who's responsibility is it if we damaged a car? Or if another gust damaged our car during moving of it? One of the beds where broken, if you sat on the side of the bed it flipped.

Ok for somewhere cheap to put your head down but amenities in the tiny rooms are bare minimum and the dining room is not big enough to sit all the guests for breakfast (which is not worth £6.50).

I was really happy with this place. Great staff, greatlocation & awesome free breakfast. It was really close to the tram & a little further to the metro. Overall, a good value, oh & they had a large bath tub, which was the first I've seen in Europe, it was awesome :)

Be careful! This is not a Hotel, but a HOSTEL, and they even have dorms! Do not stay there if you are looking for a place to relax after one day sightseeing. This place is full of drunk people coming and going all night, shouting on the corridors. I was absolutely impossible to sleep' I DO NOT RECOMMEND'

This is an okay hotel, with good service. The rooms are really small and the hotel is a bit old, but the location is great. It's within walking distance to the Heinken Brewery and all the attractions around it, including the Albert Kuyp Market. On first night we were given a room just off reception next to the front door, so we got no sleep due to the noise. Fortunately, we were able to change room for the subsequent nights. Hotels in Amsterdam are very expensive and with this hotel, you get what you pay for in comparison. The breakfast was not great and the fans in both rooms given were covered […] in filth. Next time we would rather pay a bit more and have a more comfortable stay in another hotel. Very close to tram lines 4 and 25. Nice modern room. Very quite. There's a nice bar next door for a late night drink. All in all very good especially for the cheap price......but very steep stairs (which is not unusual for the Dam). I would stay again no problem.

This is a dreary hotel desperately in need of ripping apart and redecorating. My room was too small for the furniture - impossible to sit at the tiny desk! The hotel was generally clean, but there is little that can be done about the dust-impregnated and grotty carpets apart from tearing them out. Breakfast was fine and the staff very friendly.

The staff was very accomodating by allowing four of us to keep our luggage behind the front desk so we could still shop at a nearby street market after we had already checked out. This was a great deal for the money, however the location was a little far for walking to most attractions though if your interested in touring Heinekin you will be located […] within four blocks. I don't say this without great thought, but the Linda was really bad. The room, as others have said, is TINY. The bathroom door hit the side of the bed after opening half way. There were many dead bugs in the ceiling light. Bathroom was semi-moldy and smelled. Hotel is very noisy (fire alarms went off multiple nights). Price is unreasonable for […] what you get. Close to a tram stop, that was the only good thing. We spent 3 weeks in Europe on this trip, and even though we are low maintenance and not picky people, the Linda was really poor overall.... especially when there are clearly so many other hotels to choose from in Amsterdam. Personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, Kamer shabby: Badkamerdeur die open valt en dan de toegangsdeur blokkeert. Vieze vlekken in de systeemplafondtegel, plafondtegels die niet sluiten en dus een open sleuf laten zien, douchgordijn te lang ga je op staan tijdens het douchen, deur van de kast op de overloop hing als wrakhout in de kast, erg slordig. Douche […] beugel los, Openslaande deuren naar de straat : als je die opendoet ontdek je op het balkonnetje een twintigtal peuken... Heel smerig. Over het algemeen een rook- en wietlucht overal in het hotel. Bed sliep wel goed. Parkeermogelijkheid ook erg fijn. Ontbijt prima, had een broodrooster bij gekund! Erg geschrokken de volgende dag toen bleek dat Duitse overnachters op het hotelterreien er achter kwamen dat er ingebroken was in hun auto, met kapotte ruiten en vermiste spullen. Het hek blijkt dan dus veel te laag. Je auto is dan dus niet veilig, zelfs niet op het privé hotelterrein.... Schokkend dus. Lisez la suite

Efter i have read many bad reveiws about hotel Linda, i was a bit scared to check in. But i was positively suprised. The lift worked perfectly, the room was fine, and the bathroom was new, and i even had a bath tub. Mind you the building is old, and yes the stairs are steep, but it is also charming. If you want a base for your stuff and a place to sleep […] and shower this is a fine hotel. But don't expect more, it is after all only a 2 star hotel. Lisez la suite

no me ha gustado de este hotel el mantenimiento de la habitacion, su ubicacion no es centrica pero se encuentra bien comunicado mediante tranvia lineas 4 y 25

Parivuode oli huono, kun oli vain kaksi erillistä sänkyä laitettu vierekkäin (eivät pysyneet yhdessä).

Cuidado con el servicio de taxi ofrecido por el hotel, ya que fuimos estafados por la compañia CALL & GO. Pedimos transfer a la central station y nos mintieron para llevarnos al aeropuerto y cobrar un importe superior. Si os comentan que hay problemas con los trenes, verificar la información, seguramente se tratará de un fraude.

Es war erstaunlich, was einem "geboten" wurde. die Gipskarton Deckenplatten waren nicht richtig verschlossen oder wiesen grosse Wasserflecken auf. Die Deckenplatten im Badezimmer waren nichts für schwache und Hygieneverwöhnte Nerven. Bei dem Bett wurde nur das Oberbett glatt gezogen. Die Dekordecke lag nach dem ersten Tag auf dem Boden. Die Zimmertür […] wies Einbruchsspuren auf und war absolut nicht als sicher zu bezeichnen. Die Heizung bestand aus einen in den Schrank gestellten Ölradiator, bei dem obendrein noch die Laufrollen fehlten. Die Ablage für die Handtücher kamen einem schon bei leichter Berührung entgegen. Ganske udemærket hotel 6-7 min fra centrum og flinke personale. Fjernsynet virkede ikke som det eneste minus men ellers fin nok morgenmad og god roomservice

Hyggeligt, familiært hotel med venligt, hjælpsomt personale. Meget hyggeligt område med marked, cafeer og blandede restauranter. Billigt og folkeligt. Nær transport.

Camera pulita e albergo ospitale, lo staff molto gentile ci ha anche tenuto i bagagli il giorno della partenza. Metropolitana a 5 minuti a piedi. Consigliato per rapporto qualita'/prezzo

部屋がせまいです。 もうとまりたくありません

We hadden geen hele hoge verwachtingen van dit hotel, het is immers een hotel in het centrum van amsterdam. Maar, tegen alle verwachtingen in was Hotel Linda een prima hotel voor een verblijf in amsterdam. Aardig personeel, prima kamer met douche en toilet en het zag er allemaal netjes verzorgd uit. Ook het ontbijt was prima. Kort...prima hotel, zeker […] een aanrader en wij houden het hotel in gedachten voor eventuele volgende keren in amsterdam Lisez la suite

Vi var väldigt nøjda. Rummet var inte så stort men de fanns en liten garderob och ett fint bad med badkar. Vi hade också en fin utsikt mot vattnet. Frukost ingick. Så jag kan absolut tänka mig att bo på hotel Linda igen, de var ju väldigt billigt. Det finns hiss så man behøver inte gå i trapporna.

Hotellet lå fint placeret når man kommer i bil. Dejligt at kunne parkere bilen og lade den stå under opholdet da alt er i gåafstand. Folk i receptionen var mægtig søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden fin. Det eneste minus var måske at værelset var meget lille og der ikke var et lille bord og en stol.

Hotel check-in was very pleasant, breakfast buffet was okay (not too much variety but tasty), the worst part was the room with a view on the dark inner yard. The room interior needed some renovation, but the bathroom was comfortable enough. To sum up: okay to stay for a night or two, but not recommended for a romantic stay with your dearest :-)

A decent hotel for a city break if you do not intend to spend any time in the hotel besides sleeping. Room and bathroom were very small. Breakfast was not pleasant. Service level was poor. The service desk was very helpful, however checkin is only after 2 pm. The rooms are a bit small with few places to hang clothes and the floors are shaking when people are walking on the stairs.
